200(2x100) micron thick (Credit card size to A4 size)
Operating the laminator:
The LMA4P is o erated by a rocker switch, located at the right hand side of the
a liance. There are 2 ositions ON (l) and OFF (O)
1. Plug the machines cable into a convenient 13 Am domestic su ly
outlet.
2. To Laminate select the ON (I) setting, laminating can begin when the
Green “Ready” light comes on, which indicates the Laminator is hot
enough to laminate, (Allow a rox 2-3 minute for the Laminator to warm
u ).
3. Pre are the laminating ouch for inserting into the machine.
See How
to
load a laminating pouch
below Do not use ouches thicker
than 200mic (2x100mic er side)
4. When the machine has reached o erating tem erature, you may insert
the ouch, (sealed edge first), squarely into the machine until it engages
with the rollers. Never insert a ouch o en edge first into the machine.
5. The ouch will move through the machine and exit at the rear.
6. During the rocess the READY light may go out as heat is absorbed by
the laminating ouch. This is normal.
7. Turn the laminator to OFF (O) after use.
8. Remove the lug from the ower su ly.

How to load a laminating pouch:
The laminating ouch is sealed along one side. O en the ouch and lace the
a er to be laminated centrally inside the ouch as close to the sealed edge as
ossible. Ensure there is an equal border all round the a er (e.g.: A4 a er should
have a 3mm border). The sealed edge (not the o en edges) is laced into the entry
slot to start the lamination rocess. Always watch the ouch during the
Laminating rocess to ensure it comes out the other side of the Laminator.
It may wra around the rollers if not laced squarely and centrally in the entry slot.
