All of our sheds are made from only the nest selected timber which are
(Tanalised), specially pressure treated for a longer and lasting durable life
span to the elements.
Each shed is carefully packed and delivered on a pallet
ready to be assembled.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you start the build from the left
1a. Place the Floor Panel with the Frame work pointing forwards (as shown in below), making
sure this is in the location you plan on leaving the Play House. Make sure that there is enough
room around the build to move around freely and safely.
1b. Secure the oor sections together by screwing the oor bearers at each end where they meet
as shown in diagram 1b.
Use a Spirit Level for accuracy

Unpack all of the components and check that
you have all the parts required. Please use the
checklist on previous page.
Carefully dispose of the delivery pallet and
any excess timber.
Advisable: The underside of the oor must be
treated with a quality wood preserver.

SET THE FOUNDATION
Manual Diagrams are based on the

Recommended: Paint shed
in an oil based treatment to
prevent water ingress into
the timber. Also silicon your
windows (Must silicon inside &
outside) to prevent rain water
seeping through the gaps
between glass and the timber.
FLOOR: Setting the Base

Whether its a 4ft deep or 6ft deep
Play House, it is important that
you assemble the build in the
correct place.
Our Builds start at 4ft by 4ft and
end at 12ft x 6ft. So, remember to
take care when choosing where
to place your Play House.
These Builds can be placed
on any at ground. We
recommend a solid concrete
base to allow proper
drainage.
However, other bases such as
timber, aggregates and ags
are also suitable.

IMPORTANT
All Play Houses with 2
or More Floor Pannels
have the smallest Floor
Panel on the Right End.
As shown on this diagram.
2a. Place the 4ft long Floor Block Ends
provided on both ends of the oor
alongside existing oor bearers as shown
below.
2b. Fix together by screwing the Floor
Blocks at each end as shown. Use the
screws provided and make sure the ends
are xed securely. 3 screws on each
end will suce.

IMPORTANT
Start to Build from Left to Right of the Play House. Like on the diagram.
3a. Place the 4ft Blank Panel as shown along the back of the shed oor aligning with the edge of
the rear Floor Block End.
3b. It is advisable to have a
second person holding the
panel in place while the next
section is attached. You may
notice that the panels will
have nothing to balance on
or againts at this stage. Please
use supports if required at this
stage untill the corner frames
are attached for balance.
NOTE: Place panel to sit rmly
on the side Floor Block.
See Diagram 3a.
3c. DO NOT x the panels to
the oor to leave room for
adjustments in the nal stages.
Use RED highlighted area as guide.

4a. Place a 4ft Blank Panel side as shown below.
Repeat this step for all larger Play Houses and nish the back side with a corresponding size
Panel to the oor on the right.

Now attach Right Side
Panel (4ft wide section)
5a. Place the 4ft Side Panel as shown below.
Screw sections together as shown in diagram

5b. Check that all the frames are correctly xed
and screwed together from the sides. Use more
screws to strengthen if necessary.
5c. Make sure that the Floor Blocks are roughly in place so that you can sit the
panels on top. Fix these Floor Blocks to the Panel so that they become level
with the other panels of the Kennel.

6a. Use the RED areas below as reference
to the joining points of the Door Panel.
Note the 4ft section should t perfectly to
continue the front section.
6b. Place the Door Panel as shown and x in place
at the meeting points with screws. Fix the panel with
with 3 screws each side.

7b. Place 4ft Window Panel as shown and x in place at the meeting points with screws. Fix the
panel sides with 3 screws.

Now attach all the Side
Pent Angle Tops.

8a. Place the right and left Pent Angle Tops as shown below. Make sure the higher ends are at
the front of the shed as shown in the diagram below.
8b. Adjust the panels so that the tounge & groove are xed together in place correctly.
Use a hammer to lightly tap in to the grooves to create a perfect t.
8c. Attach the sections down by screwing through the inner frameworks of both panels.

9a. Place the Pent Front Top sections in place. Use the corrisponding sized tops with the correct
sections. Make sure the correct section is placed on top of the correct front panel only as shown
in the diagram.
9b. Adjust the panels so that the tounge & groove are xed together in place correctly.
Use a hammer to lightly tap in to the grooves to create a perfect t.
9c. Attach the sections down by screwing
through the inner framework of both
panels.

Hide the panel edges.
Cover the framework &
seams.
10a. Use all the Side/Corner Strips
to nish o the shed, by covering any
exposed framework and the panel joining
seams.
10b. Fix the strips down by using 3 screws to
secure them to the Kennel. This will create a nice
nish and hide any gaps on the outer walls of
framework, front and back.
INFORMATION
The Corner Strips cover all panel edges. Remeber to
attach these to the exterior back panels too.

11a. Place the 4ft x 4ft Roof Panel in place. Repeat
this stage for models as shown below.
INFORMATION
The Roof Panels are placed ontop of the
appropriate front Panel, making sure that the
sizes corrispond correcly.
11b. Screw the roof panel down by screwing
into the sides of the frame posts. The Roof
Panels will sit nicely inside of the Angle Tops
as shown the next step.

ROOF FELT
TACKS PROVIDED
ATTACH THE ROOF FELT
Use the felt lengths
provided.
13a. Apply the roof felt as shown. (The Felt will come as a Full roll, this
will need to be cut). Apply lower levels rst to create correct rain run o
positions.
13b. Using a hammer, tack down the felt with the tacks provided in a
neat fashion.
13c. Trim down excess felt with a stanley knife.
Remember to overlay the 1st felt to avoid rain leaks.
13d. Tuck and fold edges neatly and tack in place to
hide any loose edges. Check that all areas are covered
and there are no holes to avoid any rain water getting
through your felt roof.
CUTTING THE ROOF

Use the felt table to cut
your felt to the correct
size
12a. Use the Stanley knife to cut your felt into the correct size. Using the table below, nd the Play
Housesize that you have and cut your felt down to achieve the size that you will need.
Example:
Pent Play House 8ft x 4ft
The 8 by 4 Play house needs 2 sheets of felt. All at 9ft each.

Final steps nishing o the Play House
14a. Using the felt strips provided cover the edges
of the roofs and ends of the roof felt. You will need to measure
these and saw to t to your requirements and create the perfect roof nish as shown below.
14b. Drill in the felt strips as shown on front and back of the Play House to nish the roof o. Use
the framework of the roof blocks to screw the felt strips down to. The felt strips will give your
shed a neat nish for the roof and hide any overhang areas of the roof felt.
NOTE:
Location of the Felt Strips
14c. Felt Strips must be same height as roong
felt to allow rain water to run o. See Diagram on
the right.
FINISHED
Timber is a naturally grown product and may shrink and warp when dried
out, timber is a porous material which can absorb water. Although all of our
buildings come pressure treated we strongly advise the building is re-treat-
ed with an oil/spirit based treatment inside and out to make the timber
water repellent and to preserve the quality and life of the product.
