sale.ThewarrantyisinvalidiftheProductis:
(A)damagedornotmaintainedasreasonableor
necessary,(B)modified,altered,orusedaspart
ofanyconversionkits,sub-assemblies,orany
configurationsnotsoldbyUniden,(C)improperly
installed,(D)servicedorrepairedbysomeone
otherthananauthorizedUnidenservicecenterfor
adefectormalfunctioncoveredbythiswarranty,
(E)usedinanyconjunctionwithequipmentorparts
oraspartofanysystemnotmanufacturedby
Uniden,or(F)installedorprogrammedbyanyone
otherthanasdetailedbytheowner’smanualfor
thisproduct.
STATEMENTOFREMEDY:Intheeventthatthe
productdoesnotconformtothiswarrantyatany
timewhilethiswarrantyisineffect,warrantorwill
either,atitsoption,repairorreplacethedefective
unitandreturnittoyouwithoutchargeforparts,
service,oranyothercost(exceptshippingand
handling)incurredbywarrantororits
representativesinconnectionwiththeperformance
