Assembly instrucons Tech Li 500
➢ Assembly of the Tech Li 500 must only be carried out by trained personnel.
➢ Connecon to the xed electricity network must be carried out by a qualied electrician.
➢ Avoid working with voltage on the product.
➢ Use the necessary protecve equipment when assembling gloves/glasses.
Assembly instrucons step by step
• Mount the elevator's glass sides with 6 M5 screws, pre-assembled on the sheet metal side.
• Place the li in posion in front of the ledge.
• Plug in the elevator's power cable.
• Run the li up and down and check the distance between the edge of the vault and the plaorm.
• Dismantle the cover for push buons, under the cover on the right there is a height adjustment,
see picture.
•To adjust the height screw the plasc nut M6 and move in the track.
• To aach the li to the oor/ground, see separate descripon.
• To adjust overload see separate descripon.
• When using for the rst me, reset the control unit, See separate descripon.

Adjustment of overload
Loosen the screws on the microswitch plate (hexagonal contact screws M4), move the plate to the
back of the box (see picture 2).
Test the li and adjust if necessary, when the microswitch is acvated a signal is heard and the
small the red light on top of the lid is on.

Reset Tech Li 500 Reset
Keep both push buons for up/down pressed for at least 10 sec, if the Tech Li 500 is in its upper
posion, the li starts and goes down slowly (NOTE both push buons must be held pressed unl
the Tech Li 500 has come down to the lowest posion and then wait for approx. 5 sec)
If the Tech Li 500 is in its lowest posion, keep the buons pressed for at least 15 seconds

Fixing to oor
Remove the two wing nuts on one side (only one side see picture 1) li up the canvas, there are
two holes behind the aachment to the canvas (see picture 2). Now do the same on the other side.
