1. Introduction
Hello, welcome to use our company's portable tablet teleprompter.
Compared with our studio teleprompter series, the portable tablet
teleprompter is more convenient to carry and use when going out. It is
very suitable for news interviews, leaders' speech conferences and
other occasions.
The portable tablet teleprompter is suitable for interviews and program
production. The universal adapter plate can be used with most cameras.
It can use a 7-11 inch tablet computer as prompting screen. The
software system supports IOS and Android tablet computers.
2. Package
2.1 Shipping packaging

2.2 Product configuration
Unpack the receiving package in Figure 1 and take out the portable
suitcase, as shown in Figure 2 below.

Open the carrying case and take out the teleprompter and accessories.

3. Hardware installation
Note: Before installing the teleprompter hardware, we need to prepare
a tripod, 1 camera (both SLR and DV cameras are OK), 2 AA batteries
and a tablet computer (both Android and Apple systems are OK).
3.1 Install the quick release plate on the teleprompter bracket, as
shown below.
Fix the teleprompter plate to the tripod.

Take out the teleprompter hood, and install the hood on the teleprompter
bracket, as shown in the figure below.
Remove the quick release plate on the back seat of the teleprompter tray, and
connect it to the bottom of the DSLR or camera used for shooting, as
shown in the figure below.

Then install the camera on the back seat of the teleprompter tray, as shown in
the figure below.
Take out the cloth hood, attach it to the metal hood, and adjust the camera to
a suitable position. As shown below.
Note: You can use a hexagonal wrench to adjust the screw shown by the arrow above to
adjust the height of the camera.

Take out the tablet mounting bracket and install it on the teleprompter
support plate, tighten the screws, and install the prompting tablet, open the
software, and it can be used. As shown below.
The teleprompter installation is now completed.

4. Teleprompter software
Please use the mobile phone or tablet to install the teleprompter
software, search for "天影提词器" in Tencent App Store for Android
system, and download "TY Teleprompter" in the AppStore.
You can also scan the QR code in the goods to quickly enter the
fast download channel.

4.4 Search files
When multiple broadcast files are added, we can search for the
corresponding broadcast document by entering part name with the
same content in the search box by means of fuzzy query.

4.5 Start broadcasting
Click to select the file to be played, and click the "Start" button to enter
the play interface.
After entering the play interface, tap the play button “▶”，you can
start playing the file according to the preset system settings. Tap the
Settings button “ ” you can make real-time preview settings in the
broadcast interface, tap return button“<”to exit the broadcast
interface. The above operations can also be set up using the optional
"Bluetooth Controller".

5. Remote Controller
5.1 Preparation before use
1) Prepare 2 AA batteries and install them in the remote controller.
2)Remote controller button description icon.
5.2 Controller connected to bluetooth
Install the battery in the controller, press and hold the On&Off/Return
button for 2 seconds to turn on the controller, the indicator light will
continue to flash in red rapidly, then you can use the mobile
phone/tablet that has installed the teleprompter software, turn on the
bluetooth, and search for the matching bluetooth device, please refer
to the table below, select the Bluetooth name to connect and match
according to the operating system of the mobile phone or tablet.

After the matching is succeeded, the bluetooth controller indicator
light flashes in red slowly.

5.3 Controller Operation Instructions

Tap once: exit the current display mode
Long press: turn off the controller, long press again to turn
on the controller
Indicator
light
When the controller is not turned on, light is off;
when the controller is on but not connected, light
continue to flash rapidly;
when the controller is turn on, the light flashes
intermittently slowly.
KEY/GAME
Bluetooth mode switch button, switch to GAME for
Android system, and KEY/GMAE for Apple system.
Play/Pause
When the subtitles are scrolled, the pause/play control can
be implemented for the subtitles.
When the menu is opened, operations can be
implemented for language, sight, mirroring, and return.
Rocker
(up, down,
left, right)
Push up: the text scrolls down. It can be operated when the text
scrolls or stops.
Push down: the text scrolls up. It can be operated when the text
scrolls or stops.
Push left: the text can be shrunk. It can be operated when the
text scrolls or stops.
Push right: the text can be enlarged. It can be operated when
the text scrolls or stops.
When opening the menu, toggle the rocker up and down to
achieve total selection, and toggle left and right to modify and
adjust the function.

Speed
up/Slow
down
Press the A button once to decelerate the scrolling speed,
and press the Y button once to accelerate the scrolling
speed. Long press doesn't work.
Skip to
first line
In the subtitle play interface, press this key (B key) to skip
to the first line.
