Product Overview
From the creators of Theragun®comes RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core, precisely delivering heat and vibra-
tion therapy in one wearable garment. The RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core is an innovative, battery powered
heating technology that uses carbon-fiber mesh to provide 360 degrees of targeted, consistent heat.
Intended Use
The RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core is intended to offer a pain management solution for everyone, from alleviating
lower back pain to reducing tension or providing relief from menstrual pain. The precise and targeted heat in tandem with vibra-
tion therapy helps relieve lower back pain and muscle stiffness and improves blood flow all in one garment.

Put on your garment
1. Find a comfortable position sitting down or standing
upright.
2. To put the RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core
on, wrap the garment around your lower back. Position
the wrap so that the control module is on the right side
of your body, facing outwards.
3. Hold the strap’s left and right sides in either hand,
adjust to ensure they are approximately the same
distance.
4. Place the left side strap on your belly button, and place
the right strap on top. Secure in place with the Velcro
strap. The garment should feel snug but not too tight.
The control module should rest between the center of
your body and your right hip.

Use your garment
1. Insert the battery into the control panel. There is only one correct battery insertion position in the battery dock. Do not
force the battery into place. The Therabody logo should be facing outwards when inserted.
2. Press and hold the power button for two seconds.
3. RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core delivers heat on the front and back of your core for a customizable
360-degree heat therapy treatment. Short press the heat buttons to toggle between the three heat settings on both
the front and back.
4. Add vibration therapy to your back treatment by pressing the vibration button. Toggle between the three vibration
modes (low intensity, high intensity, and wave) by short-pressing the vibration button.
5. The treatment will last about 20 minutes. Turn the garment back on if you’d like to repeat the treatment.

Charging
• To charge the RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core, remove the battery from the control panel and charge
using the provided cable.
• The RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core includes a Therabody USB-C to USB-A cable.
• The RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core is USB-C enabled.
• The battery level is displayed in the LED indicator on the battery pack, next to the USB-C connector:
• Orange: low charge, blue: mid charge, green: fully charged.
• When charging, the LED will flash to indicate it is properly connected and will turn solid green when
complete.
Note: Ensure the charger is from a certified manufacturer and has not suffered any structural damage. Do not try to use the garment while charging.
Cleaning Instructions:
1. The RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back & Core is NOT waterproof or machine washable.
Do not allow excess liquids or water to enter the product.
2. Remove the battery before cleaning.
3. To clean, wipe the inner surface of the strap with a dampened microfiber cloth.

Legen Sie den Gürtel um
1. Nehmen Sie eine bequeme Haltung im Sitzen oder
Stehen ein.
2. Wickeln Sie RecoveryTherm™ Hot Vibration Back &
Core um Ihren unteren Rücken. Das Bedienelement
sollte sich rechts von Ihrem Körper befinden und nach
außen zeigen.
3. Halten Sie das linke und rechte Ende des Gürtels in je
einer Hand und achten Sie darauf, dass beide Enden
etwa gleich lang sind.
4. Legen Sie das linke Ende des Gürtels auf Ihren
Bauchnabel und das rechte darüber. Befestigen Sie
den Gürtel mit dem Klettband. Der Gürtel sollte fest
aber nicht zu eng sitzen. Das Bedienelement sollte
sich zwischen der Körpermitte und Ihrer rechten Hüfte
befinden.

Verwenden Sie Ihren Gürtel
1. Legen Sie den Akku in das Bedienelement ein. Es gibt nur eine richtige Richtung, den Akku in das Dock einzulegen.

Aufladen:

vibrations simultanément. La ceinture RecoveryTherm™ est dotée d’une technologie innovante qui produit de la chaleur
alimentée par batterie et qui utilise un maillage en fibre de carbone pour délivrer de la chaleur ciblée et constante à 360 degrés.
Utilisation prévue
La ceinture thermique vibrante RecoveryTherm™est conçue pour offrir une solution de gestion de la douleur pour tout le monde,
allant du soulagement des douleurs lombaires, à la réduction des tensions en passant par le soulagement des douleurs menstruelles.
La chaleur précise et ciblée associée à la thérapie par vibration aide à soulager les douleurs lombaires et la raideur musculaire et
améliore la circulation sanguine, le tout grâce à un seul et même appareil.

Enlez la ceinture
1. Installez-vous confortablement, en position assise ou
debout.
2. Pour enfiler la ceinture RecoveryTherm™ enroulez-la
autour du bas de votre dos. Positionnez-la de sorte que
le module de contrôle se trouve sur le côté droit de
votre corps, vers l’extérieur.
3. Tenez les côtés gauche et droit de la sangle dans
chaque main, ajustez-les pour vous assurer qu’ils sont à
peu près à la même distance.
4. Placez la sangle gauche sur votre nombril et placez la
sangle droite dessus. Fixez la ceinture avec la sangle
en Velcro. La ceinture doit être ajustée, mais pas trop
serré. Le module de contrôle doit reposer entre la partie
centrale de votre corps et votre hanche droite.

Utilisation de votre ceinture
1. Insérez la batterie dans le panneau de commande. Il n’y a qu’une seule position correcte d’insertion de la batterie dans
la station d’accueil de la batterie. Ne forcez pas la mise en place de la batterie. Le logo Therabody doit être orienté vers
l’extérieur lors de l’insertion.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant deux secondes.
3. La ceinture RecoveryTherm™ délivre de la chaleur à l’avant et à l’arrière de votre corps pour un traitement thermique
personnalisable à 360 degrés. Appuyez brièvement sur les boutons contrôlant la chaleur pour sélectionner un des
trois niveaux de chaleur à l’avant et à l’arrière.
4. Ajoutez la thérapie par vibration à votre traitement du dos en appuyant sur le bouton contrôlant les vibrations.
Sélectionnez un des trois modes de vibration (faible intensité, haute intensité et vague) en appuyant brièvement sur
le bouton.
5. Le traitement durera environ 20 minutes. Rallumez la ceinture si vous souhaitez répéter le traitement.

Rechargement
• ●Pour charger la ceinture RecoveryTherm™ retirez la batterie du panneau de commande et chargez-la à l’aide du câble
fourni.
• La ceinture RecoveryTherm™ comprend un câble Therabody USB-C vers USB-A.
• La ceinture RecoveryTherm™ est compatible avec les câbles USB-C.
• Le niveau de la batterie s’affiche sur l’indicateur LED de la batterie, à côté du connecteur USB-C :

Consignes d’entretien :
1. La ceinture RecoveryTherm™ n’est PAS étanche ou lavable en machine.
Ne laissez pas excessivement de liquides pénétrer dans le produit.
2. Retirez la batterie avant de la nettoyer.
3. Pour nettoyer la ceinture, essuyez la surface interne de la sangle avec un
chiffon en microfibre humide.

Indossa il dispositivo
1. Trova una posizione comoda da seduto o in piedi.
2. Per indossare RecoveryTherm™ Fascia vibrante
riscaldante per schiena e addome, avvolgi il capo
intorno alla parte bassa della schiena. Posiziona la fascia
in modo che il modulo di controllo si trovi sul lato destro
del corpo, rivolto verso l’esterno.
3. Mantieni il lato destro e il lato sinistro della fascia
in entrambe le mani, regolando in modo che siano
approssimativamente alla stessa distanza.
4. Posiziona l’estremità sinistra sull’ombelico e sopra
l’estremità destra. Fissa in posizione con lo strappo in
velcro. La fascia deve risultare aderente ma non troppo
stretta. Il modulo di controllo deve trovarsi tra il centro
del corpo e l’anca destra.

3. RecoveryTherm™ Fascia vibrante riscaldante per schiena e addome fornisce calore su tutto il tronco per una
termoterapia completamente personalizzata . Premi brevemente i pulsanti di calore per selezionare una delle tre

4. Aggiungi la terapia a vibrazione al trattamento della schiena premendo il pulsante di vibrazione. Per passare da una
modalità di vibrazione all’altra (bassa intensità, alta intensità e onda) basta premere brevemente il pulsante di vibrazione.
5. Il trattamento dura circa 20 minuti. Riaccendi il dispositivo se desideri ripetere il trattamento.
