Aanbevelingen aan de opstellingsruimte:
• Het warmteterugwintoestel moet geïnstalleerd worden in een geïsoleerde vorstvrije ruimte om bevriezing van
de codens afvoer te voorkomen.
• Het warmteterugwintoestel mag niet geïnstalleerd worden in ruimtes met een hoge luchtvochtigheid zoals een
badkamer.
• De luchtvochtigheid in de opstellingsruimte dient blijvend beperkt te worden door voldoende te ventileren.
• Om versneld bouwvocht bij nieuwbouwwoningen af te voeren dient de woning voor ingebruikname ook op een
natuurlijke wijze geventileerd te worden!
• Voor een trillingvrij resultaat dient de warmteterugwintoestel gemonteerd te worden aan een wand met een
minimale massa van 200kg/m2 of op een ondergrond met dezelfde minimale massa op een montagestoel
(zie pg. 13 in de Ubbink catalogus 2017-2018) worden geplaatst.
Aanbevelingen aan de dak/muurdoorvoeren: (zie pg. 37-38 in de Ubbink catalogus 2017-2018)
• De muur- & dakdoorvoeren dienen volledig geïsoleerd te zijn.
Aanbevelingen aan de luchtkanalen: (zie pg. 38-39 in de Ubbink catalogus 2017-2018)
• De luchtkanalen van en naar buiten moeten thermisch worden geïsoleerd. Om risico op condens te vermijden,
raden wij aan geen gebruik te maken van exibele geïsoleerde leidingen.
• De luchtkanalen dienen luchtdicht te worden gemonteerd
• Om het totale geluidsniveau te beperken wordt aanbevolen in het ontwerp de externe kanaaldruk te beperken
tot maximaal 100Pa bij het ontwerpdebiet. In elk geval moet in de praktijk de externe druk worden beperkt
tot maximaal 150Pa
• De luchtsnelheden in het hoofdkanaal dienen beperkt te worden tot max 5m/s in de hoofdkanalen en 3,5m/s
in de aftakkingen.

Aanbevelingen tot bereikbaarheid:
• Om onderhouds- en servicedoeleinden dient het toestel steeds gemakkelijk bereikbaar te zijn.

Gebruik van de installatie c.q. luchtkwaliteit in de woning:
Goed ventileren draagt bij aan gezonde lucht in de woning, een optimaal comfort en aan de juiste werking van de
installatie. Bij toepassing van een meerstandenschakelaar dient deze als volgt te worden gebruikt:
• Stand 3 : Kook/douchestand
100% van het ontwerpdebiet of de maximale toestelcapaciteit.
• Stand 2 : Aanwezigheidsstand
60-70% van het ontwerpdebiet
• Stand 1 : Afwezigheidsstand
Ca 30% van het ontwerpdebiet
• Ventilatorsymbool
Vakantiestand, Minimale ventilatiestand (vaste instelling)
Opmerking: Naast de hierboven vermelde ontwerp- en installatieaanbevelingen dient de nationale bouw- en

Recommendations for the installation area:
• The heat recovery unit should be installed in an insulated area protected from frost to prevent the evacuated conde
sates from freezing.
• The heat recovery unit should not be installed in very moist rooms like bathrooms.
• The humidity of the installation area should be permanently lowered with sufcient ventilation.
• To speed the evacuation of moisture in new buildings it is also necessary to ventilate the structure naturally before use.
• To achieve a vibration free result, the heat recovery unit should be wall-mounted with minimum force of 200 kg/m² or be
placed on a mounting block (see p.13 in the Ubbink catalogue 2017-2018) on a surface with the same minimum force.

Recommandations de la zone d’installation :
• L’unité de récupération de chaleur doit être installée dans une zone isolée et protégée du gel pour empêcher
la gelée de l’évacuation des condensats.
• L’unité de récupération de chaleur ne peut pas être installée dans des pièces très humides telles que des
salles de bain.
• L’humidité de la zone d’installation doit être réduite en permanence par une ventilation sufsante.
• Pour accélérer l’évacuation de l’humidité dans les nouvelles constructions il est nécessaire aussi de ventiler
naturellement la construction avant l’utilisation.
• Pour obtenir un résultat sans vibration, l’unité de récupération de chaleur doit être montée sur un mur avec une
masse minimale de 200kg/m2 ou doit être placée sur un siège de montage (voir pg. 13 dans le catalogue Ubbink 2017-2018)
sur une surface avec la même masse minimale.
Recommandations aux passages toits/murs : (voir pg. 37-38 dans le catalogue Ubbink 2017-2018)

Recommandations aux conduits d’air : (voir pg. 38-39 dans le catalogue Ubbink 2017-2018)
• Les conduits d’air doivent être isolés thermiquement vers et à partir de l’extérieur. An d’éviter tout risque de
condensation, nous recommandons de ne pas faire usage de tuyaux exibles isolés.
• Les conduits d’air doivent être montés de manière étanches à l’air.
• Pour réduire le niveau de bruit global on recommande de réduire dans la conception la pression du conduit externe
à 100Pa dans le ot de conception. Dans tous les cas on doit limiter dans la pratique la pression externe jusqu’à
un maximum de 150Pa
• Les vitesses d’air dans le conduit principal devraient se limiter à max 5m/s dans les canaux principaux et 3,5m/s dans
les branches.
