This worklight is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be
responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this
worklight not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it
was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT
use the worklight until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or
should be performed on the product.

INTENDED USE
The 27 Watt LED worklight is designed for trucks, SUVs, ATVs, farm equipment and
heavy machinery, with very low amp draw. Aluminum die-cast housing features a
weatherproof design with unbreakable PMMA protective lens. Magnetic pedestal base
provides easy mounting.

built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
•If mounting this product requires drilling holes, the installer MUST be sure that no
vehicle components or other vital parts could be damaged by the drilling process.
Check both sides of the mounting surface before drilling begins. Also de-burr any
holes and remove any metal shards or remnants. Install grommets into all wire
passage holes.
•Do not use a pressure washer to clean this product.
WORKLIGHT USE AND CARE
•Do not modify the worklight in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair
the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product.
•Always check damaged or worn out parts before using the work light.
Broken parts will affect the worklight operation. Replace or repair damaged or
worn parts immediately.
•Store idle worklight. If the worklight is not permanently installed, when the work
light is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it
for good working condition prior to storage and before reuse.
INSTALL THE WORKLIGHT
•Select a mounting location that will give you a maximum beam adjustment range
and will not cause any obstruction for your vehicle’s normal functions.
•Drill a mounting hole for M10 hexagon bolt (8) on the mounting surface. Insert
M10 hexagon bolt (8) to the middle hole of U bracket (7). Then run hexagon M8
hexagon bolt（4）from side hole of U bracket, light, then attach M8 Spring
Washer(5) and M8 Hexagon nut (6).
•Insert M10 hexagon bolt (8) on the U bracket (7) to the mounting surface (hole
drilled). Then attach the M10 spring washer (9) and M10 hexagon nut (10). Do not
over tighten the screws.

•You can also insert the M10 hexagon bolt (8) to the magnetic base (11), which
provides easy mounting on the vehicle’s metal frame. The magnetic base (11)
should be positioned where the magnets will safely secure the worklight.
OPERATION
1. Plug the 12V DC power port plug into the 12V power port of vehicle, making sure you
have a good connection.
2. Pressing the red button on the power port plug, the worklight will be lighted.
3. To turn off the lamp, just press again.
MAINTENANCE
•It is recommended that the general condition of the worklight be examined before
it is used. Keep your worklight in good repair by adopting a program of
conscientious repair and maintenance. Have necessary repairs made by qualified
service personnel.
•Clean the surface of worklight lens frequently to keep its brightness.
•When any malfunction occurs, stop using and repair it immediately as soon as
possible. Please operate your worklight according to the proper operation
procedures.
