La preghiamo di leggere completamente questa guida all’installazione prima di utilizzare l’impianto di scarico Termignoni.
Termignoni investe molto sulla soddisfazione dei suoi clienti, per questo si riserva di consigliare alcune procedure
preliminari al montaggio dell’impianto di scarico.
L’impianto Termignoni cosi come viene fornito non è modificabile in nessuna sua parte.
Ogni modifica attuata dall’utente compresa l’impropria manutenzione, compromette la conformità dello scarico a norma di legge e la relativa
garanzia fornita.
Le consigliamo di farsi installare questo prodotto da professionisti esperti nel montaggio e nell’utilizzo di impianti di
scarico per motocicli.
Il montaggio deve essere eseguito osservando le istruzioni riportate in questo manuale.

Please read this installation guide completely before using the Termignoni exhaust system.
Termignoni invests heavily on the satisfaction of its customers, for this it reserves to recommend a few preliminary steps to the exhaust assembly.
The Termignoni exhaust as supplied cannot be changed in any of its parts.
Any change implemented by the user including improper maintenance, compromises compliance discharge according to law and the relevant
warranty provided.
We recommend to install our products by experienced professionals in the installation and use of exhaust systems for motorcycles.
The module must be installed according to instructions in this manual.
Termignoni S.p.A. disclaims any liability concerning personal injury or damage resulting from incorrect installation of the exhaust system.
The Termignoni warranty does not cover damage to the exhaust system caused by assembly, improper use or maintenan- ce.

We remind you that the information provided regarding the disassembly of the original exhaust is purely informative, and that in this respect we
recommend doing anyway refer to the instructions provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
In case that your exhaust system was ONLY FOR RACE USE, if not approved for use on some streets, we advise you to use in the event that the law
requires the original exhaust of your vehicle in order not to run into sanctions.
We inform you that every Termignoni exhaust system is subject to change without notice concerning its technical specifi- cations.

Attenzione
Read carefully before the assembly of the kit on the motorcycle and the following use.
- When using the exhaust for the first time, you may experience some 'smoke' coming from the coating for a few
seconds only; this is due to the final processing of the part at normal exhaust temperatures. This 'smoke' is not
harmful in any way nor will it cause any damage to localized components.
- Always allow hot exhaust pipes to cool down before proceeding with the washing. High pressure washing on hot
tubes may damage the coating.
- You can clean the coating with just a damp cloth and soft brush, using a light detergent if the coating is particularly
dirty. You should not use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
- Avoid contact between the coating and solvents, oils or grease as these may affect the coating.
- This high quality coating is developed from a racing product and as such is custom made, you may therefore find
slight variation in the colour finish. Following extensive use at very high loads, and temperature, some minor fading of
the colour finish can occur; this does not impact on the performance of the coating in any way.
Leggere attentamente prima del montaggio del kit sul motoveicolo e del successivo utilizzo.
- Quando si utilizza lo scarico per la prima volta, si potrà notare per qualche secondo del "fumo" proveniente dal
rivestimento. Ciò è dovuto al trattamento del tubo. Questo 'fumo’ non è dannoso in alcun modo, né potrà causare
danni ai componenti.
- Prima di procedere con il lavaggio aspettare sempre che i tubi di scarico caldi si raffreddino ed arrivino a temperatura
ambiente. Il lavaggio ad alta pressione sui tubi ancora caldi potrebbe danneggiare il rivestimento.
- Se i tubi sono particolarmente sporchi, è possibile pulire il rivestimento con un semplice panno umido o un pennello
morbido. Si consiglia di non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi o chimici.
- Evitare il contatto tra il rivestimento e solventi, oli o grassi. Questi potrebbero danneggiare il trattamento.
- Questo rivestimento è di derivazione racing e prodotto singolarmente ad uno ad uno e come tale si potrà avere una
lieve variazione nella finitura e nel colore tra tubo e tubo. Dopo un utilizzo intensivo e sottoposto alle alte
temperature di esercizio è possibile col tempo avere una leggera variazione di colore ; questo non influirà in alcun
modo sulle prestazioni del rivestimento.

Smontaggio Impianto Originale –Disassembly of the original silencer
ITA Allentare le viti della fascetta innesto del silenziatore, svitare la vite della
staffa di supporto silenziatore e rimuovere lo scarico originale.
ENG Unscrew the screws to small metal clamp, the screw of the silencer
support bracket and the remove the original exhaust.

ITA Fissare la staffa di supporto silenziatore al telaio usando la vite (7), rondella (2) e
dado (6) in dotazione senza serrare
ENG Fix the support bracket at the frame, using the screw (7), washer (2) and nut (6)
provided in the pack without tightening

Montaggio del kit Termignoni –Mounting the Termignoni kit
ITA Inserire il silenziatore Termignoni (1) sul collettore originale
ENG Insert the Termignoni silencer (1) on the original collector
ITA Posizionare la fascetta innesto (8) sul tubo di ingresso silenziatore, come in
foto.
ENG Place the small metal bracket (8) on the exhaust pipe, as shown in the picture
ITA Posizionare il distanziale in alluminio (3) sulla rondella silent-block (4) come in
foto e posizionarli nel lato interno della staffa supporto silenziatore in corrispondenza
del foro. Posizionare il distanziale silent block (5) nel lato esterno della staffa in
corrispondenza del foro.
ENG Place the aluminum specers (3) on the silent-block washer (4) as shown in the
picture and place them at the hole in the back side of the silencer support bracket.
Place the silent block spacer (5) in the front side of the silencer support bracket at
the hole.

Montaggio del kit Termignoni –Mounting the Termignoni kit
ITA Montare il paracalore originale e fissarlo con le viti originali
ENG Place the original heat shield and fix it using the original screw.
ITA Al termine rimuovere la pellicola dal logo Termignoni
ENG Remove the protective release liner from the Termignoni logo
ITA Serrare la vite della staffa di supporto silenziare.
ENG Tighten the screw of the silencer support bracket .
ITA Serrare la vite della fascetta innesto.
ENG Tighten the screw of the small metal bracket .
