Adjust the Wearable Kit
Please make sure the following contents are in the
EA520 wearable kit gift box.
If something is missing or damaged, please contact
your unitech representative.
• EA520 Wearable Kit with bracket, strap and pad
(PN#3210-900032G)
The Package Contents
How to Attach the Wearable Kit
Slide the EA520 terminal from top to bottom, then press
down to secure in place.
You can adjust the wearable kit according to your wrist
circumference by opening either side of the strap.
Wear On
Wear on the wrist holder kit, then you can start your
mobility work.
Note:Make sure the barcode engine is facing the front.

Note:You can use the single slot USB/charging cradle
or USB Type-C cable without removing the wearable kit
after removing the detachable part on the single slot
cradle

To ensure the unit working properly, please keep all
connectors away from the contaminants staying inside of
them such as dust, grease, mud, and water.
The negligence may cause the unit with no communication,
short circuited, overheated and so on.
If the connector is damaged, please ensure the connector is
being fully repaired before using the unit to avoid causing
short circuited.
WARNING!
There is a risk of fire and burns if the battery is handled improperly.
DO NOT disassemble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, or
dispose the battery pack in fire or water.
DO NOT attempt to open or service the battery. Dispose of used
batteries according to local recycling guidelines in your area.

How to Remove the Boot Case
1. Grab on the top two corners of the boot case and
bent toward the direction of your chest until the top
of the terminal is detached from the boot case.
2. Use your thumbs and push the EA520 terminal on
its yellow part, until the terminal completely detaches
from the boot case.
How to Remove Wearable Kit
There is a gray button on the left side of the wearable kit.
1. Push the button up.
2. Keep holding the button and pull the wearable kit
toward the direction of your chest to remove.
