1. 一般安全注意事項 General Safety Instructions
1.1 組立/試運転前 Before assembly/commissioning:
取扱説明書を熟読し理解する。
組立作業員および操作者は適切な訓練を受けている。
操作説明書の内容は担当者が完全に理解していることを確認してください。
国内の労働安全衛生法（国際規格ではIEC/EN60079-14）などに従って取り付けてください。
Read through the operating instructions.
Give adequate training to the assembly and operating personnel.
Ensure that the contents of the operating instructions are fully understood by the personnel in charge.
The national installation and assembly regulations (e.g. IEC/EN 60079-14) apply.
1.2 装置を操作する時 When operating the device:
装置が運転している場合、担当者が随時取扱説明書で確認できるようにしてください。
これらの指示、他の作業指示書、および国内の安全規制を守ってください。
安全説明が履行されているか確認してください。
Ensure the operating instructions are made available for the person in charge on location at all times.
Observe these instructions, other working instructions and national safety regulations.
Verify the implementation of safety instructions.

装置の性能データに応じた装置を適切かつ安全に動作させるための説明書です。装置の損傷により爆発保
護が無効になる場合があります。このマニュアルには製品に関連する最も高い情報を記載し、また適用さ
れる規約と規制を補足してます。マニュアルを遵守しないと人、植物、環境などを危険にさらす恐れがあ
ります。担当者は保守点検のための人員を確保する必要があります。不適切な使用方法や、このマニュア
ルの規則に違反した場合、弊社は責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
警告－照明器具を開くことは禁止です。
This manual contains basic safety instructions to be observed during installation, operation and
maintenance of the apparatus, and for properly and safety run of the apparatus according to its
performance data. Any damage of the apparatus may result explosion protection null and void.
This manual represents the most relevant information about the product, applicable codes and
regulations shall supplement it. Non-observance will endanger persons, plant and the
environment. The person in charge is required to secure its employment in the industrial unit.
Any improper usage, as well as non-compliance with the rules under this manual, shall release
the manufacturer’s all responsibilities.

2. 適用分野 Intended Field of Application
特殊環境用防爆形 LED 照明、型番 L1601C については、ガス蒸気爆発危険区域（IEC60079-10-1 によるゾ
ーン 2）、粉じん爆発危険区域（IEC60079-10-2 によるゾーン 21）での使用が可能です。他の潜在的な
爆発性雰囲気での使用は指定した用途に対応していないため認可されていません。
この装置は屋内および屋外環境で使用のために設計されています。
The Universal Explosion Proof LED Lighting, Model L1701 is intended for using in gas explosive atmospheres
(Zone 1 and Zone 2 according to IEC60079-10-1) and dust explosion hazards (Zone 21 and Zone 22 according to
IEC60079-10-2). The use in other potentially explosive atmospheres does not correspond to the designated use and
is therefore not allowed.
The apparatus is designed for using in indoor and outdoor environments.

5. 組立と設置 Assembly and Installation
5.1 ブラケットの取付(照明器具は取付けの時には開けないように)
Mounting Bracket Installation (The luminaire shall not be opened during installation)
5.1.1 壁掛けおよび吊り下げ用マウントブラケット Wall & Hanging Mount Bracket
マウントブラケットは、壁面マウント(図1)と吊りマウント(図2)の両方に使用できます。
ブラケットホルダを配置したら付属の M8 ネジを使用し 61 kgf-cm のトルクで固定します。
壁面/吊り金具を構造に固定する時にはネジ等の 4つの止め金具（付属無し）を使用します。

照明器具の角度を調整することができます。
The mount bracket is for the use of both Wall mount (Figure 1) and Hanging mount (Figure 2).
Position the bracket holders and fix it by means of the provided M8 screws, 61 kgf-cm.
Secure the Wall/Hanging mounting bracket to the structure by using four fasteners (not provided).
The angle of lighting fixture can be adjusted.
5.2 アース線 Ground wire
外部アーススクリューの位置は右の写真の赤い円で示しております
外部アース線の設置と接続端子タイプは右図の様に“U”,”O”です。
アース線の断面積 = 4 mm ²、18 AWG、最大 LED 電流 = 1a; @V = 110Vac-10%。
アースネジおよびワッシャーはステンレス鋼である。
適合ネジ: M4
締め付けトルク: 7 kgf-cm
ワイヤーが確実に結ばれていることを確認します。
External earth screw location as showing in the Red Circle of right pictures.
Ground wire cross-sectional area = 4 mm²，18 AWG, max LED current = 1A; @V = 110Vac-10%.
The external ground wire installation and terminal type as show the right pictures.
Both ground screw and washer material is stainless steel.
Screw hole Spec: M4,
Torque requirement: 7 kgf-cm.
Ensure wire is tied assured.
5.3 使用/運行開始 Putting into Service
動作する前に、以下の手順に従って確認してください。
Before putting into operating, it’s necessary to ensure that:
照明が正しく取り付けられていること。
接続が正しく行われました。
ケーブルが正しく挿入されている。
電圧が正しいこと。

6. メンテナンス Maintenance
定期メンテナンス Regular Maintenance
検査の種類と程度を判断するには、関連する国内法規(IEC/EN 60079-17など)を参照してください。
少なくとも3ヶ月に1回は装置の定期点検を行い、予測される装置内の欠陥が速やかに検出されるよ
うにしてください。
Consult the relevant national regulations (e.g. IEC/EN 60079-17) to determine the type and extent of
inspections.
Arrange the plan of regular inspection with the equipment, one time per 3-month at least, so that any defects
in the equipment which may be anticipated are promptly detected.
下記の通りにメンテナンススケジュールの一部としてチェックしてください：
To check as part of the maintenance schedule as following:
ガラスカバーまたは筐体の亀裂や損傷の有無。
接続ケーブルの状態。
取付金具のネジを締め付け具合の確認。
Cracks or damages on the glass cover and/or on the enclosure.
Condition of the connecting cables.
Screws of the mounting bracket are tightened.
警告 WARNING
通電部品による危険性を避けるために、すべての接続と配線を電源から切断する必要がありま
す。不正なアクティベーションから接続を保護します。
火傷をする危険性を避けるために、ハウジング、ケーブルグランド、および保護ガラスを約30分
間冷やしてから作業をしてください。
この照明器具本体への修理は禁止です。修理は製造業者のみ行われます。不正な修理の結果につ
いて防爆や防塵構造の機能が失われた場合、THT-EXは責任を負わず保証期間は終了する。
To avoid dangers due to energized parts, all connections and wiring must be disconnected from the
power supply. Secure the connections against unauthorized activation.
To avoid risk of burn to hands, let the luminaire cool down for approximate 30 minutes before
touching them.
Repairs are only to be carried out by the manufacturer. Unauthorized repair shall cause the
manufacturer’s liability and warranty expires.

8. 廃棄・リサイクル Transport, Storage and Disposal
輸送と保管は元包装のカートンボックスに記載されている方法のみ許可されています。
輸送 元のカートンに衝撃を与えず、落とさずに取り扱ってください。
保管場所 乾燥場所に保管してください。
廃棄 法規に従ってすべての部品を環境に配慮した廃棄を確保してください。
Transport and storage is only allowed in the original packaging, on the way pointed out on the carton
box.
Transport – Shock-free in its original carton, do not drop, and handle carefully.
Store – Store in a dry place in its original packaging.
Disposal – Ensure environmentally friendly disposal of all components according to the legal
regulations.
