•Iftheproductisinstalledataheightoflessthan2.5mfromthefloororothersupport
surface,themovingpartsmustbeprotectedwithasuitablecovering,toavoidinad-
vertentaccess.Forprotection,refertotheinstructionmanualoftheshutter,ensuring
that future access for maintenance purposes is guaranteed.
•Onsunawnings,aminimumhorizontaldistanceof40cmmustbeguaranteedbe-

•Duringinstallation,handletheproductwithcare,avoidingtheriskofcrushing,impact,
droppingorcontactwithanytypeofliquid,donotinsertsharpobjectsinthemotor,

vicinityofheatsourcesornakedflames(fig. 2).
 Suchactionsmaydamagetheproductandcausemalfunctionsorhazards.Insuchcas-

•Nevermakeanymodificationstopartoftheproductotherthanthosespecifiedinthis
manual.Operationsotherthanasspecifiedcanonlycausemalfunctions.Themanu-
facturer declines all liability for damage caused by makeshift modifications to the
product.
•TheproductpowercableisinPVC;thismakesitsuitableforinstallationexclusivelyin-
doors.Ifinstalledoutdoors,thecablemustbecoveredwithaprotectionducting.
•Ifthepowercordisdamaged,theproductmaynotbeusedasthecordcannotbere-
placed.Shouldthisoccur,contacttheinstaller/manufacturer.
•Duringsystemset-up,keepallpersonsfarfromtheshutterwhenmoving.
•Tocontroltheproduct,useexclusivelyhold-to-runtypepushbuttons,i.e.whichmustre-
mainpressedfortheentiremanoeuvre.
•Theproductpackagingmaterialmustbedisposedofinfullobservanceofcurrentlocal
legislationgoverningwastedisposal.

•Theproductshouldnotbeusedbychildrenorpeoplewithimpairedphysical,
sensorialormentalcapacitiesorwhohavenotreceivedadequatetraininginthe
safe use of the product.
•Donotallowchildrentoplaywithfixedcontroldevices.
•Takecareinthevicinityoftheshutter/awning/screenwhenmoving,andkeepat
asafedistanceuntilthemanoeuvreiscompleted.
•Frequentlychecktheautomation,todetectforimbalance,anysignsofwearordam-
agetocablesorsprings(ifpresent).Donotusetheautomationifadjustmentsorre-
pairsarerequired.Inthiscasealwayscontactaspecialisedtechniciantosolvethe
problem.

This product is a tubular motor designed for the automation of a shutter, sun awning
or solar screen. 


Theproducthasthefollowingfeatures:
- ispoweredbythemainselectricity(verifycompatibilityonthelabelattachedtothe
motor);
- designedtomovetheshutterinAscentandDescentbymeansofwall-mountedpush-
buttons(notsuppliedinpack);
- isequippedwithanelectromechanicalsystemthatautomaticallyshutsoffpowersup-
ply when the shutter reaches the set limit positions (fig. 4):position“0”(shuttertotally
retracted)andposition“1”(shuttertotallyextended);
- the entire tubular motor is installed inside the shutter roller and the external face of this
productcanbemounteddirectlyalongsidethecasingorbymeansoftherelativesup-
portbrackets(notsuppliedinpack);
- it is designed for residential use, i.e. discontinuous. It guarantees a continuous operat-
ingtimeofmaximum4minutes;
- itisfittedwithathermalcut-outwhichintheeventofoverheatingduetouseoftheau-
tomation in excess of the set limits, automatically shuts off the power supply and only
restores operation when the temperature returns within the normal range.

- Therearevariousversionsofthisproductavailable,eachdesignedtomanageaspe-
cificmotortorque.Eachisdesignedtoautomateshutters/awnings/screenswith
specific dimensions and weight. Therefore, before proceeding with installation, to
checkthatthecharacteristicsofthismotor(motortorque,rotationspeedandoperating
time) are suitable for automating your shutter / awning / screen. 


Checkthediameterofthewindingroller.Thismustbechosenaccordingtothemotor
torque,asfollows:
- formotorsthataresize“S”(Ø=35mm),theminimuminsidediameterofthewinding
rollermustbe40mm;
- formotorsthataresize“M”(Ø=45mm)andhaveatorqueofupto30Nm(includ-
ed),theminimuminsidediameterofthewindingrollermustbe52mm;
- formotorsthataresize“M”(Ø=45mm)andhaveatorqueofupto30Nm(includ-
ed),theminimuminsidediameterofthewindingrollermustbe60mm.

To install the product, follow the phases shown in fig. 6andobservethefollowing

In compliance with the electric installation rules, in the network that powers the motor,
a shortcircuitprotectiondevice and a disconnectiondevicefromthemainselectricity
mustbeenvisioned.



Thedisconnectiondevicemustbelocatedinviewoftheautomationand,ifitisnotvis-
ible,mustenvisionasystemthatblocksanyaccidentalorunauthorisedre-connectionof
thepowersupply,inordertopreventanydanger.
Note–Thetwodevicesarenotpresentinthepackage.

Recommendations:
•Positionthepushbuttoncontrolpanelinviewofthewindingdevicebutawayfromits
movingparts.
•Positionthepushbuttoncontrolpanelonthesideofthewindingdevice,wherethereisthe
electric cable coming from the tubular motor and the mains electricity power supply cable.
•Positionthebuttonsataheightover1.5mfromthefloor.

•Ifthepowercordisdamaged,theproductmaynotbeusedasthecordcannotbere-

permanentconnectiontothemainselectricity(verifycompatibilityonthelabelattached

Duringtheupanddownmovements,themotorstopstheshutterautomaticallywhenit
reaches the limit switch positions (fig. 4):position“0”(shuttertotallyretracted)andpo-
sition “1”(shuttertotallyextended).Thefactorysettingsofthesepositionsareveryap-
proximate, and therefore follow the procedure below to adapt them to the specific di-
mensions of the roller shutter concerned.
 


05.Graduallyturntheadjustmentscrewoflimitposition“0”inthedirectionofthe“+”
sign,totherequiredstopposition“0”.Note – on each turn of the screw, the motor
movestostopinthenewposition.

06.Turntheadjustmentscrewoflimitposition“1”throughafewturnsinthedirectionof
the“–”sign.
07.Activatetheshuttersothatitmovestowardsposition“1”andwaitforthemotorto
stoponactivationofthelimitswitchpre-setwiththefactorysettings.

2) checkthatthemainspowerisONandthatitcorrespondstothevaluesonthemotor
dataplate.
3) check whether the two limit switches, due to incorrect settings, engage at the same
time;inthiscaserotatethetwoadjustmentscrewsthroughafewturns,inthedirec-
tion of the “sign.

1.2 • 安装说明
• 所有安装，连接，编程及产品维护均需来自有能力、有资质的技术人员，并且遵
守相关法律法规及当地法律，和本手册中的说明。
• 在开始安装之前，请确认本产品型号适合将您的卷帘自动化（阅读第 3 章）。
• 本产品的所有安装、维护操作，均需要与电源自动断开。为起到提示作用，请在
断电设备上贴上标签牌“注意！正在维护”。
• 开始安装之前，请移走所有与工作无关的电线电缆；另外关闭与卷帘电机功能无
关的设备。
• 如果设备安装在距离地板或放置平面的高度小于 2.5 m，则必须覆盖保护其运动
部分，以免发生意外。关于保护请参阅卷帘使用说明，保证其在任何情况下可安
全的进行维护。
•
需保证遮阳棚在完全打开时，前置水平距离 40 cm 内没有任何物体阻碍。
• 安装过程中请小心操作：避免挤压、碰撞、跌落或接触到任何液体；避免任何尖
锐物体落入电机内部；不要在电机外部钻孔或使用螺钉；不要将本产品放置于热
源附近或者暴露于明火之中（图 2）。
这些行为可导致产品损坏，并造成产品功能损坏以及危险情况发生。在此等情况
下请立即停止安装，并联系安装公司/制造商。
• 请勿在非本手册指示情况下拆解产品。
• 请勿在非本手册指示情况下改装产品的任意部件。未经许可的操作均可能对产品

中文 • 产品电源电缆线为 PVC 材料，专门适合室内使用。如需在室外安装，请包裹保
护管。

产品及其用途简介

此产品为适配卷帘、遮阳棚或遮阳幕自动化的管状电机。禁止用于其他任何用
途！根据本手册中的描述，设备生产商将不会回答任何由于产品使用不当而造成
损坏的问题。
此产品符合以下特征：
- 通过干线供电（请查看电机上的兼容性标签）;
- 通过墙壁上的按钮可控制卷帘上升及下降（设备不在包装中）。
-当卷帘到达预设定位置时，其自带的机电系统会自动中断供电（图 4）：“0”
位（卷帘完全卷起）和“1”位（卷帘完全展开）；
- 管状电机安装在卷动轴内部，产品外侧面可直接固定在其边上箱体上或使用合适
的支架（不在包装内）；
- 设计为住宅用途，是非连续性的。确保连续工作时间最长为 4 分钟；
- 内置热保护装置，在过热的情况下自动切断电源，待温度恢复后自动恢复。

3.1 • 初步检验 - 使用限制
注意！– 安装之前请检查以下几方面。
- 本产品有许多不同版本，每个版本对应不同电机扭矩。每个不同的版本均根据不
同卷动设备特点如大小、重量等专门设计。所以，在开始安装之前，请检查现有
电机（电机扭矩，转速和工作时间）是否适配卷动设备自动化。注意！- 请勿安
装扭矩大于卷帘装置需要的电机。
请检查转动辊直径。根据电机扭矩不同，通过以下方式选择：
- “S”（Ø = 35 mm）型号电机，转动辊内径最小为 40 mm；
- “M”（Ø = 45 mm）型号电机，扭矩在 30 Nm（包括）以内转动辊内径最小为
52 mm；
- “M”（Ø = 45 mm）型号电机，扭矩大于 30 Nm ，转动辊内径最小为 60 mm；
3.2 • 管状电机安装
安装产品请参照图 6 并考虑以下注意事项：
- 错误安装会造成严重事故。

4.1 • 供电网络内部的保护装置安装
遵守电路安装规定，电机供电网中必须安装短路保护装置和断电装置。
注意！– 断电装置必须能够完全断开电源，条件取自过电压类别 III。
断电装置必须安放在自动化系统可见范围内，若非如此，需有其他系统防止偶然
重新通电或允许通电，避免任何危险情况发生。
注意 – 这两种装置不在包装之中。
4.2 • 安装墙壁按钮控制板
说明：
• 基于卷帘位置安放按钮控制板，但请远离卷帘的卷动部分。
• 请将按钮控制板装置于管状电机电线以及电源电缆线的一侧。
• 请将按钮放置于高于地面 1.5 m 的地方。
4.3 • 命令控制板、电机与电源线的连接
注意！
• 连接错误可能导致设备损坏或危险情况；所以，请慎重仔细阅读本章节指示。
• 电源电缆线不可替换，若电源电缆线损坏则产品不能继续使用。在此等情况下，
请联系安装公司/制造商。
从电气角度来说，电机运转需要持续的供电，即须要对电网进行持续供电（请查
看电机上的兼容性标签）。连接电机、命令控制板以及供电网络请参照图 5。
连接线导线分配如下：
– 棕色 = 上电位或下电位。
– 黑色 = 上电位或下电位。
– 蓝色 = 中性（通常连接到中和点）。
– 黄-绿色 = 地线（保护作用，等势连接）。
4.4 • 上升与下降相对应的按钮
连接结束时，请将电机通电并检验上升和下降动作是否与对应按钮正确相连。
如若不是，反接棕色和黑色导线。

极限限位开关调整

5.1 • 极限限位开关
卷帘做向上或向下运动时，到达极限位置电机会自动停止运转（图 4）： 位置“0”
（卷帘完全卷起）和位置“1”（卷帘完全放下）。
工厂设置的极限位置值为预估
值，请按照以下步骤设置您的卷帘对应尺寸。
5.2 • 如何设置“0”位和“1”位
01. 将卷帘放到“1”位。
将调整螺丝与极限位置对齐：
02. 正对卷帘并观察：
a）在转动辊的哪一边有极限位置的调整螺丝：是左还是右？
b）卷帘落下的部分是在转动辊前还是后。
03. 由此查看图 1 识别出刚刚在 a) 和 b) 中观察到的结果。非常重要 – 相应的图
纸标识了每个调整螺丝与极限位置的关系。
设置极限位置“0”：
04. 控制卷帘向位置“0”运动并注意电机按照出厂设定的极限位置停止。
注意！–若卷帘超过设定的极限位置“0”，控制其停止运动；控制卷帘返回到
起始位置；向“-”方向转动几圈与极限位置“0”相关的调整螺丝，最后，重复
04 条中的动作。
05. 朝“+”方向一点点旋转与极限位置“0”相关的调整螺丝，直到找到最合适的
“0”位置。注意 - 螺丝转动时电机同时运动，并停在新的位置上。
设置极限位置“1”：
06. 向“-”方向转动几圈与极限位置“1”相关的调整螺丝。
07. 控制卷帘向位置“1”运动并注意电机按照出厂设定的极限位置停止。

本产品为整个自动化系统的一个组成部分，其报废处理也应与整个系统一起进
行。
与系统的安装一样，系统的报废处理也必须由专业人员进行。
本产品由多种不同的材料构成，有些可以回收利用，有些则不能；请以当地关于
此类产品报废处理的法规为准。
注意！– 本产品有些零件含有危险污染物质，若丢弃在环境中，可能
会危害环境和人体健康。
如侧面符号指示，禁止将本产品投入普通垃圾箱。必须按照当地垃圾
处理法规进行单独处理，或者在购买新的同类产品时交回销售商处
理。
注意！– 若在处理本产品时违反当地垃圾处理法规可能招致重罚。
问题解决指南

电机在上升相位跟下降相位上电时，如若仍不运转：
1）检查是否进入热保护状态：如是只需等待电机降温至正常状态；
2）检查是否有电压，电压是否与电机铭牌上的数值相符；
3）检查两个极限限位开关，是否调整错误并被同时激活；此种情况下将两个调整
螺丝向“+”方向旋转几圈。
若经过以上调试电机仍然不转，请咨询专业资质技术人员或联系安装公司/制
造商。
