Be ore starting any installation project please consider the ollowing:
•Prior to drilling into walls, check there are no hidden electrical wires or cables or water supply
pipes with the aid o an electrical detector.
•I you use power tools do not orget:
- Wear eye protection.
- Unplug equipment a ter use.
•This product must not be modi ied in any way as this will invalidate the guarantee.
•These ittings need to be installed in accordance with and meet the requirements o the Water
Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 and Scottish Byelaws 2004.

NOTE:- Nominally equal (balanced) inlet supply pressures are recommended or optimum
Per ormance o mixer taps.
Designed to comply with BS EN 200 or single taps / combination taps or water systems o type 1 and
2 general technical speci ications; and to be used within systems designed to BS 6700.
BS 6700 recommends the temperature o stored water should never exceed 65°C. A stored water
temperature o 60°C is considered su icient to meet all nominal requirements and will minimise
the build up o lime scale in hard water areas.

1. Identi y all components and check or completeness, particularly be ore arranging itting.
2. Fit tap body to basin/bath, ensuring that the ‘O’ ring (7) is in place to provide a water tight seal.
3. Secure the tap body into place by itting the backnut and washer (8) rom the underside o the
basin/bidet. A suitable spanner may be required.
4. Connect the hot and cold supplies.
5. Fully open both hot and cold taps letting them run or a ew minutes; check all joints and
connections or leaks.

ixing kit provided. Ensure that the ‘O’ rings are in place between the tap body and the bath in
order to create a water tight seal.
Secure into place by itting the backnut and washer (5) rom the underside o the bath.
BATH SHOWER MIXER ONLY: Fit the cradle assembly (8) to the rear o the mixer body and
attach the hose (11) to both the cradle and the handset (7). NOTE: Ensure that the washers are
used when connecting the hose, handset and cradle.
Connect the hot and cold supplies.
Fully open the mixer letting it run or a ew minutes, check all joints and connections or leaks.
BATH SHOWER MIXER ONLY:To it the wall bracket, position ensuring that the handset will
reach it com ortably. Mark out and drill holes to suit the ixings (not shown) then screw the back
part o the bracket to the wall, and assemble the rest o the components.

General Cleaning
Your itting has a high quality inish and should be treated with care to preserve the visible
sur aces. All inishes will wear i not cleaned correctly. The only sa e way to clean your product is
to wipe with a so t damp cloth. Stains can be removed using washing up liquid. All bathroom
cleaning products (powders and liquids) will damage the sur ace o your itting, even the non-
scratch cleaners.
Note: Never use abrasive detergents or disin ectants or those containing alcohol, hydrochloric
acid or phosphoric acid.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Valves
We advise that your itting is regularly serviced in hard water areas to maintain optimum
per ormance. Please re er to the numbered diagram on page 5.
I your itting begins to leak the ollowing should be carried out;
Isolate both hot and cold water supplies to the tap by either:
Turning the water supply o at the mains stopcock or
Turning o the isolation valves to the tap.
1. Remove the indice (1) on the top o the handle to reveal the concealed screw and washer (2).
Proceed to remove the screw using a suitable screwdriver.
2. Li e the handle body (3) up rom the shroud (4) and unscrew the shroud itsel , rom the tap body.
3. Using a suitable spanner remove the valve (5).
4. Pull valve out o the tap body and clean the seating inside the tap body as well as the valve itsel .
5. I necessary replace the valve.

6. Re-place the valve into the tap body and re-connect handle assembly.

Cleaning the Showerhead: THRC02/THRG02
The hardness o the water in your area will determine how o ten you should clean your
showerhead. Build up o scale in particularly hard water areas combined with constant use means
you may need to clean your showerhead once a week. To ensure continued per ormance the
showerhead needs to be regularly descaled.
Ti : I the showerhead is heavily scaled or has not be maintained or a long period o time a solution
o hot water and white vinegar may be needed to clear the scale.
Mix a 50/50 solution and rub the nozzles thoroughly with the solution making sure the solution gets
into all o the nozzles. Wash o the solution with clean water.

-General wear and tear (including special non-chrome inishes; components such as ilters, seals,
‘O’ rings and washers)
-Incorrect installation
-Repair using non-Heritage parts
-Accidental or wil ul misuse
-Corrosion and the use o inappropriate cleaning products.
-System debris including the build-up o limescale (which can be controlled through regular
servicing and maintenance)
•Compensation or loss o use o the product or consequential loss o any kind.
