WARRANTY
TRUCKCRAFT CORPORATION WARRANTS EACH TC-265 LANCER
SERVICE BODY TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND
WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF
INITIAL SALE. WE WARRANT OUR FACTORY-APPLIED POWDER COAT
FINISH AGAINST MATERIAL DEFECTS FOR A 5-YEAR PERIOD OR FROM
THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WARRANT OUR PRODUCTS TO BE FREE
OF CORROSION PREFORATION FOR THE LIFE OF THE WARRANTY. THIS
WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY WHEN THE PRODUCT IS PROPERLY
INSTALLED BY A (TRUCKCRAFT) DEALER, IS PROPERLY MAINTAINED
AND USED FOR THE PROPOSE FOR WHICH IT WAS DESIGNED. THE
WARRANTY PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DATE OF PURHASE BY THE FIRST
OWNER/USER OR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT WAS
SHIPPED FROM (TRUCKCRAFT), WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
NOTE: To activate the Warranty on your new TC-265 go online to
www.truckcraft.com or contact your nearest TruckCraft dealer.
WHO BENEFITS FROM THIS WARRANTY?
TruckCraft obligation under this warranty applies to the first purchaser of the product.
HOW IS A WARRANTY CLAIM HANDLED?
The purchaser shall immediately notify the local Authorized Distributor or TruckCraft (In Writing) of
any claim under this warranty. The information should include the model and serial number. A
detailed description of the alleged defect and photographs of the entire unit including shots of the
specified defect. All repairs must be authorized be TruckCraft prior to any work being completed. If
after inspection TruckCraft determines the product is defective in material or workmanship as
claimed. TruckCraft shall have the option to repair the defect TruckCraft’s option. TruckCraft shall
not be liable for any rental reimbursement, loss of vehicle use, inconvenience, mileage, travel
expense, storage, lost time/pay, etc.

EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY
1. Accessories or services not by TruckCraft Corporation or damages/corrosions caused by
these accessories or services. This includes optional parts, after-market products,
components, installation, finish painting, lettering, wiring or modifications.
2. Specific corrosion perforation and powder coat warranty exclusions:
a. Products which may have been used to carry corrosive materials, where such materials
may result in corrosion or rust-through perforation.
i. Products purchased with optional bare surface and installed by the original
owner.
ii. Products being warranted under the corrosion perforation warranty must have a
perforation warranty.
iii. Corrosion on a powder-coated surface is not considered a corrosion perforation
warranty.
iv. Damage or corrosion caused by airborne fallout, salt from the sea air, salt or
other materials used to control road conditions, chemicals, tree sap, stones, hail,
earthquake, water or flood windstorm, lighting or the application of chemicals or
sealants subsequent to manufacture are not covered.
v. Normal wear-and tear on the product is not covered.
vi. Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or alteration of the product.
3. Fatigue cracking of the body structure caused by improper mounting, overloading, severe
off-road applications, twisting loads influenced by cranes or aerial devices are not covered.
DISCLAIMERS
TruckCraft Corporation warrants its products only as stated in the Warranty. TruckCraft makes no
other warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TruckCraft’s obligations are limited
to those expressed in this warranty and TruckCraft shall not be liable to the purchaser or any third
party for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limitations of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from
state to state. If the product is improperly installed, modified, misused, damaged or otherwise
tampered with, the foregoing warranty shall lapse and become null and void. This warranty shall
be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. No person is
authorized to modify or add to the foregoing Warranty.

Operator Safety Warnings
ALWAYS store the remote control in a location that assures that no object can come in contact with
the LOCK & UNLOCK button unintentionally.
ALWAYS ensure that the electrical warning labels are located on the inside of each door.
NEVER leave off the electrical cover on the passenger side front compartment and each of the door
locks.

Service Body Options
The TC-265 was designed to give the customer a wide range of body options for the
DRW Cab Chassis with a 60CA and with a weight of 896 lbs. The three main body
configurations are, A/B, A/A & BB bodies which will give the customer many options to meet
his needs. All the service bodies are made of 100% aluminum and the floor is made with 6061-
T6 extruded planks for maximum strength & rigidity. With the Standard (A/B) configuration
there is 38.3 cu.ft. of secure storage per side and a floor space of 49” W x 107” L. All service
bodies come with a 1/8” diamond plate cabinet top standard but a smooth top is also available.
All compartments have a standard double panel all aluminum door which is powder-
coated white and 6 shelves with dividers are included. We can also delete powder coating
supply to the customer a color match to their vehicle at an additional cost. Each vertical door
has a gas spring and the horizontal doors are supplied with detachable cables. All the
compartment door will have an Black & Chrome whale-tail twist lock latch with roller &
compression action that will seal against an automotive D-style bulb style seal. Attached at the
rear is one hand top drop & slam-shut tailgate that can be removed if necessary. A set of
wheel-well panels will be supplied to match whatever the configuration of fuel fill is needed. A
set fender flares will also be attached for additional protection of road spray.
There are two all-aluminum bumper styles which is an 8“bumper & a 11” V-Notch style
with 1/8” aluminum diamond plate on both. We also supply a Keyless Entry W/LED strip
lighting for all the body configurations. Shown below are the three body configurations.

Service Body Mounting / Installation Kits
We have designed mounting kits for the A/B, A/A & B/B body configurations to fit on the three
main truck manufacturers chassis (FORD, GM & RAM). Also, we have mounting kits to fit up to all
three manufacturers for both bumpers. This will give our distributor’s an easier method of installing
our bodies.

OPTIONAL: V-NOTCH STEP BUMPER KIT
Description: Each A/B, A/A and B/B body configuration has the option to have an Bumper kit
for the following (FORD, DODGE & GM) models.
Each one of the kits were designed to fit up with as little problem as possible on each of the
manufacturers 60CA chassis. The kit numbers for the V-Notch Bumpers are as follows. (D2-
08506/2017 FORD, D2-07621/2016 FORD, D2-07622/GM & D2-07623/RAM).
