1电机安装 Motor Installation Process
第一步：检查自行车五通管是否符合要求，长度应为 68±0.15mm 或73±0.15mm，内孔φ33.6-33.8
第二步：电机轴套推入自行车五通管 BB，
注意：1电机必需推到底，确保轴套露出长度为 X=14mm（BB=68 的五通）和 X=9 mm（BB=73 的五通）
如图 1；
2 电机推到底后，外壳不能与车架平叉、下管、中管等有任何干涉，否侧就会造成电机外壳变形，
产生噪音甚至损坏电机。
第三步：安装加强板。如图 2
Step 3. Install Securing plate. Please refer to Pic2.
1将加强板套在中轴五通上
1 Put securing plate onto BB axle.
2在加强板与电机之间，放 2个铝垫圈（宽度 68 的五通）或 4个铝垫圈（宽度 73 的五通）
2.Put 2 washers between motor and securing plate(BB=68mm)or put 4 washers between motor and
securing plate(BB=73mm)
3用两个 M5×16（BB=68 的五通）或两个 M5×20（BB=73 的五通）的内六角螺钉将加强板与中置
电机锁紧
3 Fix securing plate and motor using 2 pcs of M5×16 screws(BB=68mm) or 2 pcs of M5×16
screws(BB=73mm)

第四步：将 M33.5 螺母旋到中轴套上，用专用工具拧紧，锁紧力为 40N·m。如图 3
Step 4. Fix M33.5 screw with BB axle using special tool by 40N·m torque. Please refer to Pic3.
第五步：固定电机与车架。如图 4.
Step 4. Fix Motor body with Frame. Please refer to Pic4.
1 M8*40 的螺钉连接固定块和中置电机主体螺柱孔，预紧。
1 Fix M8*40 connection motor body and fixed block at this site, do not tighten.
2用M8*45 的圆头螺钉穿过固定板与固定块上的螺纹孔固定锁紧。
2 With the M8 * 45 screw and tighten threaded holes on the fixed block and fixed plate.

第六步：用 40N·m的力旋紧 M8*40 的螺钉（最终锁紧）。 如图 5
Step 5. Using 40N.m torque to fix this M8*40 screw again. Please refer to Pic5.
第七步：安装曲柄。如图 6.
Step 6. Cranks installation.
用M8×14 内六角螺钉安装左右曲柄，锁紧扭力为 40N·m。
Fix Cranks using M8×14 screws, the locking torque is 40N.m.

2 仪表安装 Display Installation Process
第一步：安装仪表。如图 7.
Step 1. Install VLCD5 display. Please refer to Pic7.
用2个M4×14 内六角圆柱头螺钉及 2个M4 的方螺母将仪表固定在图示位置处
Fix LCD display with handlebar using 2pcs of M4×14 bolts and 2pcs of M4 screws
其中支架有 2个规格：φ22.2 和φ32，用户下单时要说明清楚。
The fixing support has 2 specifications: φ22.2 and φ32 users should be clear when placing orders.
第二步、安装左手操作开关。如图 8.
Step 2. Install left hand remote control buttons. Please refer to Pic8.
用2个M2.5×10 内六角圆柱头螺钉将操作开关固定在图示位置处
Use 2 M2.5×10 inner hexagon cylindrical head screws to fix the operation switch in the position shown in
the figure

3 车速传感器安装 Detection vehicle speed sensor Installation
车速传感器有两种：CGQS7 和CGQS8，安装方法如下：
There are two kinds of vehicle speed sensors: CGQS7 and CGQS8. The installation method is as follows:
第一步：装传感器 Pic9 和Pic10
Step 1. sensor Installation Pic9 and Pic10 .
用两根扎带将车速传感器支座固定在车架后平叉上；
With the two ribbons will speed sensor pedestal fixed on the frame flat after a fork
第二步：装磁钢座 Pic9 和Pic10
Step 1. magnetic steel base Installation Pic9 and Pic10 .
将磁钢座安装在后轮辐条上，且磁钢面朝向传感器, 磁钢中心对准传感器上的凸出标记。
Install the magnetic steel seat on the rear wheel spokes with the magnetic steel face toward the sensor and
the magnetic steel center aligned with the protruding mark on the sensor.
第三步：调节磁钢面与传感器的距离 Pic9 和Pic10
Step 3.adjust the distance between magnetic steel surface and sensor Pic9 and Pic10
CGQS7---------转动传感器使其与磁钢面的距离不大于 5mm，然后上紧 M4 螺钉。
CGQS7------- rotate the sensor to no more than 5mm away from the magnetic steel surface, then tighten
the M4 screw.
CGQS8---------不可调节，保证传感器与磁钢面的距离为 5-15mm 即可。
CGQS8-------- not adjustable, ensure the distance between sensor and magnetic steel surface is 5-15mm.

4 系统连接 System connection
第一步：将操作器与仪表的插件插好；
Step 1: plug in the operator and instrument.
第二步：将断电刹把插到仪表的底座上，本系统可以不用断电刹把；
Step 2: plug the power brake into the base of the meter. This system can be without power brake;
第三步：将仪表与中置电机的插件插好；
Step 3: insert the plug-in of the instrument and the central motor.

第四步：将车速传感器与中置电机的插件插好；
Step 4: insert the plug-in of the vehicle speed sensors and the central motor;
第五步：将中置电机的两根电源连接到电池上。
Step 5: connect the two power sources of the central motor to the battery.
