material before discarding carton. Remove any remaining staples from the carton before
discarding. Remove all parts from carton and separate into groups as indicated on part
list. Please ensure all parts are included prior to assembly. Use of power tools to
complete assembly is not recommended.

IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 6, 7 and 8 of this instruction manuals.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the pre-drilled small holes on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure
the Cam Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole at the end of the panel with the Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole in the panel. Make sure the arrow on the Cam Lock is
pointed towards the Cam Bolt.
3. Once the Cam Bolt is connected inside the Cam Lock, take a Phillips screwdriver (not included) and
tighten the Cam Lock clockwise.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

 Do not use an extension cord to connect this unit to a wall outlet.
 Use power strip with integral over-current protection to supply other electrical devices or accessories in
desk.
 This unit must be plugged into a properly grounded outlet.
 The socket outlet should be installed near the equipment and should be easily accessible.
 Maximum load of connected equipment cannot exceed a total of 12 amps and 120 volts.
 Do not open or disassemble this unit for any reason.

Please read this user guide before installing and using your power distribution Center.
INTRODUCTION
The integrated power and USB center can connect up to
two devices, such as a digital camera, MP3 player, tablet
or cell phone.

WARNINGS
! Your hub automatically shuts off any port with a low
or excessive current.
! If USB Hub Current Limit Exceeded appears on your
screen, disconnect the affected USB device, click
Reset on the screen, and reconnect the device.
! If one of your hub ports is disabled, but USB Hub
Current Limit Exceeded does not appear:
 Disconnect and reconnect the affected device.
 If the port still does not work, disconnect the hub
and the device, and then reconnect.

Tools required: Hex wrench (provided), Phillips screwdriver and rubber mallet (not provided).

Drawer Assembling
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all screws and bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once
assembled, go back and fully tighten all screws and bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw six Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on one Drawer Front Panel (O) with a
Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT overtighten the Cam Bolts.
NOTE: Screw-in cam bolts must be screwed down flush.
3. Attach one Drawer Left Side Panel (Q) and one Drawer Right Side Panel (R) to the Drawer Front Panel
(O) by engaging four Small Cam Locks (5). (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation
supplement).

Drawer Assembling
4. Orient and attach one Drawer Bottom Support (S) to the Drawer Front Panel (O) by engaging two Small
Cam Locks (5).
5. Slide one Drawer Bottom Panel (T) into the grooves on the Drawer Side Panels (Q and R) until fully
inserted into the Drawer Front Panel (O).

Drawer Assembling
6. Fasten one Drawer Back Panel (P) between the Drawer Side Panels (Q and R) with four 32 mm Screws
(12). Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (T) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back
Panel (P). Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
7. Insert two 32 mm Screws (12) through the Drawer Back Panel (P) and screw into the Drawer Bottom
Support (S).
8. Repeat the previous steps to assemble an additional drawer assembly.
9. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Panels (I, K, L and N) using a
Phillips screwdriver.

10. Glue the 30 mm Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Panels (K, L, M and N). Make sure that
you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.
11. Orient and attach the Return Middle Partition Panel (M) to the Return Back Panel (K) by engaging two
Large Cam Locks (1).

12. Orient and attach the Return Side Panels (L and N) to the Return Back Panel (K) by engaging four
Large Cam Locks (1).
13. Align and attach the previous assembly to the Return Top Panel (I) by engaging ten Large Cam Locks
(1).

14. Using the wood dowels as a guide, align and attach the Return Bottom Panel (J) to the previous
assembly with ten 50 mm Screws (11).
15. Glue two 20 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Return Left Side Panel (L).

16. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Panels (A, C, D, F and G)
using a Phillips screwdriver.

22. Align and attach the previous assembly to the Desk Top Panel (A) by engaging fourteen Large Cam
Locks (1).
23. Using the wood dowels as a guide, align and attach the Desk Bottom Panel (B) to the previous assembly
with fourteen 50 mm Screws (11).

24. Orient and attach the Desk Support Frame (V) to the top rail of the Left Side Frame (W) with two 32
mm Bolts (7) and two Washers (8 and 9).
25. Attach the Long Stretcher (Y) to the Left Side Frame (W) with two 15 mm Bolts (6) and two Washers
(8 and 9).
26. Repeat the same process to assemble the Corner Side Frame (X) at the opposite end.
27. Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach the assembled Desk Support Frame (V) to the Desk
Bottom Panel (B) with twelve 32 mm Screws (12).

Assembly Instructions
28. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright. DO NOT lean the desk by the legs.
29. Orient and attach the Return Support Frame (Z) to the Desk Support Frame (V) with two 32 mm Bolts
(7) and two Washers (8 and 9).
30. Attach the Short Stretcher (B1) to the Corner Side Frame (X) with two 15 mm Bolts (6) and two
Washers (8 and 9).
31. Repeat the same process to attach the Right Side Frame (A1) at the opposite end.
32. Position the assembled return top onto the Return Support Frame (Z) making sure that the pilot holes
underneath the Return Bottom Panel (J) overlap the through holes on the Return Support Frame
properly.
33. Insert two 32 mm Bolts (7) with the Washers (8 and 9) through the Return Left Side Panel (L) and
securely screw into the Desk Right Front Panel (H).
