Before using this appliance, read all instructions and familiarise yourself with
the operation of the unit
1. he KiddiSynk can be used by children of all ages. It is however, important
that children are taught how to use it properly.
2. Supervise children when washing to make sure that they wash their hands
eectively.
3. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children without
supervision.
4. he unit should only be used in accordance with these instructions. Do not
carry out any maintenance other than is shown in these instructions or as
advised by eal Patents service support.
5. Do not place in a hot area of more than 70˚C.
6. Water dispensed is not suitable for drinking.
7. Unit must only be used on a at, even surface. It must be used only in an
upright position. An adult should position the unit and ll it with clean water
before allowing a child to use the unit.
8. Unit should be positioned where it does not obstruct walkways or access to
services.
9. Unit must only be lled with clean water of the required temperature, which
should not exceed 40˚C.
10. Do not overll: only ll to the water level indicated on the parts identication
photograph on page 7.
11. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped or damaged, do
not use. Contact the seller or eal Patents Ltd.
12. his equipment is for preheated water for handwashing only. It is not
designed for washing of crockery or other items.
13. he unit will not operate without water.
14. Waste water is removed by taking out the white waste water bottle.
15. Waste water should be disposed of to a foul drain.
16. This unit must not be sub ected to a high pressure water et.
17. Any spillages should be cleaned up as soon as possible to avoid slipping
hazards.
18. Keep unit away from direct heat sources.
19. Do not alter the unit in any way this will invalidate the warranty and may
make it unsafe to operate.

Free Standing
his unit has been designed to be used only in an upright position on a rm, at
level surface.
he unit can safely be used both indoors and outdoors.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury, damage to the
product or damage to property.
Ensure that the position of the unit allows sucient space for the lifting on and
o of the clean water tank (top) and the removal of the waste water container
(right hand side).
Remove the red ller cap to add clean, fresh water. Replace the cap when the unit
has been lled to the correct level.
Do not over-tighten xings as this may damage the unit.
Check that the unit is upright and level before lling.
Waste Water
All KiddiSynk models come complete with a removable waste water container
that retains all the dirty water.
here is no need for a separate waste pipe or waste water storage container.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
Installation
he unit can be lled with the clean water tank in place on top of the unit if
required.
he clean water tank can also be lifted from the unit to be carried to a water
source such as an outside tap. Hold the handles of the clean water tank rmly in
order to lift it away from the unit.
Ensure that the location pegs on the base unit are slotted accurately into place in
the water tank location holes when repositioning the clean water tank. See the
relevant parts identication photograph on page 7.
Remove the ller cap at the top of the unit and add clean, fresh water.
Unit must only be lled with clean water of the required temperature, which
should not exceed 40˚C.
Do not overll - only ll to the water ll line indicated on the relevant parts
identication photograph on page 7.
Replace the ller cap.
Ensure that the white waste water container inlet has been pushed into place
beneath the waste water pipe - see the relevant parts identication photograph
on page 7.
Use the tap to discharge water to wash hands.
If a continuous ow of water is required, fully depress the tap lever.
Waste water will drain into the waste water container.
o remove waste water, remove the water container and lift it out.
ip the water from the water container into a foul water drain.
Rinse with clean water.
Rell the unit and with clean water of the required temperature, which should not
exceed 40˚C.

Empty the waste water container to a foul water drain and rinse with clean water.
If unit is left unused for an extended period it is recommended that it is emptied
of water and replenished with fresh water.
Clean all surfaces with an anti-bacterial wipe or disinfectant paying particular
attention to frequent contact points. Do not use abrasive cleaners which may
scratch the external surfaces.
This unit must not be sub ected to a high pressure water et.
It is recommended that the unit is cleaned with a cleaning solution such as Milton
according to the instructions on a weekly basis.
Cleaning instructions
All eal Patents products are tested before leaving the factory.
he unit is covered by a two year return to manufacturer warranty from date of
purchase – please ensure that you retain proof of purchase.
Any faulty items will be repaired or replaced, and the repairs guaranteed for the
remainder of the original warranty period.
Exclusions
eal Patents will not be liable to repair or replace goods where:
•he fault has been caused through misuse, accidental damage, use contrary
to the manufacturers instructions or damage in transit
•Repairs have been attempted by someone other than eal Patents or an
authorised dealer
•he appliance is second hand
•he warranty does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
his guarantee does not aect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Guarantee
No water dispensed. Check water level in tank
Water cold. Rell the unit with clean water of the required temperature, which
should not exceed 40˚C.
Water around unit. Clean up any spillage from lling unit.
Check that the waste water container is not full.
If further water is seen, stop using the unit and contact the supplier for advice.
