cuidadosamente este Manual de Instrucciones / Instalación con el
fin de hacer un buen uso del mismo.

1. INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
POR FAVOR LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES CON
CUIDADO ANTES DE UTILIZAR EL PRODUCTO.
ESTE APARATO HA SIDO DISEÑADO PARA USO
DOMÉSTICO EXCLUSIVAMENTE.
Cuando se usan aparatos eléctricos, siempre se deben
seguir las precauciones básicas de seguridad, incluyendo
las siguientes:
•Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones antes de
utilizar el aparato.
•No utilice el aparato con un cable o enchufe dañado.
•Desenchufe de la toma de corriente cuando no esté
en uso, y antes de la limpieza. Deje que se enfríe
antes de poner o quitar piezas y antes de limpiarlo.

•Para desconectar quite el enchufe. Nunca tire del
cable, sino del cuerpo aislante de la clavija.
•No limpie con estropajos de metal o productos
abrasivos. Usar un paño seco para limpiar el cuerpo
de la máquina.
•Nunca use el aparato en el exterior y siempre
colóquelo en un lugar seco.
•No utilice el aparato para otro uso distinto al
indicado.
•El aparato es para USO DOMÉSTICO.
•El aparato es adecuado para frutas blandas, como la
naranja, pero no se puede utilizar con las frutas
duras para evitar que se rompan.
•Por favor no exceda el límite de jugo establecido.
•Proteger contra daños ocasionados por golpes o
arañazos.
•Desconecte la energía eléctrica si ocurre lo
siguiente.
a. El cabezal extractor no funciona
correctamente.
b. Escucha un ruido poco común durante el uso.
•Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser
reemplazado por un electricista cualificado a fin de
evitar peligros.
•Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurarse
de que no jueguen con el aparato.
•Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir
de los 8 años y por personas con capacidades
físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o con falta
de experiencia y conocimientos, siempre que hayan
sido supervisados o instruidos en el uso del aparato

de forma segura y comprendan los peligros que
conlleva. Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato.
Los niños no deben realizar la limpieza y el
mantenimiento del usuario a menos que sean
mayores de 8 años y estén supervisados.
•La limpieza y el mantenimiento no deben ser
realizados por niños si no están bajo supervisión.
Atención: No utilice este producto durante más
de 15 segundos seguidos. Por favor, espere 15
segundos entre cada uso. No más de 10 ciclos.

3. FUNCIONAMIENTO
3.1 MONTAJE
•Primero debe que encajar la jarra y girarla en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj hasta que se quede sujeta.
•Después inserte el filtro asegurándose que queda bien
encajado.
•A continuación coloque el cono a utilizar. Si desea utilizar el
cono grande debe hacerlo junto con el cono pequeño, no
puede usarse por sí solo.
•Una vez haya terminado, retire el cono y el filtro. Para sacar
la jarra gírela en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj y
tire hacia arriba.
3.2 MODO DE EMPLEO
Desenrrolle el cable de la ranura inferior y conectelo a la
corriente. Quite la tapa y el aparato estará listo para funcionar.
Prepare su fruta cortándola por la mitad.
Retire la tapa de almacenamiento del exprimidor de cítricos.

Coloque el lado del corte de la fruta hacia abajo sobre el cono,
presione la fruta hacia abajo para comenzar la acción de
exprimido, usando presión moderada pero firme.
CONSEJO: El cono cambia de dirección cada vez que se deja
de presionar la fruta sobre el cono. Esto asegura que se pueda
disfrutar hasta la última gota de jugo.
CONSEJO: No haga funcionar el exprimidor de cítricos por
más de 2 minutos seguidos.
El motor se detiene automáticamente cuando se retira la fruta
del cono o si se libera completamente la presión.
Con este producto puede ajustar el filtro de acuerdo a la pulpa
de la fruta, indicando el icono más grande ranuras totalmente
abiertas y el más pequeño ranuras completamente cerradas.
Una vez haya terminado, desconecte el cable de la corriente,
retire las partes desmontables de la base y límpielas antes de
guardarlas. No sumerja todas las partes juntas o parte del
cuerpo en agua.
4. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
IMPORTANTE: Antes de proceder a limpiar el aparato
desenchúfelo y déjelo enfriar. No limpie con materiales
abrasivos ni almohadillas de acero.

•Quite el filtro y el cono utilizado. Gire la jarra del jugo hacia el
lado contrario a las agujas del reloj, tire hacia arriba y limpie
cada pieza de una en una.
•NO UTILICE productos químicos.
•Una vez las piezas estén secas, colóquelas en su sitio, ponga
la tapa transparente y guarde el aprato.
5. SERVICIO POSTVENTA
Este producto cuenta con una garantía de 2 años contados a partir
de la fecha de compra del producto, con las siguientes condiciones:
•La garantía es válida sólo con la presentación de la factura
de compra del producto.
•No están cubiertos por la garantía los daños causados
durante el transporte, negligencia o mal uso, montaje o
instalación incorrecta, así como las influencias externas,
tales como: rayos atmosféricos o eléctricos, inundaciones,
humedad, etc.
•Tampoco estarán cubiertos por la garantía los daños
causados como consecuencia de inadecuada instalación,
conexión de alimentación (eléctrica, agua, gas), desagüe y
evacuación.
•No están cubiertos por la garantía los daños estéticos (como
rasguños, desconchados, etc) surgidos por el uso.
•Esta garantía termina cuando se descubre que han sido
sometidas a reparaciones, reformas o intervenciones por
cualquier persona no autorizada por UniversalBlue.
•La garantía finaliza cuando el producto no ha sido utilizado
para uso doméstico exclusivamente.
•La garantía no cubre aquellas deficiencias derivadas de una
incorrecta utilización y mantenimiento periódico del
producto, tal y como se especifica en el manual de
instrucciones.
•No están cubiertos por la garantía los accesorios o
componentes consumibles.
•Se excluyen de la garantía los componentes de goma.

•El producto no está cubierto por la garantía si carece de la
placa identificativa correspondiente. El usuario deberá
comunicar al servicio técnico los datos incluídos en la placa
identificativa cuando así se requiera.
•No está cubierto por la garantía si el producto ha sido
reparado o mantenido con piezas no originales.

Los detalles de la garantía vienen detallados en un dosier
complementario que podrá encontrar con este manual. Por
favor, lea detenidamente el dosier de garantía pues ahí se
especifican con mayor claridad todos los puntos. Tenga en cuenta
que la información de garantía que tiene vigor es la del dosier de
garantía.
6. INFORMACION INHERENTE AL MEDIOAMBIENTE
Este aparato se ha marcado de acuerdo con la
Directiva Europea 2012/19/EU referente a la
eliminación de los Desperdicios de Aparatos
Eléctricos y Electrónicos (RAEE). El símbolo del que
consta en el aparato indica que el producto al final
de su vida útil no se debe tratar como basura doméstica normal,

sino que se debe llevar a los centros de recogida diferenciada de
desperdicios eléctricos y electrónicos o bien entregar al vendedor
en el momento de comprar un nuevo aparato. La adecuada
recogida de este aparato contribuye a evitar posibles repercusiones
negativas para el ambiente o la salud de las personas. La
eliminación debe hacerse respetando los reglamentos
medioambientales locales vigentes. Para informaciones más
detalladas inherentes al tratamiento, la eliminación o el reciclado de
este producto, rogamos contacten el servicio local de eliminación
de desechos o a la tienda donde compró el aparato. No tirar el
embalaje del aparato a la basura sino seleccionar los diversos

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
THIS APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR HOME
USE ONLY.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
•Please read these instructions carefully before using
the device.
•Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or
plug.
•Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow to cool before inserting or removing
parts and before cleaning.
•To disconnect, remove the plug. Never pull on the
cord, but rather on the insulating body of the plug.

•Do not clean with metal scourers or abrasive
products. Use a dry cloth to clean the appliance
body.
•Never use the appliance outdoors and always place
it in a dry place.
•Do not use the appliance for any other purpose.
•The appliance is for DOMESTIC USE.
•The appliance is suitable for soft fruits, such as
orange, but cannot be used with hard fruits to
prevent them from breaking.
•Please do not exceed the established juice limit.
•Protect against damage caused by blows or
scratches.
•Disconnect electrical power if the following
happens:
a. Extractor head does not work properly.
b. You hear an unusual noise during use.
•If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced
by a qualified electrician to avoid hazards.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
•This appliance may be used by children from the age
of 8 and by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, provided they have been safely
supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance
and understand the dangers involved. Children must
not play with the device. Children should not perform
user cleaning and maintenance unless they are 8
years of age or older and are supervised.

•Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed
by children unless they are under supervision.
Attention: Do not use this product for more than
15 seconds in a row. Please wait 15 seconds
between each use. No more than 10 cycles.

3. OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
3.1 Assembly
•You must first fit the pitcher and turn it clockwise until it
locks into place.
•Then insert the filter, making sure that it fits snugly.
•Then insert the cone to be used. If you want to use the large
cone you must do it together with the small cone, it cannot
be used by itself.
•When finished, remove the cone and filter. To remove the
pitcher, turn it counterclockwise and pull it up.
3.2 Operating instructions
Unwind the cable from the bottom slot and connect it to the
power. Remove the lid and the unit is ready for operation.
Prepare your fruit by cutting it in half.
Remove the storage lid from the citrus juicer.
Place the cut side of the fruit down over the cone, press the fruit
down to begin the squeezing action, using moderate but firm
pressure.

TIP: The cone changes direction each time the fruit is released
from the cone. This ensures that every last drop of juice can be
enjoyed.
TIP: Do not operate the citrus juicer for more than 2 minutes at a
time.
The engine stops automatically when the fruit is removed from
the cone or if the pressure is completely released.
With this product you can adjust the filter according to the pulp
of the fruit, indicating the largest fully open filter icon and the
smallest fully closed filter.
Once finished, disconnect the power cord, remove the
detachable parts from the base and clean them before storing.
Do not submerge all parts together or part of the body in water.
4. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it and let
it cool down. Do not clean with abrasive materials or steel
pads.
•Remove the filter and the extractor head used. Rotate the
juice pitcher to the right, pull up on the drive shafts and clean
each part one at a time.
•DO NOT use chemicals.
•Once the parts are dry, put them in place, put on the clear
cover and put the appliance away.

5. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
This appliance has a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase,
considering the following notes:
•The guarantee is valid only on presentation of the product’s
purchase invoice.
•Damage caused during transport, negligence or misuse,
incorrect assembly or installation, as well as external
influences such as: atmospheric or electrical rays, flooding,
humidity, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
•Damage caused as a result of improper installation, power
connection (electricity, water, gas), drainage and disposal is
also not covered by the warranty.
•Aesthetic damage (such as scratches, chips, etc.) arising
from use are not covered by the warranty.
•This warranty ends when it is discovered that repairs,
alterations or interventions have been made by anyone not
authorised by Universal Blue.
•The warranty ends when the product has not been used for
domestic use only.
•The warranty does not cover deficiencies resulting from
improper use and periodic maintenance of the product as
specified in the instruction manual.
•Accessories or consumable components are not covered by
the warranty.
•Rubber components are excluded from the warranty.
•The product is not covered by the warranty if it lacks the
corresponding identification plate. The user must inform the
technical service of the data included on the identification
plate when required.
•The warranty not cover if you repare your product with not
otiginal spare parts.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
This equipment has been marked in accordance with
the European Directive 2012/19/EU concerning the
disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE). The symbol on the device
indicates that the product at the end of its useful life
should not be treated as normal household waste, but should be
taken to separate collection centres for electrical and electronic
waste or handed over to the vendor at the time of purchase of a new
