6. Clean outside after finishing assembly,
and check all parts are completely
assembled
3. Remove slide block by releasing bolts 3. Remove an old belt, and replace it
with new one
2. Tension adjustment
-After removing a cover, adjust belt
tension by using tension adjustment bolt
1.Prepare a new belt
5. Re-assembly & tension adjustment
-Fix a belt with a slide block
-Re-assemble in reverse order first,
and adjust tension with adjustment bolt.
-Assemble urethane stopper

3. How to put grease
1. Put grease in slide block nipple two times(20cc for each time) by using grease
injector, and after each injection, operate the module 3~4 cycles so that grease
can be spread widely
2. Clean outside of module after putting grease
