Lady's Tattoo is an advanced electric pulse muscle (EMS:
Electrical Muscle Stimulation) trainer with dual-machine
training function。
The wing-like fan shape design is aimed to fit women’s 3D
body curve, and makes it easy to attach to all parts of the
body. Also, for different parts of body that women cares
the most, this device have built in with a dedicated training
program for exercising them.

Anyone with the following conditions should not use the product
Even if none of the conditions above apply to you, please consult with
your physician if you have any concerns about using the product.
• Areas around the heart, such as the chest or shoulder blade, or parts
from the neck up (head, face, etc.)
• On wounds, or mucous membranes such as the eyes, mouth or genitals
• On body parts where hair removal treatment was performed the same day
• On body parts where plastic surgery has been performed
• On body parts with metal, plastic, or silicone implants
• Spinal column
• Tattooed areas
• Abdomen during menstruation
WARNING
Do not use the product on the following body parts

• Do not heat the product itself or the gel sheet in a microwave or get it close to open flame.
• Do not use this product in any manner other than its intended use and make sure to follow
all directions in the instruction manual.
• Do not use the product on small children or pets. Do not let children or pets play with the
product.
• Do not spill any liquids on the product.
• Do not use this product while doing the exercise or driving.
• If you notice any strange smell or sound, or if any water or other contaminants should
happen to get inside the product, switch it off immediately. This is to avoid the short circuit
or fire or other damage to the product.
CAUTION
Follow the precautions below when using the product. Failure to do so may
result in an accident, electric shock, injury, damage, or soiling.
• Do not use damaged, old or dirty gel sheets.
• Do not bend or fold gel sheets. Doing so will damage the gel sheet.
• Stick the gel sheet to your skin. If there is a gap between the gel
sheet and the area it is attached to, the electricity will not flow evenly
across the entire surface of the gel sheet and you may feel a strong
stimulus or pain.
• Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet.
• Always adhere the gel sheet to the electrodes when using the
product. Do not touch the electrodes directly when the power is on.
• Make sure your hands are clean when handling the gel sheets.
Follow the instructions below when handling gel sheets.
Failure to do so may result in pain or burns.

• Charge in a location with a temperature of 15 to 35oC. Battery
performance may deteriorate at lower or higher temperatures due to
the nature of the rechargeable battery.
•If charging is not completed after the specified charging time, stop
the charging process right away. If an abnormal situation occurs
during charging, please immediately unplug the power adapter from
the socket. Otherwise, it may cause smoke, fire, rupture, or failure.
• Do not connect anything except AC adapter to the control unit of
this product. Doing so may cause fire or damage to the product.
• Plug the adapter for the charging stand in all the way to its base. If
it’s used without securely plugged, it may cause electrical shock or
fire due to the accumulation of dusk.
Please follow the below cautions when charging. This is to avoid
the injury or product malfunction or accident to happen.

• During the usage process, if you’d like to remove or relocate
this product, make sure to turn the power off first.
• If you sense something abnormal with your skin or body, stop
use immediately and consult your doctor. Doing so may result in
an accident or poor health.
• Using the product at a very high level or for a long time may
cause muscle fatigue, tingling and/or redness on your skin.
• Remove any jewelry or accessories such as necklaces, belts, and
piercings when using this product. Doing so may result in an
accident, injury, or damage.
• Keep electronic devices, such as wristwatches, pedometers, etc.,
away from your body during use. Failure to do so may result in
malfunction of the electrical device.
•If there is a special need for use, please use it under the guidance
of a physical therapist or sports physician.
• When using the product, do not apply lotion or body cream on
the area where you will be attaching this product. Doing so may
reduce adhesion of the gel sheet.
• Gel sheets adhere to the skin better if the hair in the area has
been removed. However, do not use on the day the hair is
removed.
• Do not heat or cool the product before use, as doing so may
deform it. Also, do not use in a manner that subjects the product
to sudden changes in temperature, such as pouring hot water on
it, using it in a sauna, etc.
• Before using the product, clean the area of the skin where you
want to apply it.
• Do not immerse this product in water
• Do not repair this product on your own
• Do not dissemble this product unless the purpose of disposal it.

2.Storage stand

This product contains a rechargeable battery that still retain a
small amount of power. It is recommended that you fully
charge it before using it for the first time.
●
Place the two devices on the
front / back of the storage
stand, and make sure that
the input terminal and
output terminal are tightly
connected.
●
Insert the charging terminal to
the USB charging hole on top
of the heating area, and plug
the charger to the power
socket.
●
When charging, the LED
indicator area will flash
green
●When charging is complete,
the LED will turn to constant
green light. Please remove
the charging cable once the
device is charged.。
Preparation before usage

1Charge the product.
●For the initial pairing, press the ^ & v button of the main & sub devices at the same
time for 3 seconds. You’ll see the red & green light flash rapidly, and it’ll start pairing
with each other. Please restart the devices after the pairing process is completed.
● After the restart process, if the main & sub devices do not automatically synchronize
with each other, please re-operate the pairing procedure again.

●Understand the protection film have A & B side.
●A side: blue printing protective film, peel off and stick
to the device.
B side: transparent protective film, which is to be
removed after the gel sheet attached to the
conductive rubber.
The conductive gel sheet can evenly conduct the energy of
the electrode area to the skin. It’s essential to paste the gel
sheet to the conductive rubber before using it.
●After removing the A side blue printing protective
film, align the conductive gel sheet to the electrode
area of the body and attach it tightly.
● When attaching, a slight deviation does not affect
normal usage.
● After it’s attached, slightly pressurize the fingertip to
expel air bubbles and closely fit to the conductive
rubber.
●Remove the B side transparent protective film, now
it’s ready to use.
●The new conductive gel is very sticky. You can use
your finger to pat a while before wearing it to reduce
the excessive adhesion level.
2.Apply the conductive gel sheet before use
Identify the direction of
the protective film
● What should I do if I accidentally paste the gel sheet on crooked? If
the deviation from the alignment is more than 3mm, we recommend
that it be re-attached. At this moment, together with the transparent
film, try to carefully peel it off slowly with the protective films, level
them evenly and paste again.
● Do not use damaged, degraded, or excessively dirty conductive gel
sheets. It may cause burns to your skin

Press the power button of the main & sub devices for about
1.5 seconds, you will hear a long beep, indicating that the
power of the two devices are on.When the sub device emits a
beep-beep. beep. beep-beep. beep. sound, it means that it
have finalized the automatic synchronization process.
2.Turn on the power
●
In dual-machine usage, before you attach the device to the part
of the body that you’d like to train, please let the devices to
complete the synchronous connection first, and select the desired
training mode.
●When the turned on product is not attached to the human body
part for a long time, the product will shut down automatically.
●The duration time for each training cycle is 20 min. The device will
automatically shut down once the training is completed.

●In the dual machine usage, the EMS intensity of the main & the sub device
need to be adjusted individually. For safety reason, the system does not
provide the intensity adjustment synchronization function.
● Each time the increase / decrease key is pressed, you’ll hear a beep sound.
When the intensity reaches the maximum or minimum level, it will beep twice.
●Make sure the intensity level of the main & sub devices have been decreased to 0.
●After adjusting the position, the intensity will need to be increased individually.
The intensity requirements of different training modes are different. Do not
exceed the intensity that is over your body loading.，

When the power turned on, the intensity preset level is 0 (no
stimulation). Please adjust slowly to avoid the sudden
overload on the muscle for the EMS output.
Short press the mode selection button (same as the power button) of the
device again, and there’re 3 training modes for selection.

If there is residual conductive gel on the skin after use, please clean
it with a wet towel. If conductive gel sheet accidentally sticks to the
cloth or paper, it may be difficult to remove it directly. Please use a
small amount of water to wet the gel sheet, and it can be easily
peeled off.
After finishing the training, please make sure that the power
of the main & sub devices are off, and then slowly remove
them from the skin

After each usage or finished the charging, please place the
main & sub devices on the storage stand, and place it in the
storage bag. This is to prevent the conductive gel sheet from
being contaminated and prolong the service life.

●The new conductive gel is extremely adhesive, and it may cause
discomfort to the skin by tearing it off directly.

1.Standard maintenance methods of conductive gel
If the conductive gel sheet is too dry and not sticky enough
after being used for many times, please apply a little bit of
water on your fingertips, pat on the adhesive surface of the
conductive gel to increase the viscosity again.
●Please make sure that the power is turned off before the
maintenance. There’ll is a risk of electric shock if you proceed the
maintenance when the power is on.
● Do not rinse or wipe with the paint thinner, detergent or alcohol.
● Make sure your hands are clean before touching the conductive
gel sheet.
● It is forbidden to wipe the surface with the lint-free paper towels
and fabrics.
● Do not place it in direct sunlight or excessively dry environment.

"diagonally push & roll"
method to gradually push
the gel sheet from the
device. Do not try to
directly tear it off.
At last, the removed
conductive gel can be used
to stick up the small pieces
of remaining gel on the
rubber.

● If it’s not been used for a long time after it’s unsealed, or has been used for more than ten times, it
should be replaced with a new conductive gel.
● When the viscosity is weakened, and the adhesive surface (conductive gel surface) is damaged, or
stains that cannot be removed. Be sure to replace it with a new one.

2.How to remove the conductive gel correctly
● The outdated conductive gel will affect the EMS output performance and may cause skin discomfort.
Please clean and replace the conductive gel regularly to maintain the device’s best performance.
● Do not use any paper or fabric to wipe the conductive gel, as this will affect the life cycle of it.
● The conductive gel contains the moisture material. If the storage environment is too dry, it will affect
the life cycle of it. After using the product, keep it in the dedicated storage bag.
● If you feel stinging pain & discomfort during the usage, please replace the gel sheet immediately.
