TrackerGuard SOS Alarm Instructions
LED Status
Charging
Change device via supplied USB cable using a mobile phone charger
for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
Low Battery.
Please recharge every 2 days if possible. The unit will flash and vibrate to
alert user of low battery condition.
Switching On
Switch on by pressing and holding power key.

How to program the TrackerGuard SOS by SMS text message:
Charge the device using the white USB cable provided only. Charge for
at least 4 hours for the first time charge.
Wait 10 minutes to allow the device to select the strongest mobile
network in your area.
After 10 minute text commands can be sent to the SIM within the
device.
The device SIM telephone number can be found on the front of the box
and white plastic SIM card holder.
Be careful not to miss out the #&,as required.
**Please note if a phone call from the SOS Alarm is answered by voicemail
the device will treat this as an answered call. All contact numbers will still
receive a text alert however and all contacts can then call the unit /user
directly after receiving the text.
Set up to 3 Contact numbers.
Contact 1 Call & Text Alert. Contacts 2 & 3 Text Alert - Can call device
Power on the device by pressing the power button onthe side.
Reply: First SOS number 07********** setting successfully.
Reply: Third SOS number 07********** setting successfully.
Reply: Second SOS number 07********* setting successfully.
To Delete a contact number.
Reply: (sos1,d#) ok!
Send the following text to the device: sos1,d# (Use 1, 2or 3 as
required)
TO Set 1st SOS number. Send the following text to the device:
sos1,07**********#
TO Set 2nd SOS number. Send the following text to the device:
sos2,07**********#
TO Set 3rd SOS number. Send the following text to the device:
sos3,07**********#
pw,123456,center,07*********#
Reply: center:07******* . ok!
Set the Center number (Admin Number).Only the center number can add / edit contact
numbers:
To set the centre number send the following text to the device:
Optional: You may now wish to deleted the center number. To delete the center number text:
pw,123456,center,#
Reply: center del!

Testing / Using
Press Dial button “1”to call SOS number 1 directly.
Speed Dial
It is also a good idea to set a unique alarm ringtone to identify calls and texts
from the TrackerGuard SOS this will help ensure calls and text alerts are not
ignored. Please check the mobile phone instructions for how to set up a
ringtones for contact numbers.
Contact number Advice
Please ask contact numbers to save the TrackerGuard SOS SIM / Telephone
numbers as “Panic Alarm” or something similar on their mobile phonecontacts
list. This will let the contact identify any calls and text from the device
Switching Off
To prevent accidental switching off of the device switching off is done
by the center number sending the following text to the device SIM: poweroff#
Other contact number can switch the device off by sending the following text:
pw,123456,poweroff#
To Manually switch the device:
Open the USB / SIM cover on the side.
Gently Press in the SIM card to slightly release it.
Press the power key 3 times.
Remember to gently press the SIM back in before using.
Press
the SOS button for 3 seconds.
The unit will vibrate and make a sound.
The unit will now make to short calls to each contact number until answered.
The call time on each call is short to avoid voicemail answering the call.
Set your mobile phone voicemail to start at 15 seconds to avoid to answering the device.
Be carefull not to cover the microphone to the right of the SOS button when speaking in to the
device.
The device user can press the power key to end the call or the contact number can end the call as
normal.
Each contact number will receive text from the device. Contact numbers can then also call the
device direct if they choose.
If the device user is in an outdoor location visible to to the GPS satellites the location
of the device user will be sent to contact numbers within 10 minutes after an activation.
