Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um einen Lichteffekt-
strahler, der mit einem Leuchtmittel spezielle Lichteffek-
te erzeugt. Das Produkt wird dabei an das Stromnetz und
bei Bedarf an ein DMX-512 kompatibles Steuergerät an-
geschlossen.
Dieses Produkt ist für den Anschluss an 230 V, 50 Hz
Wechselspannung zugelassen und wurde ausschließlich
zur Verwendung in Innenräumen konzipiert.
Wird das Gerät anders verwendet als in dieser Bedie-
nungsanleitung beschrieben, kann dies zu Schäden am
Produkt führen und der Gewährleistungsanspruch er-
lischt. Außerdem ist jede andere Verwendung mit Ge-
fahren wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischem Schlag,
etc. verbunden.
Die vom Hersteller festgelegte Seriennummer darf nie-
mals entfernt werden, da ansonsten der Gewährleis-
tungsanspruch erlischt.

This product complies with the requirements stipulated
by applicable European and national regulations; confor-
mity has been proven and the respective declarations
and documents have been deposited with the manufac-
turer. This product complies with protection class I and
features a protective insulation.
For reasons of safety and approval (CE) the personal
reconstruction and/or modication of this product is
prohibited. Please observe that damage caused by
modications performed manually to this device is not
covered by the warranty.
This product leaves our works in a perfect condition.
Please observe all notes in these operating instructions
to warrant this condition and the safe operation of the
product!
Any damage caused as a result of the non-compliance
with these operating instructions leads to the expiration
of any warranty claim. The manufacturer does not ac-
cept liability for any damage to property or for personal
injury resulting from the improper handling of the pro-
duct, or non-observance of the operating instructions.
Store these operating instructions in a safe place for
later reference and pass them to any new holder when
selling or lending or leaving this device in the hands of
any other party.
Application According to Purpose
This product is a lighting effect which creates special
light effects with one lamp. To generate these effects,
the product must be connected to mains and if required
a dmx-512 compatible controller.
This product is designed for 230 V, 50 Hz A/C operation
and exclusively for indoor use.
If used for any purpose other than described in these
operating instructions, the device may suffer damage
and the warranty expires. Also, any other use is linked
with risks such as short circuits, re, electrical shock,
etc.
The manufacturer‘s serial number must never be remo-
ved as otherwise the warranty expires.

Transport und Lagerung dieses Produktes betraut ist,
dafür geeignet ist.
- zu überprüfen, ob kein offensichtlicher Transportscha-
den vorliegt. Sollten Sie Schäden an Stromkabel, Ge-
häuse oder Leuchtmittel entdecken, nehmen Sie das
Gerät nicht in Betrieb; setzen Sie sich unbedingt mit

2. Netzspannung, Netzkabel und Netzanschluss
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR! BRANDGEFAHR! KURZSCHLUSSGE-
FAHR!
Der Umgang mit Netzspannung, Netzkabeln und Netz-
anschlüssen erfordert wegen der Gefahr eines lebens-
gefährlichen elektrischen Schlages, der Gefahr eines
Brandes und der Gefahr eines Kurzschlusses besondere
Vorsicht! Bitte beachten Sie insbesondere folgende Hin-
weise:
Produkte, die an Netzspannung betrieben werden, gehö-
ren nicht in Kinderhände. Stellen Sie deshalb sicher, dass
bei Anwesenheit von Kindern in der Nähe des Produktes
eine dauerhafte Aufsicht erfolgt!
In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungs-
vorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsge-
nossenschaft zu beachten.
In Schulen, Ausbildungseinrichtungen, Hobby- oder
Selbsthilfewerkstätten ist das Betreiben des Gerätes
durch geschultes Personal verantwortlich zu überwa-
chen.
Überprüfen Sie das Produkt regelmäßig auf Beschädigun-
gen des Netzkabels! Sollten Sie dabei Schäden am Netz-
kabel entdecken, nehmen Sie das Produkt nicht in Be-
trieb, bzw. außer Betrieb! Sichern Sie das Produkt gegen
unbeabsichtigten Betrieb und setzen Sie sich mit Ihrem
Fachhändler in Verbindung!
Trennen Sie das Produkt immer vom Netz, indem Sie den
Netzstecker an der Griffäche anfassen. Ziehen Sie nie-
mals an der Netzleitung!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie das Produkt ausschließlich an
230 V, 50 Hz Wechselspannung anschließen!
Stellen Sie bei Installation, Betrieb, Transport und La-
gerung des Produktes stets sicher, dass das Netzkabel
weder mechanisch, noch durch Feuchtigkeit, Flüssigkeit,
Hitze oder Kälte beschädigt werden kann!
Die Kabeleinführung am Produkt darf nicht durch Zuge
belastet werden!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Netzanschluss erst nach dem
Aufbau des Produktes erfolgt. Den Netzstecker immer als
letztes einstecken!
Das Produkt darf nur an eine ordnungsgemäße Netz-
steckdose des öffentlichen Versorgungsnetzes ange-
schlossen werden. Stecken Sie das Netzkabel nur in ge-
eignete Steckdosen ein!

2. Supply Voltage, Mains Cord and Connection to Mains
ATTENTION:
DANGER OF LIFE! RISK OF FIRE! RISK OF SHORT CIR-
CUIT!
The handling of supply voltage, mains cords and con-
nections to mains calls for particular care considering
the risk from a life-threatening electric shock, the risk
of re and the risk of short circuits! Please observe the
following notes in particular:
Products operating on supply voltage should be kept out
of the reach of children. Therefore ensure the perma-
nent supervision if children are in the immediate vicinity
of the product!
For commercial facilities the regulations on the preventi-
on of accidents of the respective trade association must
be observed.
The operation of this equipment at schools, training
facilities, and hobby or self-help workshops must be
supervised responsibly by trained personnel.
Check the product regularly for any damage to the
mains cord! Should you discover any damage to the
mains cord, do not operate or disconnect this product!
Secure the product against accidental operation and
contact your specialised dealer!
Always separate the product from mains by holding the
mains plug by the handling surface. Never disconnect
by holding the line cord!
Be sure to connect the product exclusively to 230 V, 50
Hz A/C!
Always ensure during installation, operation, transport
and when storing the product that the mains cord is not
exposed to possible mechanical damage, or damage
caused by humidity, uids, heat or cold!
The product‘s cable entry must not be exposed to stress
from pull!
Create the mains connection once the product has been
installed only. Always connect the mains plug last!
The product must only be connected to a proper outlet
of the public supply grid. Connect the mains cord to
suitable outlets only!

Benutzen Sie nur vorschriftsmäßige Verlängerungskabel!
Lassen Sie das Netzkabel nicht mit anderen Kabeln in
Kontakt kommen!
Stellen Sie bei Installation, Betrieb, Transport und Lage-
rung stets sicher, dass keine Kabel frei herumliegen!
Fassen Sie Netzkabel, Netzstecker und Netzsteckdosen
nie mit nassen oder feuchten Händen an!
Trennen Sie das Produkt bei Nichtbenutzung und vor je-
der Reinigung vom Netz! Fassen Sie dazu den Netzste-
cker an der Griffäche an und ziehen Sie niemals an der
Netzleitung!
Das Produkt darf keinesfalls mit Dimmerpacks betrieben
werden.
3. Gehäuse
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! BRANDGE-
FAHR! KURZSCHLUSSGEFAHR!
Stellen Sie bei Installation, Betrieb, Transport und Lage-
rung des Produktes stets sicher, dass keine Erschütterun-
gen oder sonstige Gewalteinwirkungen auf das Gehäuse
einwirken können!
Das Gehäuse darf während des Betriebs keine anderen
Geräte oder Gegenstände berühren!
Leicht entammbare Materialien wie z.B. Dekorations-
materialien und andere Gegenstände und Flächen müs-
sen mindestens 3 m vom Gehäuse entfernt sein! Halten
Sie einen Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 50 cm zu
Wänden.
Das Gerät darf stehend nur auf feuerfestem Untergrund
(kein Teppich!) betrieben werden.
Es muss immer eine einwandfreie Luftzirkulation statt-
nden.
Berühren Sie während des Betriebs das Gehäuse nicht –
es erhitzt sich. Erst ca. 5 Minuten nach Ende des Betriebs
können Sie das Gehäuse wieder berühren!
Tragen Sie das Gerät nur an den Tragegriffen. Tragen Sie
das Gerät niemals an den Projektorarmen!
Es darf keinerlei Flüssigkeit in das Gehäuse eindringen,
da dies die Schutzisolierung reduzieren oder Kurzschlüs-
se auslösen könnte, was zu tödlichen Stromschlägen füh-
ren kann! Im Fall von eingedrungener Flüssigkeit müssen
Sie sofort den Netzstecker ziehen, das Produkt gegen
unbeabsichtigten Betrieb sichern und sich mit Ihrem
Fachhändler in Verbindung setzen! Schäden, die durch
Flüssigkeiten im Gehäuse entstehen, sind von der Ge-
währleistung ausgeschlossen.
Es dürfen keine Metallteile oder sonstige Gegenstände
in das Gehäuse gelangen, da dies die Schutzisolierung
reduzieren oder Kurzschlüsse auslösen könnte, was zu
tödlichen Stromschlägen führen kann! Im Fall von ein-
gedrungenen Metallteilen oder sonstigen Gegenständen

ways disconnect the product from mains! To do so, hold
the mains plug by the handling surface and never pull
the mains cord!
Never connect the device to dimmer packs!
3. Housing
ATTENTION:
DANGER OF LIFE! RISK OF BURNS! RISK OF FIRE! RISK
OF SHORT CIRCUIT!
Always ensure during installation, operation, transport
and when storing the product that no shocks or other
forces impact the housing!
The housing must not touch onto any other devices or
objects during operation!
Easily ammable materials e.g. dekoration material and
other surfaces and objects must maintain a minimum
distance of 3 m to the housing! Walls must maintain a
minimum distance of 50 cm to the housing!
The device must be installed on a reproof surface only
(no carpet)!
Always ensure a proper circulation of air.
Do not touch the housing during operation – it will heat
up. The housing is safe to touch approx. 5 minutes fol-
lowing the end of operation!
The device must never be carried via the projector
arms. Use the carrying handles only!
Fluids must not enter the housing as this could reduce
the protective insulation and may trigger short circuits
which may lead to fatal electric shocks! If uids have
entered, disconnect the mains plug immediately and
secure the product against unintentional operation and
contact your specialised dealer! Damage caused as
a result of uids entering the housing is exempt from
warranty.
No metal parts or other items must enter the housing
as this may reduce the protective insulation or trigger
short circuits which may lead to fatal electric shocks!
If metal parts or other items have entered, disconnect
the mains plug immediately, secure the product against
unintentional operation and contact your specialised

4. Betriebsumgebung
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! BRANDGE-
FAHR! KURZSCHLUSSGEFAHR!
Das Produkt darf nur im Trockenen betrieben und gela-
gert werden! Spritzwasser, Regen, Feuchtigkeit, Nebel
können die Schutzisolierung reduzieren, was zu tödlichen
Stromschlägen führen kann! Der Grenzwert für die relati-
ve Luftfeuchtigkeit liegt bei 50% bei 45 Grad Celsius. Zu
einer Nebelmaschine muss ein Mindestabstand von 1,5
m eingehalten werden; die Nebelsättigung im Raum darf
eine Sichtweite von 10 m nicht unterschreiten.
Das Produkt darf nur bei einer Temperatur zwischen -5
und 45 Grad Celsius betrieben werden. Schützen Sie das
Produkt dazu vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder an-
derweitiger externer Erhitzung wie z.B. durch Heizkörper!
Wenn das Produkt von einem kalten Raum in einen war-
men Raum gebracht wurde, darf es erst in Betrieb ge-
nommen werden, wenn es Zimmertemperatur erreicht
hat, da das dabei entstehende Kondenswasser es unter
Umständen zerstören kann!
Das Produkt muss vor Staub geschützt werden! Staub
kann die Schutzisolierung reduzieren, was zu tödlichen
Stromschlägen führen kann!
Das Produkt darf nur zwischen Höhenlagen von 20 m un-
ter bis 2000 m über Normalnull (NN) in Betrieb genom-
men werden!
Das Produkt darf nicht bei Gewitter betrieben werden, da
ansonsten eine Zerstörung durch Überspannung droht!
Das Produkt darf nur in einem Mindestabstand von 1,5 m
zu den beleuchteten Objekten betrieben werden!
5. Installation

4. Operating Environment

The product must be operated and stored in a dry en-
vironment only! Splash water, rain, humidity, fog may
reduce the protective insulation which may lead to fatal
electric shocks! The limit value for relative humidity
is 50% at 45°C. A minimum distance of 1,5 m to a fog
machine must be observed; fog saturation in the room
must not reduce the visibility to below 10 m.
The product must be operated at a temperature range
of between -5 °C and 45 °C only. Protect the product
against direct exposure to sunlight or other heat, such
as from radiators!
If the product is taken from a cold environment into a
warm environment it must only be taken into operation
once it has reached ambient temperature, since the
condensation created by the difference in temperature
may destroy the device!
Protect the product against dust! Dust may reduce the
protective insulation, which may cause fatal electric
shocks!
The product must be operated at altitudes ranging bet-
ween 20 m below and 2000 m above sea level only!
The product must not be operated during thunder
storms; risk of destruction from surge voltages!
The product must be operated at a minimum distance
of 1,5 m to lit objects only!

Wenn dieses Lichteffektgerät irgendwelche Anzeichen
von Beschädigung aufweist, darf eine Installation nicht

ren.
Scanic übernimmt keine Verantwortung oder Haftung
für durch unsachgemäße Installation entstandene Sach-
oder Personenschäden!
Das Gerät darf stehend nur senkrecht auf einem abso-
lut planen, massiven, feuerfestern, erschütterungs- und
schwingungsfreien Untergrund installiert werden.
Eine Installation dieses Lichteffektgerätes kann nur
durch ausreichend geschultes, professionelles Personal
durchgeführt werden!
Eine Installation dieses Lichteffektgerätes darf nur mit
dafür vorgesehenen Materialien vorgenommen werden!
Eine aufgehangene Installation dieses Lichteffektgerätes
darf nur mit einem dafür geeigneten Trägersystem erfol-
gen!
Es ist unzulässig das Lichteffektgerät frei schwingend im
Raum zu befestigen.
Beachten Sie bei gewerblichen Einsatz die Einhaltung
von Sondervorschriften. Bei der Montage sind die Be-
stimmungen der BGV C1 und EN 60598-2-17 zu befolgen.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich nach Möglichkeit unterhalb
der aufgehangenen Installation keine Personen benden.
Das Gerät ist zwingend mit einer zweiten, eigenständi-
gen Befestigung anzubringen. Die zweite Befestigung
muss gewährleisten, dass im Ausfall der Haupthalterung
keine Montageteile herabstürzen können. Benutzen Sie

Should your Scanic lighting effect show any signs of
damage, do not install the device! In this case, have
your lighting effect repaired by your specialised Scanic
dealer.
Scanic does not accept responsibility or liability for
damage to property or personal injury resulting from an
improperly installation!
As a stand-alone system the device must be installed
vertically on an absolut planar, rm, reproof, shock-
and vibration-free surface.
The installation of this lighting effect must be carried
out by trained and professional staff!
The installation of this lighting must only be carried out
with the appropriate materials!
The suspended installation of this lighting effect neces-
sitates a suitable suspension system!
The lightning effect must never be xed swinging freely
in the room.
Observe the regulations if the product is used for com-
mercial operation. Consider the EN 60589-2-17.
No individuals should linger underneath the lighting
effect during suspended installation!
It is a must to install this device with a second indepen-
dent xture. Such second xture must guarantee in the
event of failure of the main xture that no assembly
parts will fall down.

tungen vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme und nach wesent-
lichen Änderungen vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme kont-
rolliert.
Es ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass ein Sachverständiger

ten kann.
Während jeglicher Montagearbeiten ist das unnötige Auf-
halten unterhalb der Installationen strengstens unter-
sagt.
Das Lichteffektgerät muss bei der Überkopfmontage
zwingend durch ein Sicherheitsfangseil gesichert wer-
den. Das Seil muss dabei dem 12-fachen des Lichtef-
fektgewichts standhalten. Benutzen Sie Fangseile mit
Schnellverschlussgliedern. Der Fallabstand darf maximal
20cm betragen. Defekte Fangseile oder Fangseile die
schon einer Belastung durch einen Fall ausgesetzt wa-
ren, dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

nical and safety-relevant installation prior to the initial
operation and following major modications, prior to the
renewed operation.
It must be ensured that an expert inspects the mechani-
cal and safety-relevant installation at least once a year.
It must be ensured that an expert inspects the mecha-
nical installation and the installation of relevance to
safety within the framework of an acceptance test at
least every four years.
The installation xture must be as such that it can
withstand for a period of 60 minutes 10 times the load
capacity without harmful deformation.
It is prohibited for any individual to unnecessarily stay
or pass beneath the installation during any type of as-
sembly work.
The light effect unit must be secured by a safety arres-
ter cable if y-mounted. The cable must withstand 12
times the weight of the light effect unit. Use arrester
cables equipped with quick closing links. The dropping
distance must not exceed 20 cm.
Defect arrester cables or arrester cables that have al-
ready been exposed to stress must not be used.

The Scanic device can be operated by DMX operation.
When used in DMX operation, all Scanic devices must
be connected via a conventional 3-pole DMX cable (XLR)
and a DMX 512 control panel.
Connect the output -13- of the rst device with the input
-14- of the second device and the output of the second
device with the input of the third device and so on.

Schließen Sie den Netzstecker zunächst an die Netz-
steckdose an und schalten Sie das Gerät nun mit dem
Ein/Aus-Schalter -15- ein.
Wenn Sie das Produkt zum ersten Mal in Betrieb nehmen,
kann es zu Rauch- und Geruchsentwicklung kommen;
dies stellt keinen Fehler dar. Vermeiden Sie es, das Pro-
dukt schnell nacheinander mit dem Netz zu verbinden
und es wieder vom Netz zu trennen! Warten Sie immer
15 Minuten bis zur nächsten Inbetrieb-, bzw. Außerbe-
triebnahme!
Das Gerät startet erst nach einer Aufwärm- und Selbst-
test-Phase. Das Display bleibt währenddessen dunkel.
Wenn der Moving Head startbereit ist, betätigen Sie die
Mode-Taste -7-. Nun können Sie auf dem Gerät mit den
Up/Down-Tasten -6- die gewünschte DMX-Adresse wäh-
len. Bestätigen Sie durch drücken der Mode-Taste -7-.
Geben Sie mehreren Scanic Astute 575 PRO II die gleiche
Startadresse, laufen sie synchron.
Das Fokusieren der Projektion am Astute 575 PRO II ist
durch die DMX-Steuerung einzustellen.
Sobald der Astute DMX-Daten empfängt, ist auf dem Dis-
play ein Stern * zu sehen.
DMX-Protokoll
Connect the mains plug to an outlet and turn the device
on -15-.
Operating the product for the rst time may generate
smoke and odour; this is not a defect. Avoid dis/con-
necting the product repeatedly and quickly from/with
mains! Always wait 15 minutes prior to the next dis/
connection!
The device starts after a self-testing and starting phase.
In the meantime the display will remain dark.
When the Moving Head is ready, press the Mode Button
-7-. Via the Up/Down Buttons -6- on the device you can
now select the desired DMX address. Conrm by pres-
sing the Mode Button -7-.
If you would like to sync several Scanic Astute 575 PRO
II, select the same start address.
The focus of the projection for the Astute 575 PRO II is
set by the DMX control.
As soon as the Astute 575 PRO receives DMX data, a
star * will appear on the display.

Setting
Wenn das Gerät startbereit ist, betätigen Sie
- die Function-Taste -8- bis „ REVERSE PAN“ erscheint.
Durch drücken der Function-Taste -8- bestätigen Sie und
können nun die Funktion aktivieren („Yes“). Die Pan- (ho-
rizontale Schwenk-) Bewegung erfolgt nun umgekehrt.

7. Leuchtmittel
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! BRANDGE-
FAHR!
Die Leuchtmittel erreichen bei Betrieb Temperaturen von
bis zu 200 Grad Celsius. Berührungen mit den Leucht-
mitteln können schwere Verbrennungen zur Folge haben!
Gegenstände, die mit den Leuchtmitteln während und
kurz nach dem Betrieb in Berührung kommen, können in
Brand geraten!
Trennen Sie vor der Installation oder vor dem Wechsel
von einem Leuchtmittel das Produkt unbedingt vom Netz!
Lassen Sie ein Leuchtmittel erst ca. 15 Minuten abküh-
len, bevor Sie es austauschen!
Berühren Sie ein Leuchtmittel nie mit bloßen Händen!
Bei Beschädigung oder Verformung muss ein Leuchtmit-
tel ausgetauscht werden!
Stellen Sie bei einem Austausch sicher, dass Sie nur ge-
eignete Leuchtmittel verwenden. Leuchtmittel mit grö-
ßerer Leistung entwickeln zu große Hitze für das Produkt;
Brandgefahr droht! Schäden, die aus der Verwendung ei-
nes ungeeigneten Leuchtmittels resultieren, sind von der
Gewährleistung ausgenommen!
Um ein Leuchtmittel zu wechseln, müssen Sie zunächst
die Befestigungsschrauben -10- vom Leuchtmittelfach
-9- lösen. Danach öffnen Sie das Leuchtmittelfach.
Sie entfernen ein Leuchtmittel, indem Sie zunächst die
Schrauben an den äußeren Enden des Leuchtmittels lö-
sen und das Leuchtmittel dann vorsichtig aus der Fas-
sung ziehen.
Sie installieren ein Leuchtmittel dementsprechend , in-
dem Sie die Schrauben an den äußeren Enden des neu-
en Leuchtmittels lösen und das Leuchtmittel in die da-
für vorgesehene Fassung einsetzen. Ziehen Sie danach
die Schrauben des Leuchtmittels wieder fest, damit das
Leuchtmittel nicht aus der Fassung fallen kann, wenn der
Projektionskopf des Astute 575 PRO II rotiert. Wenden Sie
dabei keine Gewalt an – das könnte sowohl die Fassung als
auch das Leuchtmittel schwer beschädigen! Schließen Sie
das Fach wieder und ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest.
Das Gerät darf niemals bei geöffnetem Gehäuse mit dem
Netz verbunden sein!
Setting
When the device is ready to start, operate
- the Function Button -8- until “REVERSE PAN” appears.
Press the Function Button -8- to conrm; then activate
the function (“Yes”). The Pan movement is now rever-
sed.

After the end of operation switch the device off and
disconnect it from mains.
7. Lamps
ATTENTION:
DANGER OF LIFE! RISK OF BURNS! RISK OF FIRE!
During operation, the lamps will reach temperatures
of up to 200°C. Touching the lamps may cause serious
burns! Objects coming into contact with the lamps du-
ring and shortly after operation may catch re!
Disconnect the product from mains prior to installing or
before changing a lamp!
Allow a lamp to cool for approx. 15 minutes before ex-
changing it!
Never touch a lamp with bare hands!
If damaged or deformed, a lamp must be exchanged!
When exchanging the lamp be sure to use suitable
lamps only. Lamps with greater performance generate
excessive heat for the product; risk of re! Damage
resulting from the use of an unsuitable lamp is exempt
from warranty!
To change an illuminant, rst remove the screws -10-
from the illuminant compartment -9- and open the
illuminant compartment. Remove an illuminant by rst
loosening the screws at the far ends of the illuminant
and then carefully removing the illuminant from the
socket.
To install an illuminant, remove the screws from the
far ends of the new illuminant and place it into the
intended socket. Then tighten the screws of the illumi-
nant again so that the illuminant can not fall out of the
socket during rotation of the Astute 575 PRO II projector
head.
Do not use any force – this could cause serious damage
to the socket as well as the lamp! Close the compart-
ment and tighten the screws.
Never connect the lighting effect to the mains prior with
opened housing.

8. Sicherung
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Trennen Sie vor dem Austausch der Sicherung das Gerät
unbedingt vom Netz.
Stellen Sie bei einem Austausch sicher, dass Sie nur ge-
eignete Sicherungen verwenden. Eine falsche Sicherung
kann das Gerät beschädigen oder zerstören.
Ersetzen Sie die Sicherung, indem Sie den Sicherungs-
halter mit einem passenden Schraubenzieher vorsichtig
aus dem Gehäuse hebeln. Entfernen Sie die defekte Si-
cherung und setzen Sie die neue Sicherung in die Siche-
rungshalterung ein. Setzen Sie die Halterung wieder fest.
Das Gerät darf niemals bei geöffnetem Gehäuse mit dem
Netz verbunden sein!
9. Reinigung
ACHTUNG:
LEBENSGEFAHR! BRANDGEFAHR! KURZSCHLUSSGE-
FAHR!
Das Produkt muss regelmäßig von Staub, anderen Abla-
gerungen und Verschmutzungen gereinigt werden, weil
ansonsten die Schutzisolierung reduziert werden könnte,
was zu tödlichen Stromschlägen führen kann!
Trennen Sie das Produkt vor jeder Reinigung unbedingt
vom Netz!
Dieses Produkt sollte nur mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch
gereinigt werden, verwenden Sie niemals aggressive
Reinigungsmittel, Lösungsmittel oder Waschbenzin zum
Reinigen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt komplett trocken ist,
bevor Sie es nach der Reinigung wieder in Betrieb nehmen!
10. Transport
VORSICHT: ZERBRECHLICH!
Um Transportschäden auszuschließen, verpacken Sie das
Produkt bitte nur in der ursprünglichen Originalverpa-
ckung und lassen beim Transport Vorsicht walten!
8. Fuse
ATTENTION:
DANGER OF LIFE!
Disconnect the product from the mains prior before
changing a fuse.
Only replace the fuse by a fuse of same type and rating!
An incorrect fuse could damage or destruct the lighting
effect.
Replace a fuse by levering the fuseholder cover with an
appropriate screwdriver. Remove the old fuse and place
the fuse inside the holder. Replace the fuseholder and
insert it.
Never connect the lighting effect to the mains prior with
opened housing.
9. Cleaning
ATTENTION:
DANGER OF LIFE! RISK OF FIRE! RISK OF SHORT CIR-
CUIT!
The product must be freed regularly from dust, other
deposits and contamination as this may reduce the
protective insulation, which may lead to a fatal electric
shock!
Before cleaning, always disconnect the product from
mains!
This product should be cleaned with a moist cloth only;
never use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents or ben-
zine for cleaning.
Ensure that the product is completely dry before opera-
ting it again after cleaning!
10. Transport
CAUTION: FRAGILE!
To avoid damage caused during transport, wrap the
product in its original packaging only and handle it with
great care during transport!
