The Second Time Mode Metronome mode

1. Time and date seing
- In timekeeping mode, keep pressing buon B for 2s,the Second flashes, entering
seing mode.
- Press buon B to set the flashing items.
- Press buon A in any mode, EL illuminates for 3 seconds.
- Press buon B to choose modes.
- In timekeeping mode, keep pressing buon E for 2s to shi: week—temperature—
altitude curve—sea level atmospheric curve.
- In timekeeping mode, press C to enter Altitude measurement mode directly.
- In timekeeping mode, press D to enter compass measurement mode directly.
- In timekeeping mode, press E to enter Atmospheric pressure measurement mode
directly.
- Aer enter the above mode, press B to exit and return to timekeeping mode.

2. Pedometer Mode
- Range : 0 ~ 999999 Step
- Calories : 0.0 ~ 99999.9 Kcal
- Mileage : 0.00 ~ 9999.99 KM or 0.00 ~ 9999.99 Mile
- Exercise time : 0 ~ 24H
- In the pedometer mode, keep pressing C for 2s to turn on/off the pedometer
- The pedometer symbol will display when the meter is on
- Press E to shi among these items : step → mileage → calories → exercise time → step

- In pedometer mode, keep pressing buon B for 2s,the unit flashes, entering seing
mode
- Press buon B to set the flashing items: unit → step distance → weight
- Press E /C to shi the unit of metric and English
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly
- Input your weight : 20 ~ 200 kg or 44 ~ 441 lbs (default value75 kg or 165 lbs)
- Step distance : 30 ~ 180 cm or 2 ~ 71 inch (default value 70 cm or 28 inch)
- Keep pressing B for 2s to exit.
- It will exit seing mode when no any key pressing for 1 minute.

3. Review Records
- In the record mode, press C to review the latest 7 days record
- In the day record, you can shi the data for the following items by pressing E
- If no data recorded on that day, pressing C/E is useless

4. Alarm Mode
- In alarm mode, press buon E to shi among these items: AL1 → AL2 → Chime → AL1
- Press C to turn on/off the alarm or hourly chime
- In alarm mode, keep pressing buon B for 2s,the Minute flashes, entering seing mode
- Press B to move the seing items:

- Keep pressing B for 2s to exit.
- It will exit seing mode when no any key pressing for 1 minute.
- When the alarm is on, it will sound BB—BB for 20s once it’s the alarm time, the
sign will be flashing. Press any buon to stop it

5. Chronograph Mode
- The maximum timing range is 99 hours 59 minutes and 59.99 seconds.
- In this mode, press E to start or stop .Press C key to reset when it stop.
- Split time record: When the chronograph is running, press C to choose the LAP,15s
later it will display the time of chronograph, then second pressing C to choose the next
LAP, you can stop it by pressing E. keep pressing B for 2 seconds to enter LAP record
mode, C/E to review LAP
- When LAP have been reach to 100,and you want to go on counting, press E/C to
overlay it to the last LAP
- In the LAP mode, press B for 2s to exit and return to chronograph mode
- When the chronograph is running, press B to enter other mode, but the chronograph
still running background
- When the chronograph stop, it will return to timekeeping mode 5 min later

6. Countdown Timer Mode
- The maximum countdown range is: 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59.99 seconds.
- In the countdown timer mode, press buon E to run/stop, press buon C to return
your seing value when it stop.
- When countdown to 0, the alarm will sound BB.BB.BB..for 30 seconds.
Set the counting down timer: In the counting down mode, press and hold buon B for 2
seconds, Hour flashes, entering counting down seing mode.
- Press buon B to select the following items for seing sequentially:
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly

7. Metronome Mode

- In the metronome mode, press E to turn it on/off
- When it stops, press C for 2s to reset
- If the metronome is not stopped, it will start from 0 again when reaches 99999
- In the metronome mode, keep pressing B for 2s to enter its frequency seing (30-180)
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly
- Keep pressing B for 2s to exit.
- It will exit seing mode when no any key pressing for 1 minute.

8. The Second Time Seing
- In the second time seing mode, keep pressing B for 2s,the Minute flashes, entering
seing mode
- Press buon B to select the following items for seing sequentially:

9. Altitude Measurement Mode

- In the timekeeping mode, press buon C to enter altitude measurement mode
- Press E to shi the top row display content: temperature → altitude trend
- When it displays the trend, you can review the former hourly curve by quick pressing
- Keep pressing E for 2s to shi the unit of temperature and altitude
- It will return to timekeeping mode aer 24h without any pressing, when the top row
display curve, the first line flashes (current altitude)

Altitude Seing
- Press buon B for 2s to enter altitude seing mode,press B to move and set the
following items:
Relative altitude seing (ZERO)
- Press E/C to shi“YES”/“NO”,when it is YES, that means the relative altitude
is 0, the r will occur on screen, when NO, that means use the default value
(work out according to default sea level atmosphere 1013.25mb).
Input your current altitude
- Input your current altitude (ALTI)
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly
- Press buon B for 2s to confirm, return to altitude measurement mode

mode
- Press E to shi the display: temperature → sea level atmospheric pressure → trend

- It will return to timekeeping mode aer 24h without any pressing

Atmospheric pressure seing
- Press buon B for 2s to enter atmospheric pressure seing mode, press B to move and
set the following items

Input your current atmospheric pressure
- Input your current atmospheric pressure (AIRP)
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- When it displays the trend by pressing C, you can review the former hourly curve
- Keep pressing E for 2s to shi the unit of temperature and altitude
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly
- Press buon B for 2s to confirm, return to atmospheric pressure measurement
mode
Input your current temperature (TEMP)
- Press E to increase the value, press and hold E to advance quickly.
- Press C to decrease the value, press and hold C to decrease quickly
- Press buon B for 2s to confirm, return to atmospheric pressure measurement
mode
Factory default atmospheric pressure value (FDEF)
- Press E/C to shi“YES”/“NO”,when it is YES, that means use the default value
for pressure and temperature
- Press buon B for 2s to confirm, return to atmospheric pressure measurement
mode
Note: when adjust the temp., it use the unit °C, it will increase/decrease 0.1 each
pressing, when unit is °F, then 0.2 each pressing

11. Compass Mode

Measure
- In timekeeping mode, press D key to enter compass measurement mode
- When the watch is horizontal, move the watch to make the needle point to 0, the 12
o’clock direction is the north.
- In compass measurement mode, press D key to on / off reverse direction display.
When open the reverse direction, there is a “-“ on the boom le of the screen. And
when needle point to 0, the “S” direction indicated by the 12 o ‘clock position is the
south.
- It will exit the measuring mode aer 1 min without buon pressing, you can measure
again by pressing D.
- The follow table indicated the meaning of each acronym for each direction.

Adjust Compass “HOLD” Flashes Set CAL Set DEC
Automatically adjust mode (CAL)
- In compass mode, keep pressing B for 2s to enter CAL, press E or C, then
turn the watch slowly, both clockwise and anti-clockwise are ok. This watch
will exit the correction mode automatically and return to compass measurement
mode aer simply turning two circles in the same direction. During compass
correction, aer 60 direction points illuminate and go out one by one sequentially,
it will confirm this correction automatically. (Note: Aer change baery and use
the compass for the first time, it will enter automatically adjust mode first)
Digital adjust mode (DEC)
- If you have a correct north,and aer DILE, it still deviate much,then use the DEC
to correction.
- In compass mode, keep pressing B for 2s to enter CAL, press B again to enter
DEC (press E to increase 1, C decease 1)
- The maximum correction angle range is ±90° (“W” “E”±90°)
- Press B for 2s to confirm the corrected value, and return to normal measurement
mode.

第二时间模式 节拍器模式

1. 正常时间及日期设置
- 在正常时间模式，按住B键2秒“秒钟”闪烁，表示进入设置状态。
- 按B键移动设置项目（闪动）如下：
- 在任意模式，按A键一次亮EL 3秒。
- 按B键选择操作模式。
- 在时间模式，按住E键2秒上方转换显示：星期--温度--高度曲线--海平面气压曲线。
- 在时间模式，按C键快捷进入高度测量模式。
- 在时间模式，按D键快捷进入指南针测量模式。
- 在时间模式，按E键快捷进入气压测量模式。
- 进入气压、高度、指南针模式，按B健退出，返回正常时间模式。
- 按E键调整数值递增，按住E键快速递增。
- 按C键调整数值递减，按住C键快速递减。
- 秒钟闪动时，按E或C键秒清0。
- 12/24小时制，按E或C键切换12/24时制。

- 分辨率设置范围1~10档，按E或C键调整显示对比度增加或减少。
- 按住B键2秒退出设置。
- 无按键操作1分钟自动退出设置。
2. 计步模式
- 步数范围：0～999999 Step
- 卡路里范围：0.0～99999.9 Kcal
- 距离显示范围：0.00～9999.99 KM 或0.00～9999.99 Mile
- 运动时间范围：0～24H
- 在计步显示画面长按C键2秒 开启/关闭计步功能。
- 计步功能开启会显示计步符号。
- 按E键循环切换显示：步数->距离->卡路里->运动时间画面->步数如下:
计步器设置
- 在计步器模式，按住B键2秒“单位”闪烁，表示进入设置状态。
- 按B键切换设置项目：单位->步距-体重->如下图：
- 按E或C键切换公制或英制单位。
- 按E键调整数值递增，按住E键快速递增。
- 按C键调整数值递减，按住C键快速递减。
- 输入体重：20～200 kg 或 44～441 lbs（默认值为75 kg 或165 lbs）
- 输入步行步距：30～180 cm 或2～71 inch（默认值为70 cm 或 28 inch）
- 按住B键2秒退出设置。
- 无按键操作1分钟自动退出设置。

3. 历史记录查询模式
- 在历史记录画面，按C键切换查询7天历史数据如下图:
- 在每一天的历史记录画面按E键切换显示数据如下图：
- 当天无数据时，按C或E键无效。

4. 闹铃模式
- 在闹钟模式，按E键循环切换AL1 → AL2 → Chime → AL1
- 按C键开启或关闭闹铃或整点报时。
- 在闹钟模式，按住B键2秒“分钟”闪动，表示进入设置状态。
- 按B键移动设置项目（闪动）如下:
- 按E键调整数值递增，按住E键快速递增。
- 按C键调整数值递减，按住C键快速递减。
- 按住B键2秒退出设置。
- 无按键操作1分钟自动退出设置。
- 开启闹钟的情况下，闹钟时间到会有BB—BB--响闹声20秒，响闹时屏幕有符
号“ “在闪动，按任一键停止。

5. 秒表模式
- 秒表计时范围99小时59分59.99秒。
- 在秒表模式，按E键运行或停止，停止时按住C键2秒清“0”。
- 秒表的分段计时：秒表正在运行状态, 按C键取一组“LAP”时间，15秒钟后显
示显示秒表时间,再按C键取下一组“LAP“计时，按E键停止，按住B键2秒进
入“LAP”记忆模式，按C键或E键查看“LAP“计时。
- 当100组LAP时间记录满时，如果继续计时，按E键或C键秒表计时会叠加到最后一
组记忆“LAP 100”。
- 在“LAP”记忆模式，按住B键2秒退出，返回秒表模式。
- 秒表在运行时按B键返回其它模式，秒表在背后进运行。
- 秒表停止状态，5分钟自动返回正常时间模式。
