IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and
non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4, 5 and 6 of this instruction manuals.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the dowel at least half-way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Large Drawer Assembling
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go
back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw the Small Cam Bolts (8) into the designated small holes on both Large and Small Drawer
Fronts (R and X) using a Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts.
3. Align and attach the Large Drawer Side Panels (T and U) to the Large Drawer Front (R) by engaging 4
Small Cam Locks (7) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).

Large Drawer Assembling
4. Align and attach the Drawer Bottom Support (V) to the Large Drawer Front (R) by engaging 2 Small
Cam Lock (7) as shown.
5. Slide the Large Drawer Bottom Panel (W) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (T and U)
util fully inserted into the Large Drawer Front (R).

Large Drawer Assembling
6. Fasten the Large Drawer Back Panel (S) to both Large Drawer Side Panels (T and U) and the Drawer
Bottom Support (V) with six 32 mm Screws (9). Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (W) fits securely
into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (S).
7. Turn the assembled drawer upright.
8. Attach one Knob (13) to the front side of the drawer kit with one Knob Bolt (12).
9. Cover the screws head and cam locks on the Drawer Side Panels (T and U) with the Brown Paper Covers
(14).

Small Drawer Assembling
10. Align and attach the Small Drawer Side Panels (Z and AA) to one Small Drawer Front (X) by engaging 4
Small Cam Locks (7) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).
11. Slide one Small Drawer Bottom Panel (BB) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (Z and AA)
until fully inserted into the Small Drawer Front (X).

12. Fasten the Drawer Back Panel (Y) to the Drawer Side Panels (Z and AA) with four 32 mm Screws (9).
Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (BB) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (Y).
13. Turn the assembled drawer upright.
14. Attach one Knob (13) to the front side of the drawer kit with one Knob Bolt (12).
15. Cover the screws head and cam locks on the Small Drawer Side Panels (Z and AA) with the White Paper
Covers (15).
16. Repeat the same procedure to install the other Small Drawer.

Assembly Instructions
17. Securely screw the Large Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Monitor Shelf (A),
Monitor Stand Back Panel (B), Left and Right Baffles (C and D) using a Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT
over tighten the cam bolts.
18. Glue the Wood Dowels (3) into the designated holes on the Panels (A, B, C, D, E and F) as shown.
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the
excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

19. Align and attach the Monitor Shelf (A) to the Monitor Stand Back Panel (B) with four Large Cam Locks
(1).
20. Orient and attach the Monitor Stand Supports (E and F) to the Monitor Shelf (A) by engaging four Large
Cam Locks (1).

21. Align and attach the Side Baffles (C and D) to the assembled Monitor Shelf (A) by engaging four Large
Cam Locks (1).
22. Carefully turn the assembled Monitor Stand onto its top edges. Place two support blocks between the
mounting surface and side Baffles.
WARNING: Exercise caution to avoid any break.
23. Fasten the Side Baffles (C and D) to the Monitor Stand Back Panel (B) by engaging four Large Cam
Locks (1).

24. Ask for assistance to position the Desk Top (G) over the inserted Wood Dowels (3) on the assembled
Monitor Stand. Attach the Desk Top (G) into place with the 45 mm Screws (10).
25. Securely screw the Large Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Desk Top (G) using a
Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts.

26. Securely screw the Large Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Desk Aprons (J, K and I)
and Slide Track Supports (L and M) using a Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts.
27. Glue the Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on four Corner Blocks (O) and the Cross Bar (N) as
shown.

28. Using the wood dowels as guide, glue and firmly press two Corner Blocks (O) to one Side Apron (H).
Fasten the Corner Blocks (O) into place with four 32 mm Screws (9).
29. Complete this step two times to assemble four Corner Blocks (O).
30. Using the wood dowels as guide, glue and firmly press the Left Front Apron (J) to one assembled Corner
Block (O). Fasten them in place with two 32 mm Screws (9).
WARNING: Exercise caution to avoid edge crack.
31. Repeat the same process with the Right Front Apron (K).

32. Align and attach the Cross Bar (N) between the Slide Track Supports (L and M) by engaging four Large
Cam Locks (1).
33. Align and attach the assembled Left Front Apron (J) to the Left Slide Track Support (L) by engaging two
Large Cam Locks (1).
34. Repeat the same process with the assembled Right Front Apron (K).

35. Using the wood dowels as guide, glue and attach the Back Apron (I) to the previous assembly by
engaging four Large Cam Locks (1).
36. Insert four 32 mm Screws (9) through the Corner Blocks (O) and securely screw into the Back Apron (I).
Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

37. Flip the previous assembly around and glue the Wood Dowels (3) into the designated holes as shown.
38. Using the wood dowels as a guide, align and attach the previous assembly to the Desk Top (G) by
engaging twenty Large Cam Locks (1).
