IMPORTANTES MISES EN GARDE
L’utilisation d’appareils électriques doit toujours se faire dans le
respect de certaines règles élémentaires de sécurité :

Afin d’éviter tout risque d’électrocution, le câble, la prise et
l'appareil lui-même ne doivent pas être plongés dans l’eau ni
dans tout autre liquide.

Le câble ne doit pas entrer en contact avec des pièces
brûlantes (ex: cuisinière).
●
L’appareil ne doit pas être placé sur ou à proximité d’une
cuisinière allumée (à gaz ou électrique), ni dans un four en
marche.
●
Rangez l'appareil dans un endroit sec et propre, après vous
être assuré que toutes les pièces étaient bien sèches.
●
Éteignez toujours l'appareil après usage.
●
Ne mettez en aucun cas le bloc moteur dans l'eau et ne
mouillez en aucun cas le câble ou la prise: vous risqueriez un
choc électrique.
●
Ne laissez en aucun cas le câble toucher une surface
brûlante ou pendre jusqu'à une hauteur où un enfant pourrait
l'attraper.
●
N'utilisez en aucun cas des accessoires non autorisés.
●
Débranchez l'appareil en tirant sur la prise. Ne tirez jamais
sur le câble.
●
Ne laissez jamais l’appareil sans surveillance quand il est
allumé.
●
N'essayez pas de modifier la prise, vous risqueriez un choc
électrique.
●
Prenez des précautions lorsque vous manipulez les lames de
coupe, lorsque vous videz le bol et pendant le nettoyage.
●
Attention: Dans le cas de mélanges épais, ne faites pas
fonctionner le mixeur en continu pendant plus de 15
secondes d'affilée, puis laissez-le refroidir au moins quatre
minutes; faute de quoi il risquerait de surchauffer.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Déballez délicatement le mixeur et les accessoires, et enlevez tous les matériaux d'emballage.
Lavez le récipient de mixage, la lame, le couvercle, le bras mixeur, le fouet métallique et le
verre doseur dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse afin d'enlever toutes les éventuelles poussières
accumulées lors de l'emballage. Le bloc moteur, le câble et la prise ne doivent pas être mis
dans l'eau ni dans tout autre liquide. Nettoyez le bloc moteur en le frottant avec un chiffon
mouillé.

MONTAGE ET UTILISATION DU FOUET ET DU BRAS MIXEUR
1. Vérifiez que le bloc moteur est débranché. Le fouet et le bras mixeur se fixent au bloc
moteur de la manière indiquée sur la fig. 1-1 ou 2-1 respectivement. Tout en tenant le
bloc moteur, montez le fouet ou le bras mixeur et serrez bien jusqu'à entendre un déclic
indiquant qu'il est verrouillé.
2. Mettez les aliments dans un récipient adéquat pour le mixage (verre doseur, gobelet, bol
ou marmite). Avec le bras mixeur, les aliments solides ne doivent pas dépasser 1.27cm.
Le fouet ne peut PAS SERVIR À MÉLANGER DES ALIMENTS SOLIDES.
3. Branchez l'appareil sur une prise de courant de 220-240 V, 50 Hz.
4. Plongez le fouet ou le bras mixeur dans les ingrédients. Mettez la vitesse sur "Min" en
poussant à fond vers le bas le bouton de contrôle situé sur le bloc moteur. Appuyez sur le
bouton ON/TURBO(MARCHE/TURBO) pour commencer, puis augmentez la vitesse
petit à petit en remontant le bouton. Bougez le bras mixeur dans les aliments,
verticalement et latéralement. Remarque: Afin d'éviter les éclaboussures, ne sortez jamais
le fouet ou le bras mixeur des aliments tant que le moteur tourne.
5. Évitez de faire fonctionner le moteur en continu pendant plus d'1 minute avec le fouet ou
le bras mixeur; adaptez la vitesse à la texture souhaitée.
6. Quand vous avez fini d'utiliser l'appareil, relâchez le bouton ON/TURBO, débranchez le
bloc moteur et démontez l'accessoire en appuyant sur les deux boutons indiqués par des
flèches (fig. 1-4 ou 2-4).
7. Nettoyez les accessoires dans de l’eau chaude savonneuse.

IDÉES D'UTILISATION
Votre mixeur comporte une lame fixe polyvalente et un très long bras qui permet de l'utiliser
dans des marmites et des récipients très hauts. Attention: Les lames sont très coupantes;
manipulez-les avec précaution.
Utilisez la vitesse minimale pour battre la crème, les blancs d'œufs en neige, les puddings, les
sauces, les glaçages et autres préparations mousseuses et aérées. Au cours du mixage, bougez

le fouet ou le bras mixeur dans la préparation pour faire entrer l'air. Pour faire mousser le lait,
fouetter la crème ou battre les blancs d'œufs en neige, utilisez de préférence un récipient haut
et étroit.
Utilisez les vitesses intermédiaire à maximale pour mélanger les shakes, les boissons, les
omelettes, les sauces, les émulsions, les soupes et les aliments pour bébés.
MONTAGE ET UTILISATION DU HACHOIR
●Vérifiez que le bloc moteur est débranché.
●Pour monter le hachoir, commencez par enfiler la lame du hachoir sur l'axe situé dans le
récipient (voir fig. 3-1 et 3-2).
●Placez le couvercle sur le récipient du hachoir (voir fig. 3-3).
●Montez le bloc moteur sur le récipient de la manière suivante: Tenez solidement le
récipient et vissez le bloc moteur jusqu'à entendre un déclic indiquant qu'il est verrouillé
en place.
●Branchez l'appareil sur une prise de courant de 220-240 V, 50 Hz.
●Lors du hachage, pressez toujours le bloc moteur légèrement vers le bas tout en tenant
solidement le couvercle avec l'autre main afin d'éviter que le récipient ne bouge. Le
bouton de vitesse doit impérativement être sur MAX pendant le hachage. Hachez par
impulsions, en appuyant sur le bouton ON/TURBO puis en le relâchant.
●Évitez de faire tourner le moteur en continu pendant plus de 15 secondes avec le hachoir,
vos aliments risqueraient d'être hachés trop finement.
●Une fois le hachage terminé, relâchez le bouton ON/TURBO, débranchez le bloc moteur
et démontez-le du couvercle du récipient.

CONSEILS UTILES
Ce mixeur plongeant peut être utilisé dans les liquides brûlants, auquel cas, manipulez-le avec
précaution. Dans les casseroles, afin d'éviter les éclaboussures, plongez d'abord le mixeur
dans la casserole, descendez le bouton de vitesse jusqu'à MIN, appuyez sur le bouton
marche/arrêt puis augmentez la vitesse petit à petit jusqu'à la vitesse souhaitée.
ATTENTION : Faites attention à ne jamais sortir la lame de la casserole tant que le moteur
tourne, vous risqueriez de vous blesser ou de vous brûler gravement avec les éclaboussures
bouillantes.
Pour un mixage plus complet, bougez le mixeur verticalement dans le mélange. Les récipients
hauts (ex: verre doseurs) sont recommandés car ils donnent de meilleurs résultats.
Pour nettoyer le mixeur, enlevez l'accessoire et rincez-le sous le robinet dès que vous avez fini
de l'utiliser.
Avant d'allumer l'appareil, plongez d'abord l'accessoire du mixeur dans les ingrédients afin
d'éviter les éclaboussures.
Pour un meilleur résultat, tournez l'appareil dans le mélange, en décrivant un mouvement de
spirale vers l'extérieur. Ne touchez pas le fond du récipient avec l'appareil.
Ce mixeur plongeant ne peut pas mixer des ingrédients durs ou fibreux, sauf s'ils sont d'une
taille inférieure à 1.27 cm.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
●
Débranchez l'appareil. Décrochez le bras mixeur, le fouet ou le hachoir du bloc moteur en
appuyant sur les deux boutons ronds. Le bras mixeur, le fouet et le hachoir se lavent dans
de l'eau chaude savonneuse. ATTENTION : Les lames sont coupantes. Manipulez-les
avec précaution. Ne mettez pas le bloc moteur, le câble, la prise et le couvercle du
récipient dans l'eau. Le bloc moteur et le couvercle du récipient se nettoient
SEULEMENT avec un chiffon mouillé.
●Si les résidus alimentaires du fouet ou du bras mixeur sont trop difficiles à enlever sous le
robinet, mettez une goutte de liquide vaisselle dans un récipient de mélange avec la
quantité d'eau chaude qui convient. Plongez le mixeur dans le mélange, allumez-le et
laissez-le tourner ainsi pendant 10 minutes pour qu'il se nettoie lui-même. Puis
débranchez-le et rincez l'accessoire sous l'eau chaude.
●Pour nettoyer le hachoir, enlevez d'abord le couvercle du récipient, puis la lame du
hachoir. Le couvercle du récipient ne peut pas aller à l'eau; frottez-le avec un chiffon
imbibé d'eau et (si nécessaire) d'un peu de liquide vaisselle. Le récipient et la lame du
hachoir, en revanche, peuvent se laver dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse. N’utilisez pas de
nettoyant dur ou abrasif.
ATTENTION : N'essayez pas d'affûter les lames de l'appareil. Elles font l'objet d'un polissage
soigneux et vous risqueriez de les abîmer si vous essayez de les affûter.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
When using the electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
●Read all instructions before using the appliance for the first
time.
●This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by

BEFORE FIRST USE
Carefully unpack the blender and accessories and remove all packaging materials. Wash the
chopping bowl, chopping blade, chopping lid, blending rod, wire whisk and measuring cup in
warm soapy water to remove any dust that may have accumulated during packaging. Do not
immerse the motor base, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. Wipe the motor base with a
damp cloth.
KNOW YOUR HAND BLENDER
BLENDING ROD MEASURING CUP CHOPPER WIRE WHISK
ASSEMBLY AND USE OF BLENDING ROD AND WIRE WHISK
1. Ensure the motor base is unplugged. Attach blending rod or wire whisk to motor base as
shown in Fig. 1-1 and Fig. 2-1 respectively. Hold the motor base while attach blending
rod or wire whisk firmly until the attachment snaps into place and you hear the “click”.
2. Place food in suitable container for mixing (measuring cup, beaker, bowl, or stockpot).
When using blending rod, solid food should be less than 0.5 inches. Wire whisk
CANNOT be used for mixing solids.
3. Plug into 220-240 V, 50Hz AC mains outlet.
4. Immerse the blending rod or whisk into your ingredients. Turn the speed to “Min” by
scroll down the controller on the top of motor base to the end. Press the ON/TURBO
switch to begin blending; then gradually increase speed when needed by scrolling up the
controller. Slowly move the rod or whisk up, down and sideways through the food. Note:
To avoid splatter of your food, never lift the blending rod or wire whisk attachment out of
your ingredients while the unit is running.
5. Do not operate the motor continuously for more than one minute when using the blending
rod or wire whisk; pulse the selected speed to your desired consistency.
6. When blending is finished, simply release the ON/TURBO switch, unplug the motor base,
and press the two buttons labeled with arrow in Fig. 1-4 or Fig. 2-4 to remove the
attachment.
7. Wash the attachments in warm soapy water.

SUGGESTED USES
Your blender comes with a fixed multi-purpose blade and an extra long shaft which allows the
unit to be used in deep pots or tall containers. Caution: Blades are sharp, handle with care.
Use minimum speed to beat cream, whip egg whites, puddings, sauces, frostings and other
airy, foamy mixtures. When using, move blending rod or wire whisk to draw air in. Use a tall,
narrow container for best results when foaming milk, making cream and whipping egg whites.

Use medium to maximum speed to mix and stir shakes, drinks, omelette batters, sauces,
emulsions, baby food, and soups.
ASSEMBLY AND USE OF CHOPPER ATTACHMENT
●Ensure the motor base is unplugged.
●Assemble chopper bowl by first placing the chopping blade onto the blade shaft in the
chopper bowl (see Fig. 3-1 and 3-2).
●Place the chopper bowl lid on top of the chopper bowl (as shown in Fig. 3-3).
●Attach the motor base to the chopping bowl as follows: Hold the chopping bowl firmly
while attach the motor base until it snaps into place and you hear the “click”.
●Plug into 220-240 V, 50Hz AC mains outlet.
●Always use slight downward pressure when operating the motor base, while the other
hand is placed firmly on the bowl cover to avoid the bowl from moving. Always ensure
your speed controller is on “MAX” when chopping. Use a pulse action when chopping by
pressing and releasing ON/TURBO switch.
●Do not operate the motor continuously for more than 15 seconds when using chopper
attachment, otherwise food will be too finely chopped.
●When chopping is finished, simply release the ON/TURBO switch, unplug the motor base
and detach it from the chopping bowl lid.

HELPFUL HINTS
The hand blender can be used in hot liquids. Always keepcarefully when using it in hot
liquids. To avoid splashing when using the hand blender in a saucepan, insert it into the pan
first, scroll the speed controller down to “MIN”, and then press the ON/OFF switch for
operation, slowly raising the speed to your desired setting.
CAUTION: Do not tilt or lift the blender out of the pan while the motor is running, because a
serious burn or injury may be caused by splattered food.
For thorough blending, please move blade up and down in mixture. Tall container such as
measuring cup is recommended for its better mixing result.
To cleanse the blender,remove the attachment and rinse it under running water immediately
after use.
Before turning the appliance on, immerse the hand blender attachment into prepared
ingredients first to ensure that they won’t spill over.
For better mixing result, move the appliance in small outward spiraling circles when it’s in
use. But don’t touch the bottom of the container.
The hand blender cannot blend hard or fibrous ingredients unless they are smaller than 0.5
inches.
CARE AND CLEANING
●
Unplug the unit from the outlet. Remove the blending rod, wire whisk or chopper
attachment from the motor base by push down the two round buttons. Cleanse the
attachment blending rod, wire whisk or chopper blade in warm, soapy water. CAUTION:
Blades are sharp. Handle withcare. Do not immerse the chopper bowl cover, motor base,
cord or plug in water. Wipe the motor base and bowl cover with a damp cloth ONLY.
●
If food residues are difficult to rinse off the blending rod or wirewhisk, place a drop of
dish detergent in a mixing container with appropriate amount of warm water. Immerse the
hand blender, power on, and operate for about 10 sec to self-clean. Then unplug it, rinse
the attachment under hot water.
●
To clean the chopper attachment, remove the bowl cover first, and then the chopping
blade. The chopper bowl cover can’t be immersed into water, so wipe it with a damp cloth
using dishwashing liquid if necessary; while the chopper bowl and chopping blade can be
washed in warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleansers.
CAUTION: Do not try to sharpen the cutting edges of any blades. The are precisely honed
and might be damaged by any attempted sharpening.

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not
be disposed in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances
must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of
the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the
environment.
