Allgemeines
Die TUNZE® Magnet Holder 6080.50 und 6200.50
werden zur Befestigung aller Turbelle® Pumpen
und Comline Komponenten eingesetzt. Es lassen
sich auch alle anderen TUNZE®-Geräte befestigen,
sofern das serienmäßige Schiebeteil in den Magnet
Holder passt, z.B. die Sensoren des Osmolators
3155, Osmomat usw. Sie bestehen aus einem
zweiteiligen magnetischen Halter. Das Innenteil (1)
bendet sich im Wasser und das Aussenteil (2)
außerhalb des Aquariums. Die beiden Teile sind
in der Form identisch. In kurzer Zeit kann das
Innenteil mit Schiebeteil (3) für die Pumpe oder
Comline Komponente an die gewünschte Stelle auf
der Innenseite der Glasscheibe positioniert werden.
Danach muss nur noch das Außenteil an gleicher
Position außen auf die Glasscheibe angelegt
werden. Durch ihre schutzvergossene Konstruktion
sind die Magnet Holder korrosionsbeständig
und zeigen keine schädliche Wirkung für das
Aquarienbiotop.
Der Magnet Holder 6080.50 besitzt magnetische
Kräfte bis zu 12mm Glasstärke und der Magnet
Holder 6200.50 bis zu 19mm Glasstärke.

General aspects
Tunze Magnet Holders 6080.50 and 6200.50 can
be used to mount all Turbelle pumps and Comline
components.
All other TUNZE® units, such as the sensors of
Osmolator 3155, Osmomat, et cetera, can also be
mounted, provided the standard sliding unit ts into
the magnetic holding device, which consists of two
magnetic parts. The inside part (1) is located in the
water and the outside unit (2) is on the outside of
the aquarium. Both parts are of identical shape.
The inside part with the sliding unit (3) can be used
to easily position the pump or Comline component
at the requested location on the inside of the
glass pane. Subsequently, the outside unit has to
be placed at the same position on the outside of
the glass pane. On account of its encapsulated
construction, the magnetic holder is non-corroding
and has no detrimental effects on the aquarium
biotope.
The Magnetic Holder 6080.50 has a magnetic
strength suitable for glass thicknesses of up to 12
mm (.47 in); and Magnetic Holder 6200.50 can be
used for glass panes up to 19 mm (.74 in.).

Les supports magnétiques TUNZE® Magnet Holder
6080.50 et 6200.50 sont destinés à la xation
de toutes les pompes Turbelle® et composants
Comline. D’autres composants de la gamme
TUNZE® peuvent être xés suivant ce principe,
sous condition d’utiliser une pièce coulissante, par
ex. les capteurs d’Osmolator 3155, Osmomat, etc.
Les supports Magnet Holder se composent de deux
parties magnétiques distinctes, la partie interne (1)
placée dans l’aquarium et la partie externe (2) en
dehors de l’aquarium. Les deux parties sont de
forme parfaitement identique. Dans un premier
temps, la partie interne avec pièce coulissante pour
pompe (3) ou avec composant Comline se présente
sur la vitre interne de l’aquarium. Dans un second
temps, il suft d’amener la partie externe face à la
partie interne. La construction totalement résinée
de Magnet Holder évite toute corrosion et pollution
par métaux du biotope aquatique.
La puissance magnétique du modèle 6080.50
convient à des vitres jusqu’à 12mm d’épaisseur,
celle du modèle 6200.50 à des vitres jusqu’à 19mm
d’épaisseur.

Safety instructions
Caution ! Very strong magnet ! (1)
Keep the magnetic holder out of the reach of
children ! Caution - danger of injury ! (2)
Do not permit the magnetic parts to make direct
contact ! Depending on the type, the magnetic
parts are attracted with a force of about 25 to
50 kg in case of direct contact.
Hold the magnetic parts on the sides only.
Never get your hand or ngers between the
contact surfaces !
At a distance of less than 10 cm (3.93 in.)
the magnet attracts metallic parts and other
magnets with a high force. When handling the
magnet, no metals, other magnets, blades or
knives should be located in a circle of 10 cm
(3.93 in,) in order to avoid injuries.
Be careful with objects sensitive to magnetic
elds, such as cardiac pacemakers, data
carriers, credit cards and keys - keep a
distance of at least 30 cm (12 in.).

En-dessous d’une distance de 10cm, tous les
aimants attirent fortement le métal ferreux ! Lors
de la manipulation des aimants, aucune clé ou
carte bancaire ne doit se trouver dans les poches
des vestes ou des pantalons. Les clés peuvent
provoquer la déchirure des étoffes lors de leur
séparation, les données des cartes bancaires
peuv ent être dénitivement effacées.
Une attention particulière est requise en
présence d’appareillages sensibles comme
des simulateurs cardiaques par exemple.
Observez une distance minimale de 30 cm !

Safety instructions
When transporting the magnetic holder, always
use the polystyrene pieces supplied along with
the unit.
Heating to a temperature of over 50° Celsius
(122° F) (1) will cause the destruction of the
magnet and/or loss of the magnetic effect.
This device is suitable for users (including
children) with limited physical, sensorial or
mental abilities or without any experience or
previous knowledge, if suitable supervision or
detailed instructions on the operation of the
device is provided by a responsible person.
Please make sure that children do not play
with the device (2).

Achtung! Magneten nacheinander einzeln
vorbereiten und weit voneinander ablegen, sonst
Verletzungsgefahr.
Klebestellen vom Magnet Holder mit Alkohol fettfrei
machen (1).
Elastikpuffer von Folie entfernen (2) und auf
Klebestellen pressen (3). Für jedes Magnetteil 4
Stück verwenden. Die Klebestellen benden sich
wie in Bild (1) gezeigt an den hierfür vorgesehenen
runden Vertiefungen.
Die Elastikpufferfolie enthält einen zusätzlichen
Puffer als Ersatzteil.

Attaching the self-adhesive elastic

Caution ! Prepare the magnets one after the other,
and lay them down far apart - otherwise danger of
injury.
Use alcohol to remove any grease on the contact
spots on the magnetic holder (1).
Remove the elastic pads from the foil (2), and press
down on to the contact spots (3). Use four pieces
for each magnetic unit. As shown in Fig. (1), the
contact spots are in the round recesses provided
for this purpose.
The elastic pad foil holds an additional pad as a
spare.

Dégraissez les surfaces de collage rondes à
l’alcool (1).
Détachez le tampon élastique (2) de son carton
puis pressez sur la surface de collage du support
magnétique (3). Appliquez 4 tampons élastiques
par support magnétique. Les surfaces de collages
sont matérialisées par les renfoncements visibles
sur la vue (1).
Le carton à tampons dispose d’un tampon
supplémentaire en remplacement.

Die beiden Teile des Magnet Holders können innen
oder außen am Aquarium positioniert werden!
Geeigneten Platz an der Glasscheibe vorbereiten.
Im Aquarium sollte die Glasscheibe algenfrei sein
und die Außenseite sollte trocken und sauber
sein.
Innenteil des Magnet Holders mit den Elastikpuffern
in Richtung Glas an die Aquariumscheibe
anbringen (1).
Aussenteil des Magnet Holders in 10cm Entfernung
schräg zum Innenteil halten (2) und nun vorsichtig
zusammenbringen. Elastikpuffer sollen dabei zur
Glasscheibe zeigen. Dann leicht drehen, so dass
sich beide Magneten parallel gegenüber stehen.
Der Magnet Holder muss immer senkrecht zum
Aquarienboden stehen. Ein schräg positioniertes
Gerät kann aus der Halterung herausrutschen.
Um den Magnet Holder an eine andere Position
zu bringen, ohne die Elastikpuffer zu beschädigen,
sollte der äußere Magnet leicht vom Glas angehoben
werden.

The two parts of the magnetic holder can be
positioned on the inside and outside of the
aquarium!
Prepare a suitable location on the glass pane. Inside
the aquarium the pane should be free of algae, and
the outside should be dry and clean.
Attach the inside of the magnetic holder with the
elastic pads pointing in direction of the aquarium
pane (1).
Hold the outside unit of the magnetic holder at an
angle at a distance of 10 cm (3.93 in.), and carefully
attach. Turn slightly so that both magnets are in
parallel. The elastic pad is to point to the glass
pane.
The magnetic holder always has to be vertical to the
aquarium bottom. A device tted at an angle may
slip out of the holding device.
In order to move the magnetic holder into another
position without damaging the elastic pads, the
outside magnet should be lifted slightly from the
glass.

Les deux aimants du Magnet Holder peuvent être
indifféremment placées à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur
de l’aquarium !
Préparez l’emplacement du support magnétique. La
surface interne de l’aquarium doit être libre d’algues,
la surface externe sèche et propre.
Positionnez l’aimant interne dans l’aquarium,
tampons élastiques contre la vitre (1).
Positionnez l’aimant externe à 10cm de la vitre,
légèrement incliné (2), puis amenez-le délicatement
contre la vitre, tampons élastiques côté verre.
Ajustez le support an que les deux parties soient
parfaitement face à face.
Magnet Holder doit toujours être positionné
perpendiculairement au fond de l’aquarium. Un
appareillage maintenu incliné (pompe) pourrait
glisser de son support.
An de déplacer Magnet Holder sans endommager
les tampons élastiques, il est important de soulager
l’aimant externe de la vitre.

Befestigung von Comline Komponenten
Innenteil des Magnet Holders am oberen Teil
des Comline befestigen. Dafür Magnet Holder an
Comline einsetzen (1) und hochschieben bis die
Verriegelung einrastet (2).
Abstandssauger an Comline befestigen (3).
Comline an der gewünschten Stelle des Aquariums
positionieren.
Aussenteil des Magnet Holders in 10cm Entfernung
schräg zum Innenteil halten (4) und nun vorsichtig
zusammenbringen. Dann leicht drehen, so dass sich
beide Magneten parallel gegenüber stehen (5).
Um den Magnet Holder an eine andere Position
zu bringen, ohne die Elastikpuffer zu beschädigen,
sollte der äußere Magnet leicht vom Glas angehoben
werden.
Bei schweren Comline Komponenten (9015, 3179,
3170, 6212) Abstandssauger weglassen und
dafür zweiten Magneten anbringen. Festigkeit gut
überprüfen!
Um den Magnet Holder vom Comline zu
entfernen muss die Verriegelung an beiden Seiten
zusammengedrückt (6) und der Magnet Holder
nach unten geschoben werden.

Attaching Comline components
Attach the inside part of the magnetic holder to the
upper section of the Comline. For this purpose,
place the magnetic holder on the Comline (1) and
push up until unit locks into place (2).
Attach the spacer suction cup to the Comline (3).
Place the Comline at the desired location in the
aquarium.
Hold the outside part of the magnetic holder at an
angle at a distance of 10 cm (3.93 in.), and carefully
attach. Subsequently turn slightly so that the two
magnets are parallel opposite each other (5).
In order to move the magnetic holder into another
position without damaging the elastic pads, the outside
magnet should be lifted slightly from the gl ass.
In case of heavy Comline components (9015, 3179,
3170, 6212), attach a second magnet instead of the
spacer suction cup.
Check for tight t !
In order to remove the magnetic holder from the
Comline, the lock mechanism has to be pressed
together on both sides (6), and the magnetic holder
has to be pushed down.
Fixation de composants Comline

haute de l’élément Comline. Pour cela, appliquez
l’aimant sur le Comline (1) puis poussez vers le haut
jusqu’au verrouillage des deux ergots (2).
Fixez la ventouse de maintien unique sur l’ergot
central en position basse du Comline (3).
Positionnez l’élément Comline à l’emplacement
choisi dans l’aquarium.
Positionnez l’aimant externe à 10cm de la vitre,
légèrement incliné (4), puis amenez-le délicatement
contre la vitre. Ajustez le support an que les deux
parties soient parfaitement face à face (5).
An de déplacer Magnet Holder sans endommager
les tampons élastiques, il est important de soulager
l’aimant externe de la vitre.
Pour les éléments Comline lourds (9015, 3179,
3170, 6212), détachez la ventouse basse et insérez
un deuxième Magnet Holder.
Contrôlez la solidité de la xation !
Pour séparer Magnet Holder de l’élément Comline,
libérez les deux verrouillages (6) puis poussez le
support vers le bas.

Warnhinweis zur Befestigung
Für einen unbeaufsichtigten Betrieb muss die
Festigkeit des Halters und des Gerätes gewährleistet
sein. Bitte sicherstellen, dass der Magnet Holder
dauerhaft gut hält und dass das befestigte Gerät bei
Betrieb nicht selbstständig verrutscht.
Der Magnet Holder muss immer senkrecht zum
Aquarienboden stehen. Ein schräg positioniertes
Gerät kann aus der Halterung rutschen.
Die Elastikpuffer auf dem Innenteil des Magnet
Holders sorgen für eine höhere Rutschfestigkeit auf
der Glasscheibe. Die höchste Festigkeit wird erst
nach mehreren Minuten erreicht.
Ein Verrutschen ohne Anheben des Magnet Holders
kann die Elastikpuffer abreißen.
Magnethälften nicht direkt zusammenbringen, ein
direkter Kontakt kann die Elastikpuffer entfernen.

beachten.

Caution !
The secure t of the magnetic holder and of the
device attached has to be ensured for an unattended
operation. The magnet holder and attached device
must t securely to ensure safe operation when
unattended.
The magnetic holder always has to be vertical to the
aquarium bottom. A device tted at an angle may
slip out of the holding device.
The elastic pads on the inside of the magnetic holder
ensure a higher slip resistance on the glass pane.
The highest resistance is achieved after several
minutes.
Sliding the magnetic holder without lifting it may
cause the elastic pads to be torn off.
Do not bring both halves of the magnetic holder
together as this may cause the elastic pads to come
off.
Please observe the „Recommendations on Glass
Thickness“ at the end of these instructions
Remarques concernant le support
An garantir un fonctionnement sans failles des
appareillages, la tenue du support doit être solide
et sans risque de glissement vers le bas de
l’aquarium.
Positionnez toujours Magnet Holder
perpendiculairement au fond de l’aquarium. Un
appareillage tenu incliné pourrait glisser de son
support.
Les tampons élastiques de l’aimant interne sont
destinés à augmenter l’adhésion à la vitre de
l’aquarium. L’adhésion maximale n’est atteinte que
plusieurs minutes après la mise en place
Un déplacement de Magnet Holder sans soulager
l’aimant externe provoque l’arrachement des
tampons élastiques.
De même, la mise en contact directe des deux
parties du Magnet Holder peut détruire les tampons
élastiques.

Für das von TUNZE hergestellte Gerät wird für einen
Zeitraum von vierundzwanzig (24) Monaten ab
dem Kaufdatum eine begrenzte Garantie gewährt,
die sich auf Material- und Fabrikationsmängel
erstreckt. Im Rahmen der entsprechenden Gesetze
beschränken sich Ihre Rechtsmittel bei Verletzung
der Gewährleistungspicht auf die Rückgabe des
von TUNZE hergestellten Gerätes zur Reparatur
oder zum Ersatz, was im Ermessen des Herstellers
liegt. Im Rahmen der entsprechenden Gesetze
sind dies die einzigen Rechtsmittel. Folgeschäden
und sonstige Schäden sind ausdrücklich davon
ausgeschlossen. Defekte Geräte müssen in
der Originalverpackung zusammen mit dem
Kassenzettel in einer freigemachten Sendung an
den Händler oder den Hersteller gesandt werden.
Unfreie Sendungen werden vom Hersteller nicht
angenommen.
GarantieausschlussbestehtauchfürSchäden durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung (z.B. Wasserschäden),
technische Änderungen durch den Käufer, oder
durch Anschluss an nicht empfohlene Geräte.
Technische Änderungen, insbesondere die der

Guarantee
The unit manufactured by TUNZE Aquarientechnik
GmbH carries a limited guarantee for a period of
twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase
covering all defects in material and workmanship.
Within the framework of the corresponding
laws, your remedies in case of a violation of the
guarantee obligation shall be limited to returning
the unit manufactured by TUNZE Aquarientechnik
GmbH for repair or replacement at the discretion
of the manufacturer. Within the framework of the
corresponding laws, the said shall be the only
remedies. Consequential damage and/or other
damage shall be excluded therefrom explicitly.
Defect units shall have to be shipped to the dealer or
the manufacturer in the original packaging together
with the sales slip in a pre-paid consignment.
Unpaid consignments will not be accepted by the
manufacturer.
Exclusion from guarantee shall exist also in case
of damage caused by inexpert handling (such as
water damage), technical modication carried out
by the buyer or by connection to devices which
have not been recommended.
Subject to technical modications, especially those
which further safety and technical progress.
Garantie
Cet appareil manufacturé par TUNZE® bénécie
d’une garantie limitée à une durée légale de vingt
quatre mois (24) à partir de la date d’achat et
concernant les vices de fabrication et de matériaux.
Dans le cadre des lois correspondantes, les voies
de recours lors d’un dommage se limitent au retour
de l’appareil produit par TUNZE® à son service
réparation ou au remplacement de l’appareil ce qui
reste de l’appréciation du fabriquant. Dans le cadre
des lois correspondantes, il s’agit de l’unique voie
de recours. D’autres dommages et dégâts en sont
catégoriquement exclus. Les appareils défectueux
doivent être expédiés dans leur emballage d’origine,
accompagnés du bordereau de caisse dans un
envoi affranchi à l’adresse du commerçant ou du
fabricant. Les envois non affranchis ne sont pas
acceptés par le fabricant.
L’exclusion de garantie concerne aussi les dégâts
par traitement incorrect (par exemple des dégâts
causés par l’eau), les modications techniques
effectuées par l’acheteur ou le raccordement à des
appareillages non recommandés par le fabricant.
Le fabricant se réserve le droit d’effectuer des
modications techniques, en particulier dans le
domaine de la sécurité et du progrès technique.
