Disassembly Guide
Guidelines
Required tools:
1. A pair of white gloves
2. A Phillips screwdriver
3. A sleeve (size: 8mm)
4. Pincer pliers

Disassembly Guide
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver
to first remove two screws
from the upper hinge cover,
and then remove the hinge
cover (operated by stepping
on a small step stool)
2. Use an 8mm sleeve to
loosen three screws of
the upper hinge, and
then unscrew them with
the Phillips screwdriver
3. Loosen the communication
wiring harness terminal and
remove the upper hinge
4. Remove the refrigerator
door upwards

Disassembly guidelines for freezer door
1. Use an 8mm sleeve to
loosen two screws of the
middle hinge, and then
unscrew them with a
Phillips screwdriver;
2. After removing the middle
hinge, lift the freezer door
upwards slightly and remove it;

Step II: Pull down the top light from the rear
as shown in the figure, and unplug the 4
connecting terminals
Step I: Remove the 2 screws at the rear
of the assembly

Step II: Disassemble the refrigerating air duct assembly
from the refrigerator, as shown in the diagram, and
unplug the connecting terminals
Step I: Disassemble the refrigerating air duct
assembly from the top down

Disassembly of freezing air duct component
Step I: Use a screwdriver to remove the
fixing screws of freezing air duct;
Step II: Pull out the air duct from below; Step III: Unplug the freezing air duct terminal
and take out the freezing air duct;

Step I: Use a screwdriver to remove the
fixing screws of evaporator;
Step II: Use pincer pliers to cut off the
evaporator tube and remove the evaporator;

Disassembly of compressor chamber
Step I: Use pincer pliers to cut off all the high and low
pressure pipelines of the compressor chamber;
Step II: Use an 8mm sleeve and a Phillips
screwdriver to loosen four fixing screws on the
bottom of the compressor, and then remove the
compressor floor;
Step III: Use an 8mm sleeve and a Phillips
screwdriver to remove fixing screws on the
bottom of the compressor, and finally
remove the compressor;
