Operation
Initial use
Place the product on a level, non-flammable surface. Do
not cover the vents. Do not operate the device in dusty
environments. Doing so poses a fire hazard and could
damage the device.
For inflatables with counterpressure (e.g. partly filled car
tyre): Switch on the product before connecting the con-
nection valve 7to the tyre.
Note: Depending on the inflatable you can use the
connection valve 7directly or along with the included
valve adapters 10 (see Fig. A).
Connecting to the cigarette lighter socket:
Note: Verify the socket of the cigarette lighter in your vehicle
has an adequately sized fuse.
Verify the product is switched off: on/off switch 6to
position “0“.
Plug the cigarette lighter plug 5into the socket of the
12V cigarette lighter.

12 GB/IE/NI
Connecting the connection valve 7:
Open the connection valve 7: clamping lever 8vertical
(see Fig. B).
Connecting without valve adapter 10 :
- Insert the open connection valve 7into the valve of
the inflatable (if necessary, first remove valve cover of
the inflatable).
- Hold the connection valve and close: push tensioning
lever 8toward connection valve 7.
Connecting with valve adapter 10 :
- Push the respective valve adapter into the opening in
the connection valve 7.
- Secure the valve adapter into the connection valve 7:
push clamping lever 8toward connection valve (see

removing the connection valve 7. Be sure not to remove
the connection valve 7too quickly.
The manometer 2is not calibrated. Therefore seek a
specialist facility with a calibrated device after inflating
inflatables where incorrect pressure can be dangerous
(e.g. car tyre).
Working instructions
This product is not suitable for continuous operation. It was
developed to produce air pressure, not air volume.
Do not use the product for longer than 5 minutes without
interruption to prevent overheating and damage to the

13GB/IE/NI
device. Afterwards allow to cool for a minimum of
20 minutes.
Checking the air pressure
Note: The device does not need to be connected to the
cigarette lighter to test air pressure.
Connect the connection valve 7(see “Initial use“).
Read the air pressure on the display of the manometer 2.
Remove the connection valve 7once more (see “Initial
use“).
Note: The manometer 2is not calibrated.
Attention: Please use a calibrated gauge if user needs an
accurate measurement.
Overload fuse

in the cigarette lighter plug 5will trip to protect the device.
Replace the fuse after resolving the reason for the fuse tripping
(see Fig. D).
Unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter plug 5and
remove the overload fuse 11 .
Insert the new overload fuse 11 and screw the tip of the
cigarette lighter plug 5back on.
