Power supply
Oper te the unit only with two 1.5V b tteries,
size AAA.
Battery disposal
Empty lk line b tteries do not belong in the
household refuse. The b tteries must be disposed
of t design ted dispos l/recycle point.
Cleaning the device
To cle n the unit, only use moistened, soft cloth.
Do not pply chemic l solvents or cle ning gents,
s they m y d m ge the surf ce nd/or l belling
of the unit.

Preparation
nserting batteries
Open the b ttery comp rtment t the b ck of
the unit by sliding the cover downw rd nd lifting
it up.
Insert two 1.5V b tteries (size AAA) nd observe
the pol rity (the neg tive pole touches the spring).
Close the b ttery comp rtment.
When the b tteries re inserted, the time 12:00
ppe rs in the displ y.
Note: If you w nt to s ve d t in the memory
while ch nging the b tteries, m ke sure to turn
the power off nd to ch nge the b tteries within
30 seconds.
Applying the arm strap
Insert the belt str p into the belt clip, then fold
the belt str p nd f sten the velcro.

Insert the belt clip into the m in unit, then push
the belt clip until it locks in pl ce t the end of
the belt clip holder.
Str ighten the other side of the belt, then put
the belt round your rm. F sten the velcro.
To remove the belt clip: Press nd hold the rele se
button on the belt clip, then push the belt clip
out to remove it from the unit.
Setting the time
When the power is off, press nd hold the
MODE key until the time blinks. Rele se MODE.
Press nd hold the HOUR key to set the hour
nd then press nd hold the MIN+ key to set the
minute. M ke sure th t AM or PM is shown
correctly.
Press the MODE key g in to confirm the time.
HOLD
If you w nt to void ccident lly pressing key,
slide the HOLD switch to the position LOCK.
LOCK will ppe r in the displ y.
Slide the HOLD switch out of the LOCK position
to restore function lity to the other buttons.

Radio operation
POWER
To turn the unit on, press the POWER key on
the side of the unit. The r dio frequency shows
in the displ y.
Volume
Adjust the volume by turning the VOLUME knob
t the side of the unit. Before you put on the
e rphones, m ke sure the VOLUME is t the
minimum.
Putting on the in-earphone
Insert the in-e rphone plug into the in-e rphone
j ck on the top of the unit.
Pl ce the in-e rphone into your left nd right
e rs, corresponding to the L nd R m rk on
e ch e rbud.
Tuning in a station
Select the b nd (FM or AM) by pressing the
BAND key.
Tune st tion using the TUNING HOUR or
MIN+ button.
Press nd hold the TUNING HOUR or MIN +
button for one second, then rele se. The unit will
utom tic lly sc n to the next bro dc sting
st tion.
To turn the r dio off, press the POWER button.

Antennas
FM: Extend the e rphone wire for best reception.
AM: Turn the unit for better AM reception.
Presetting radio stations
You c n preset 10 FM nd 10 AM r dio st tions.
Tune in st tion s described bove.
Press the MEMORY key; MEM will blink in the
displ y. Within four seconds, press the MEM. UP
or MEM. DOWN button until the desired memory
number ppe rs in the displ y.
Press the MEMORY key g in to set the st tion
in the selected memory.
Repe t these steps to progr m more st tions.
Recalling preset stations
In the r dio mode, press the MEM. UP or MEM
DOWN key until the desired memory number
ppe rs in the displ y.

Time Count Function
The unit provides both stopw tch function nd
l p count function which en ble you to me sure
the time of l p when jogging/ w lking. You c n
count nd store up to five times nd h ve the
results dded utom tic lly.
Note: In this mode you c nnot listen to the r dio.
When the power is off (the time shows in the
displ y), press the MODE key once. At first use,
0:00 for the time nd nd 0 for the l p number
ppe r in the displ y.
Stopwatch function
To cle r the memory, press LAP/RESET.
When you st rt your l p, press the START/STOP
key. The unit will count the time.
At the end of the l p, press START/STOP g in
to see your time.
Press START/STOP g in to resume the time
counting.
If you w nt to st rt from 0:00, press LAP/RESET.
Lap count function
Press START/STOP to st rt the time count.
At the end of the first dist nce or l p, press
LAP/RESET. The time will blink for three seconds.
Then it will continue to count the time of the
second l p.

g in.
This w y, you c n count up to five dist nces of
up to 30 minutes.
LAP CALL
After finishing the l st l p nd pressing
LAP/RESET, press START/ STOP.
Press LAP CALL repe tedly to show the times
of ll successive l ps. The l p number shows in
the displ y.
After the l st me sured l p the tot l time of the
l ps will show in the displ y.
