Dit toestel mag door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en ouder, personen met verminderde geestelijke vermogens, lichamelijke beperkin-
gen of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, gebruikt worden als ze onder toezicht staan of instructies hebben gekregen hoe het
toestel op een veilige manier te gebruiken en zich bewust zijn van de mogelijke gevaren. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel
spelen. Schoonmaak en onderhoud door de gebruiker mag niet door kinderen gedaan worden zonder toezicht.

Aanbevelingen aan de opstellingsruimte:

Het warmteterugwintoestel moet geïnstalleerd worden in een geïsoleerde vorstvrije ruimte om bevriezing van de codens afvo-
er te voorkomen.
|
Het warmteterugheid in de opstellingsruimte dient blijvend beperkt te worden door voldoende te ventileren.
|
Om versneld bouwvocht bij nieuwbouwwoningen af te voeren dient de woning voor ingebruikname ook op een natuurlijke
wijze geventileerd te worden!
|
Voor een trillingvrij resultaat dient de warmteterugwintoestel gemonteerd te worden aan een wand met een minimale massa
van 200 kg/m2 of op een ondergrond met dezelfde minimale massa op een montagestoel worden geplaatst.
Aanbevelingen aan de dak/muurdoorvoeren:

De muur- & dakdoorvoeren dienen volledig geïsoleerd te zijn.
Aanbevelingen aan de luchtkanalen:

De luchtkanalen van en naar buiten moeten thermisch worden geïsoleerd. Om risico op condens te vermijden, raden wij aan
geen gebruik te maken van flexibele geïsoleerde leidingen.

Om het totale geluidsniveau te beperken wordt aanbevolen in het ontwerp de externe kanaaldruk te beperken tot maximaal

Recommendations for the installation area:

The heat recovery unit should be installed in an insulated area protected from frost to prevent the evacuated conde sates from
freezing.
|
The heat recovery unit should not be installed in very moist rooms like bathrooms..
|
The humidity of the installation area should be permanently lowered with sufficient ventilation.
|
To speed the evacuation of moisture in new buildings it is also necessary to ventilate the structure naturally before use.
|
To achieve a vibration free result, the heat recovery unit should be wall-mounted with minimum force of 200 kg/m or be
placed on a mounting block on a surface with the same minimum force.
Recommendations for the roof/wall penetrations:
|
The roofs and walls should be completely insulated.
Recommendations for the air conduits:
|
The air conduits should be thermally insulated towards and from the outside. To avoid any risk of condensation, we recom-
mend that flexible insulated tubes should not be used.
|
The air conduits must be mounted airtight.
|
To reduce the overall noise level we recommend in the design reducing the pressure of the external conduit to 100 Pa in the de-
sign flow. In all cases the external pressure should be limited in practice to a maximum of 150 Pa.
|
The air speeds in the main conduit should be limited to 5 m/s maximum in the main channels and 3.5 m/s in the branches.

Empfehlungen für den Installationsbereich:
|
Die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage muss in einem isolierten und frostgeschützten Bereich installiert werden, damit der Konden-
satablauf nicht gefriert.
|
Die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage darf nicht in sehr feuchten Räumen wie Badezimmern installiert werden.
|
Feuchtigkeit im Installationsbereich muss durch ständige ausreichende Lüftung verringert werden.
|
Um die Ableitung von Feuchtigkeit in Neubauten zu beschleunigen, ist es auch erforderlich, das Gebäude vor der Nutzung auf
natürlichem Weg zu lüften.
|
Um Schwingungen zu vermeiden, muss die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage an einer Wand mit mindestens 200 kg/m2, auf einer
Montagekonsole oder einer Fläche mit derselben Mindestmasse montiert werden.
Empfehlungen für die Dach-/Wanddurchführungen:

Dächer und Wände müssen vollständig isoliert sein.
Empfehlungen für Luftkanäle:
|
Luftkanäle müssen zum und ab dem Außenbereich wärmeisoliert sein. Um Kondensation zu vermeiden, wird empfohlen, keine
isolierten Schläuche zu verwenden.
|
Luftkanäle müssen luftdicht montiert werden.
|
Um den Gesamtgeräuschpegel zu verringern, wird empfohlen, den Druck des äußeren Kanals in der Durchflussplanung auf 100
Pa zu verringern. In der Praxis ist der Außendruck in jedem Fall auf 150 Pa zu begrenzen.
|
Die Luftgeschwindigkeiten im Hauptkanal sollten auf 5 m/s in den Hauptkanälen und auf 3,5 m/s in den Abzweigungen be-
grenzt werden.

bei. Bei Verwendung eines Schalters mit mehreren Stellungen ist wie folgt vorzugehen:

Recommandations de la zone d’installation :

L’unité de récupération de chaleur doit être installée dans une zone isolée et protégée du gel pour empêcher la gelée de
l’évacuation des condensats.
|
L’unité de récupération de chaleur ne peut pas être installée dans des pièces très humides telles que des salles de bain.
|
L’humidité de la zone d’installation doit être réduite en permanence par une ventilation suffisante.
|
Pour accélérer l’évacuation de l’humidité dans les nouvelles constructions il est nécessaire aussi de ventiler naturellement la
construction avant l’utilisation.
|
Pour obtenir un résultat sans vibration, l’unité de récupération de chaleur doit être montée sur un mur avec une masse mini-
male de 200kg/m2 ou doit être placée sur un siège de montage sur une surface avec la même masse minimale.
Recommandations aux passages toits/murs :
|
Les passages toits et murs doivent être complètement isolés.
Recommandations aux conduits d’air :
|
Les conduits d’air doivent être isolés thermiquement vers et à partir de l’extérieur. Afin d’éviter tout risque de condensation,
nous recommandons de ne pas faire usage de tuyaux flexibles isolés.
|
Les conduits d’air doivent être montés de manière étanches à l’air.
|
Pour réduire le niveau de bruit global on recommande de réduire dans la conception la pression du conduit externe à 100Pa
dans le flot de conception. Dans tous les cas on doit limiter dans la pratique la pression externe jusqu’à un maximum de 150Pa
|
Les vitesses d’air dans le conduit principal devraient se limiter à max 5m/s dans les canaux principaux et 3,5m/s dans les
branches.
