Methodofconnection 连接方式

将需要连接的线缆外皮剥去5mm。
2)Twisttheend tosuch an extentthatit will notbecomeloose.
拧紧线头不要松散。
3)Loosen th
escrewwith ascrewdrivertoopen thehole.
将接线板用螺丝刀旋松后放入所对应的孔中。

建议 用 1 号3 -3.5mm 的Phillips 螺丝刀（或精准适合的）
。
4)Insertthewireintotheholesoasnottoloosen theend.
将线头塞入孔中不要松动。
5)Tighten thescrewwith thescrewdriver.
用螺丝刀紧固。
6)Lightlypull thewiretocheck thatit isclamped securely.
轻微拉动一下检查是否紧固。
※Connectablewiresare0.2 1～3.3 1mm2 (AWG12 -24).
注：建议连线规格为0.2 1～3.3 1 mm2 (AWG12 -24)。
Recommendabletightening torqueis0.5Nm.
旋转力矩为0.5Nm。

如何拆卸传感器接线端子
Theterminalboard can beremovedfromtheF701

Cbodyaftertheload cell(s)isconnected.
F701-C 的传感器接线端子在传感器连接后可以拆除。
1)Loosen thescrewswith thescrewdriver.
用螺丝刀松开螺丝。
2)Removetheterminalboard with astrong pull.
用力拉 ，即可卸下接线端子。
切记事项
When mounting theterminalboard tothe
F701

在安装接线端子时，必须沿垂直方向插入。

2-1.2. 4-wireConnection 四线制传感器连接方法

坏。因此，必须将配带的跨接片跨接。

2-1-3. Connecting Load cellsin Parallel 多传感器的并联方式
In someindustrialweighing apparatus, twoormoreload cellsmaybeconnected in parallel
toformahopperscaleortrack scale.Themannerofconnectionisshown below. Parallel
connection can simplybemadebyusing theoptionallyavai
lableB410 (summing box for
4-pointmulti load cell). 在许多工业称重系统中，如料斗秤、轨道衡等，常常将2 以上的传
感器并联用， 连接方式如下图。
可采用各种接线盒，B410

多传感器并联用时，传感器容量必须高于预期的载荷量程，避免机械振动或偏载造
成的影响。

1)Removetheterminalboard cover.
卸开端子护盖板。
2)ConnecttheACpowercords. 接上电源线。

按好端子护盖板。
2-3. ConnectionoftheGuard Ground 电源接地线的连接

接地端子可防止电击及其它电器的静电噪声。
电缆规格约0.75mm2，
并保证与大地相通。
2-4. SI/FConnection SI/F 连接方法
TheSI/Fallowsconnection ofup tothree nonpolarized externaldevices. Asforwirematerials,

corecables, cabtyrecables, orthelike. Connectto thecageclamp typeterminal
board byusing theattached miniscrewdriver. SI/F 可连接三台外部设备，用 2 芯绝缘电
缆，随机配送的螺丝刀可方便的将线缆接入箱笼式端口中。
I) Strip thecasing

Twistthebarewiretofit theterminalhole.
如图将0.2in (6mm)线缆剥去表皮。拧紧线头到端口。
2)Insertthesupplied screwdriverintotheupper
holeand liftupward.
将螺丝刀插入上端口并向上掰起。
3)Insertthetwisted wiresintothelowerhole.
将线头插入下端口。
4)Pull thescrewdriveroutfromtheupperhole.
把上端口的螺丝刀 出。
5)Makesurecableisclamped securelyand does
notcomeoutwith aslighttug.
轻轻 动以确保线头夹紧。
切记事项
