LCC Respira 1 adalah Low Cost & Comfortable Powered Air Purifying
Respirator yaitu Alat Perlindungan Diri (APD) aman dan murah, yang
berfungsi untuk menyaring udara bagi tenaga medis dalam menangani
pasien dengan resiko penularan tinggi atau highly infectious disease. Alat
telah lolos BPFK Kemenkes RI sebagai APD pernafasan.
A. Bagian dan Cara Kerja LCC RESPIRA
Alat terdiri atas pelindung muka, masker dengan selang yang terhubung
dengan perangkat filter dan elektronik.
Bagian masker dilengkapi dengan HEPA filter (atau filter lainnya sesuai
dengan kebutuhan), sehingga dapat menyaring partikel mikro termasuk
virus dan tidak pengap bagi pengguna. Alat ini aman untuk digunakan oleh
tenaga medis karena pada bagian masker dilengkapi lapisan filter yang
dapat diganti-ganti. Udara bersih dipompakan ke dalam masker untuk
memudahkan pernapasan.
Bagian elektronik terdiri dari motor listrik sederhana yang memungkinkan
udara dari luar dipompa dan difilter. Kontrol elektrik ditanam pada alat ini
agar perputaran blower dapat disetting sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sehingga
memungkinkan durasi pemakaian baterai yang lebih lama. Secara lengkap
alat ini dapat digunakan dalam jangka waktu 8 jam. Alat ini dapat diperoleh
dengan biaya relatif murah.

B. Instalasi LCC Respira 1
1. Buka tutup HEPA Filter dengan cara diputar. Lakukan penggantian jika
filter sudah digunakan selama 40 Jam (Gambar 2.a)
2. Pasangkan filter pada Hepa Filter (Gambar 2.b), kemudian tutup
kembali sampai tertutup sempurna(Gambar 2.c)

3. Sambungkan ujung selang CACP dan masker (Gambar 2.d) ke blower
dan mesin (Gambar 2.c) hingga seluruhnya terhubung (Gambar 3.a).

4. Masukkan mesin dan blower (Gambar 2.c) LCC Respira 1 pada tas
pinggang yang telah disediakan.
5. LCC Respira 1 siap digunakan (Gambar 3.b).
C. Pengoperasian LCC RESPIRA V1
1. Pastikan Hepa Filter telah dipasang dengan baik dan benar
2. Pastikan batere terisi maksimum. Kapasitas penggunaan baterai LCC
Respira adalah 8 jam. Lakukan pengisian ulang setelah penggunaan.
3. Pastikan seluruh komponen telah tersambung dengan sempurna
4. Nyalakan tombol on/off pada bagian elektronik (Gambar 4)

5. Setelah mesin menyala, udara akan difilter melalui Hepa Filter
6. Udara bersih yang berasal dari Hepa Filter dialirkan ke selang CPAP
7. Selang CPAP mengalirkan udara bersih ke Masker
8. Periksa kembali kondisi udara pada masker sampai udara stabil
9. Setelah udara stabil maka LCC RESPIRA telah bekerja dengan baik.

D. Langkah Penggantian Baterai LCC Respira 1
Jika baterai tidak berhasil diisi ulang, kemungkinan terjadi kerusakan
pada baterai lithium yang terpasangan pada bagian dalam mesin. Jika hal
ini terjadi lekas ganti baterai Anda dengan cara:
1.Buka Kotak hitam mesin
2.Keluarkan baterai pada mesin
3.Ganti baterai dengan baterai yang baru
4.Tutup kembali kotak mesin
5.Isi ulang baterai (charging)
6.Jika lampu indikator baterai telah terisi
penuh, maka mesin siap digunakan.

1. Periksa kelengkapan komponen dan proses instalasi telah dilaksanakan
dengan benar.
2. Pasang ikat pinggang dari bagian perangkat pemompa, dengan posisi
yang benar (seperti pada gambar 2).
3. Hubungkan selang dengan bagian masker.
4. Pasang masker hingga menutupi hidung dan mulut dengan mengaitkan
head loop.
5. Pasang pelindung muka dengan mengaitkan head loop. Ukuran
headloop dapat disesuaikan dengan ukuran kepala.
6. Lalu bernafaslah seperti biasa.

LCC Respira 1 is a Low Cost & Comfortable Powered Air Purifying
Respirator, designed as respiratory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
for medical staff dealing with highly infectious disease. As an air-purifying
respirator (APR) it can also be used in other respiratory-hazardous
condition.
The equipment meets the requirements and testing by BPFK,
Indonesian Ministry of Health.
A. Components and Functions
The equipment is made of a mask mask, connected by inhalation hose
(CPAP), to the filter and electronic section.
LCC-Respira is equipped with HEPA filter (can be replaces with other filter
in accordance to the use requirement), able to sieve and filter micro particles
and virus, without stifling or suffocating the user. The filter is replacable
after certain length of usage, ensuring safety in long term usage. Clean air is
pumped to the mask to ease breathing,
The electronic section employs an electromotor to pump the filtered air.
Electric controller is embedded to regulate the blower rate, according to
adjustable settings. On intermediate flow, battery powering the motor can
last up to 8 hours.

B. Instalation
1. Open the HEPA Filter closure by rotating the lid. Replace filter after 40
hours of usage (Figure2.a)
2. Place the new filter (Figure 2.b), and close the lid tightly (Figure 2.c).
3. Attach the CACP hose to mask (Figure 2.d), and to motor container
(Figure 2.c) so as to connect all components (Figure 3.a).
4. Insert motor container (Figure 2.c) to the waist bag.
5. LCC Respira 1 is ready to use (Figure 3.b).

C. Operational
1. Make sure the Hepa Filter is well installed and still good for use.
2. Make sure the battery is full charged. The usage capacity is 8 hours on
intermediate blowing level. Recharge the battery after each use.
3. Make sure all the components are perfectly connected.
4. Turn the machine on using the on/off button on elektronic container
(Figure 4)

5. As the motor is on, air is filtered and blown.
6. The filtered air is blown through CPAP hose to the mask.
7. Check the sir condition within the mask whether it is stable
8. As the clean air stabilized, LCC Respira is in perfect working function.

D. Battery replacement
Battery replacement might be necessary after periods of use, when
recharging is unsuccessful. This might due to impairment on the lithium
battery parts.
To replace the battery:
1. Open the electronic container
2. Take out the batteries
3. Replace with a new set of batteries
4. Close the container tightly
5. Charge the battery until indicator lamp
shown that the battery is full charged
6. The equipment is ready to reuse.

D. Procedures to use LCC Respira 1
1. Make sure all components are complete and rightly installed.
2. Put on the waist bag of electronic container, on right and comfortable
position (Figure 6).
3. Connect all parts.
4. Put on the half mask to cover nose and mouth by tighting the head loop.
5. Put on the face protection. Headloop is adjustable to head
measurement.
6. Breath normally.
