INSTRUCTIONS for COZY FOOT REST

ASSEMBLE foot rest as shown on other side, using the 4 screws and black rubber end caps.
MOUNT In-Line ON/OFF Switch (if desired) using the 2 adhesive backed mounting strips to secure the
wheel switch in a convenient location.
OPERATION Plug Cozy Rest into a 120 VAC polarized outlet and roll the wheel switch ON.
(WITH OPTIONAL HI/LO SWITCH Plug the Cozy Foot Rest power cord into the HI/LO receptacle, then
plug this assembly into a wall outlet. The HI/LO switch reduces the power consumption from 50 watts in the
HI setting to 25 watts in the Lo setting.)
CLEAN UP Unplug the product. For the carpet use a dry carpet cleaner and vacuum as directed. Housing
may be cleaned using a damp cloth with mild detergent.
CAUTION
 The Cozy Foot Rest is intended as a foot warmer only. Do not use as a pet warmer.
 Keep away from wet areas and excessive moisture.
 Do not cover with other materials that could cause overheating.
 Avoid use around items that could puncture or damage the product.

If it appears within one (1) year from the date of delivery to Purchaser that any products or component parts do not conform exactly to the specifications and physical
dimensions referred to above, and the Purchaser, at its expense, returns the product or component parts to the Seller together with a report of defects, the Seller shall
review the inspection report and inspect the items and shall authorize, at its option, either the repair or replacement of any non-conforming products or component parts,
whether on warranty, contract of negligence, shall not in any case exceed the amount to be paid by the Seller in obtaining and repair or replacement of non-conforming
products or component parts, and upon expiration of the warranty period, all liability of the Seller shall be terminated.
Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or the ability to use the product.
This warranty gives specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so that the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.
