Darperir eich Thermomedr TaiDoc 1261 i'w defnyddio ar y cyd â'r ddyfais a'r feddalwedd

Cyfarwyddiadau ynghylch sut i'w ddefnyddio
Pan ofynnir ichi gymryd eich tymheredd gan myMobile, dilynwch y camau isod:
CAM 1
Sicrhewch fod rhan allanol eich clust yn lân ac yn sych - PEIDIWCH Â
glanhau clustiau gan ddefnyddio ffon gotwm. Gall hyn niweidio'ch
clust. Gofynnwch am gymorth gan eich gweithiwr iechyd proffesiynol
os ydych yn credu bod llawer o gwyr yn eich clustiau neu os oes
gennych unrhyw fater arall sy'n ymwneud â'r clyw.
CAM 2
Trowch y thermomedr ymlaen drwy wasgu'r botwm 'ON' o dan y
sgrîn arddangos. Bydd y thermomedr yn dangos eich darlleniad
diwethaf.
CAM 3
Rhowch y chwiliedydd â'r gorchudd yn ofalus i mewn i'ch clust.
CAM 4
Pwyswch ar y botwm 'scan' ar frig y thermomedr a daliwch y botwm i
lawr. Byddwch yn clywed sŵn bîp i gadarnhau bod eich mesuriad wedi'i
gwblhau a gellir tynnu'r thermomedr o'r glust. Dangosir eich canlyniad
diwethaf ar y sgrîn arddangos.

Gwasgwch y botwm 'eject' i dynnu gorchudd y chwiliedydd. Rhowch y gorchudd yn y bin sbwriel yn
eich cartref. Os yw'r mesuriadau'n fwy neu'n llai na'r hyn sy'n arferol, efallai y bydd myMobile yn
gofyn ichi ailadrodd y darlleniad unwaith eto - dechreuwch Gam 1 unwaith eto.
CAM 6
Tapiwch ar 'Continue' ar myMobile i barhau â'ch cyfweliad.
Cyfarwyddiadau glanhau ar gyfer y cleifion

Peidiwch byth â rhoi'r thermomedr o dan dap sy'n llifo na'i roi o dan
unrhyw ddŵr. Defnyddiwch glwtyn meddal, sych i sychu arwyneb allanol
y thermomedr.
Peidiwch byth â defnyddio alcohol, bensen, teneuwr na chemegion cras
eraill i lanhau'r ddyfais.

Introduction
Welcome to our patient reference guide to assist you in the use of your Thermometer.
Important Information
Intended Use
Your TaiDoc 1261 Thermometer is provided for use in conjunction with myMobile device and
software. Please refer to the intended use section of the myMobile reference guide for further
information.
Instruction for use
When prompted to take your temperature by myMobile, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1
Ensure that the outer part of your ear is clean and dry –DO NOT
clean ears with a cotton bud. This can cause damage to your ear.
Please seek advice from your Health professional if you think you
have a build-up of wax in your ears or for any other hearing related
issue.
STEP 2
Turn on the thermometer by pressing the ON button underneath the
display screen. The Thermometer will show your last reading.
STEP 3
Gently fit the probe into your ear.
STEP 4
Press and hold the scan button on the top of the thermometer. You will hear a beep to confirm that
the measurement has is complete and the thermometer may be removed from your ear. Your
latest result will be shown in the display screen.
STEP 5
If readings are outside your norm myMobile may ask you to repeat the
reading once more –start again from STEP 1.
STEP 6
Tap Continue on myMobile to continue with your interview.

Cleaning instructions for patients
Remember, the probe is not waterproof. DO NOT immerse it in water, but
clean with a clean dry cotton swab as indicated.
Also, the body of the thermometer is not water resistant either. Never
immerse under running tap or submerge under water. Use a dry, soft cloth
or a cloth to clean the outer surface of the thermometer.
Never use alcohol, benzene, thinner or other harsh chemicals to clean the
device
