1. 一般安全注意事項 General Safety Instructions
1.1 組立/試運転前 Before assembly/commissioning:
取扱説明書を熟読し理解する。
組立作業員および操作者は適切な訓練を受けている。
操作説明書の内容は担当者が完全に理解していることを確認してください。
「ユーザーのための工場防爆設備ガイド」(JNIOSH-TR-NO.44)に従って取り付けてください。
Read through the operating instructions.
Give adequate training to the assembly and operating personnel.
Ensure that the contents of the operating instructions are fully understood by the personnel in charge.
"USERS’GUIDELINES for Installations for Explosive Atmospheres in General Industry"(JNIOSH-TR-
NO.44) apply.
1.2 装置を操作する時 When operating the device:
装置が運転している場合、担当者が随時取扱説明書で確認できるようにしてください。
これらの指示、他の作業指示書、および国内の安全規制を守ってください。
安全説明が履行されているか確認してください。
Ensure the operating instructions are made available for the person in charge on location at all times.
Observe these instructions, other working instructions and national safety regulations.
Verify the implementation of safety instructions.

This manual contains basic safety instructions to be observed during installation, operation and
maintenance of the apparatus, and for properly and safety run of the apparatus according to its
performance data. Any damage of the apparatus may result explosion protection null and void. This
manual represents the most relevant information about the product, applicable codes and regulations shall
supplement it. Non-observance will endanger persons, plant and the environment. The person in charge is
required to secure its employment in the industrial unit. Any improper usage, as well as non-compliance
with the rules under this manual, shall release the manufacturer’s all responsibilities.
WARNING - Potential Electrostatic Charging Hazard.
WARNING - The luminaire shall not be opened.
WARNING - The luminaire does not have a test port fitted.

2. 適用分野 Intended Field of Application
危険場所用 LED 照明、型番 L1512 については、引火性の蒸気又は可燃性のガスによる第一類危険箇
所、第二類危険箇所での使用が可能です。他の潜在的な爆発性雰囲気での使用は指定した用途に対
応していないため認可されていません。この装置は屋内および屋外環境で使用のために設計されて
います。
The HazLoc LED Lighting, Model L1512 is intended for using in gas explosive atmospheres ( Zone 2
according to IEC60079-10-1). The use in other potentially explosive atmospheres does not correspond to the
designated use and is therefore not allowed. The apparatus is designed for using in indoor and outdoor
environments.

照明器具には、ケーブルグランドとケーブルを工場で組み込まれた物が付属されております。
工場ではチューブを圧縮する時の圧力ナットへのトルクは 5000 N-cm で行っております。
ケーブルグランドは円形（丸形）で非金属外装のケーブルを使用しています。
ケーブル タイプ：SOOW, 18/3C AWG, 1-3 m length.
チューブ サイズ：Ø9.0 (Fitting Cable: OD: Ø9), L=15 mm
Luminaire provide with cable gland and cable which assembled at the factory.
A torque with 5000 N-cm shall apply to the Pressure Nut to compress the Tube at the factory.
Cable gland is for circular (round), non-metal sheathed cables.
The cable type is: SOOW, 18/3C AWG, 1-3 m length.

5.1 ブラケットの取付 Mounting Bracket Installation
5.1.1 両用(壁掛形/天井取付形)型式 Two Position Adjustable Trunnion (Wall & Ceiling) Mounting
取付ブラケットは壁掛形（Figure1）と天井取付形（Figure 2）に使用できます。
ブラケットホルダーを付属の M8 ネジで 600 N-cm のトルクで固定します。
4つの留め具（付属していません）を使用して壁掛/天井取付金具を構造に固定します。
照明器具の角度は微調整が可能です。
The mount bracket is for the use of both ceiling mount (Figure 1) and wall mount (Figure 2).
Position the bracket holders and secured by means of the provided M8 screws, 600 N-cm.
Secure the wall/ceiling mounting bracket to the mounting surface by using four fasteners (not provided).
The angle of luminaire can be adjusted.

5.1.2 パイプ吊形 Straight Electrical Tube Mounting
直管（パイプ）は両端とも NPT 3/4 "の雄ネジです。一端はケーブルグランドのコネクタと接続し
止めねじで固定します。もう一端は導管と接続できます。
2700kgf-cm のトルクで直管を導管と接続してください。
導管の雄ネジを 1.0N-m にて回転止めネジで固定します。(Figure 3)
The straight electric tube, one end secured to Connector of Cable Gland by integral NPT 3/4” male threads
and with a setscrew; the other end provided with 3/4” NPT male threads for connecting with conduit.
Thread the tube mounting on conduit and torque until wrench-tight with 2700 kgf-cm.
Tighten tube locking setscrew to conduit, 1.0 N-m. (Figure 3)
5.1.3 スタンド（支柱）形 Bending Electrical Tube Mounting
曲げ管は一端は M35 の雌ネジで、もう一端は NPT1-1/2"の雌ネジです。M35 の端はケーブルグラン
ドと接続し止めねじで固定します。NPT1-1/2"の端は導管と接続できます。
6600kgf-cm のトルクで曲げ管を導管と接続してください。
導管の雌ネジを 1.0N-m にて回転止めネジで固定します。(Figures 4 and 5)。
The bending electrical tube, one end secured to Cable Gland by integral M35 female threads and with a
setscrew; the other end provided with 1-1/2” NPT female threads for connecting with conduit.
Thread the tube mounting on conduit and torque until wrench-tight with 6600 kgf-cm.
Tighten tube locking setscrew to conduit, 1.0 N-m. (Figures 4 and 5).

5.2 アース線 Ground wire
外部アース線の取り付けおよび端子形は Figure 6 を参照してください。
アース線の推奨値は断面積=4.0mm²以上（最大 LED 電流=1.0A; @V=110Vac-10%）。
取り付けている、ネジとワッシャーの材質はステンレスです
ネジ穴規格：M5
トルク要件：14.5 kgf-cm
導体が確実に接続されていることを確認してください。
The external earth ground wire installation and terminal type as show Figure 6.
Ground wire cross-sectional area=4.0mm²，max LED current=1.0A; @V=110Vac-10%.
Both ground screw and washer material is stainless steel.
Screw hole spec: M5.
Torque requirement: 14.5 kgf.cm.
Ensure wire is tied assured.
5.3 使用/運行開始 Putting into Service
動作する前に、以下の手順に従って確認してください。
照明器具が正しく設置されている。
接続が正しく行われる。
ケーブルが正しく挿入する。
電源電圧を確認する。
Before putting into operating, it’s necessary to ensure that:
the lighting is correctly installed.
the connection has been correctly made.
the cable has been inserted correctly.
the voltage is correctly

6. メンテナンス Maintenance
定期メンテナンス Regular Maintenance
検査の種類と程度を判断するには、関連する法規またはIEC / EN 60079-17などを参照してくださ
い。
少なくとも3ヶ月に1回は装置の定期点検を行い、予測される装置内の欠陥が速やかに検出されるよ
うにしてください。
Consult the relevant regulations (e.g. IEC/EN 60079-17) to determine the type and extent of inspections.
Arrange the plan of regular inspection with the equipment, one time per 3-month at least, so that any defects
in the equipment which may be anticipated are promptly detected.
下記の通りにメンテナンススケジュールの一部としてチェックしてください：
PCカバーまたは筐体の亀裂や損傷の有無。
接続ケーブルの状態。
取付金具のネジを締め付け具合の確認。
To check as part of the maintenance schedule as following:
Cracks or damages on the PC cover and/or on the enclosure.
Condition of the connecting cables.
Screws of the mounting bracket are tightened.
警告 WARNING
通電部品による危険性を避けるために、すべての接続と配線を電源から切断する必要がありま
す。不正なアクティベーションから接続を保護します。
火傷をする危険性を避けるために、照明器具を約30分間冷やしてから作業をしてください。
修理は製造業者のみ行われます。不正な修理の結果について防爆や防塵構造の機能が失われた
場合、THT-EXは責任を負わず保証期間は終了する。
PCカバーの塗装部分を傷つけたりしないでください。
静電気による帯電の危険を避けるために、濡れた布で拭いてください。
To avoid dangers due to energized parts, all connections and wiring must be disconnected from the
power supply. Secure the connections against unauthorized activation.
To avoid risk ofburn to hands, let the luminaire cool down for approximate 30minutes before touching
them.
Repairs are only to be carried out by the manufacturer. Unauthorized repair shall cause the
manufacturer’s liability and warranty expires.
Do not hit or scratch the PC Cover painted area
Potential electrostatic charging hazard, always use wet cloth cleaning.

7. 部品と予備部品 Accessories and Spare Parts
8. 廃棄・リサイクル Transport, Storage and Disposal
輸送と保管は元包装のカートンボックスに記載されている方法のみ許可されています。
輸送 元のカートンに衝撃を与えず、落とさずに取り扱ってください。
保管場所 乾燥場所に保管してください。
廃棄 法規に従ってすべての部品を環境に配慮した廃棄を確保してください。
Transport and storage is only allowed in the original packaging, on the way pointed out on the carton box.
Transport – Shock-free in its original carton, do not drop, and handle carefully.
Store – Store in a dry place in its original packaging.
Disposal – Ensure environmentally friendly disposal of all components according to the legal regulations.
