1.INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
POR FAVOR LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES CON CUIDADO ANTES DE
UTILIZAR EL PRODUCTO.
ESTE APARATO HA SIDO DISEÑADO PARA USO DOMÉSTICO
EXCLUSIVAMENTE.
Cuando se usan aparatos eléctricos, siempre se deben seguir las precauciones
básicas de seguridad, incluyendo las siguientes:
Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones antes de utilizar el aparato.
Retire las pegatinas antes de usar el exprimidor.
No utilice el aparato con un cable o enchufe dañado.
Para protegerse contra el riesgo de descargas eléctricas, no coloque el cable, los
enchufes ni el aparato en agua u otro líquido.
Desenchufe de la toma de corriente cuando no esté en uso, y antes de la
limpieza. Deje que se enfríe antes de poner o quitar piezas y antes de limpiarlo.
Para desconectar quite el enchufe. Nunca tire del cable, sino del cuerpo aislante
de la clavija.
Desenrolle completamente el cable de alimentación antes de utilizarlo.
Asegúrese siempre de que el exprimidor de cítricos esté bien ensamblado antes
de enchufarlo y usarlo.
Tenga cuidado al operar el aparato, no coloque las manos o los dedos cerca de
las piezas en movimiento o giratorias.
No limpie con estropajos de metal o productos abrasivos. Usar un paño seco
para limpiar el cuerpo de la máquina.
Nunca use el aparato en el exterior y siempre colóquelo en un lugar seco.
No utilice el aparato para otro uso distinto al indicado.

El aparato es adecuado para frutas blandas, como la naranja, pero no se puede
utilizar con las frutas duras para evitar que se rompan.
Por favor no exceda el límite de jugo establecido.
Proteger contra daños ocasionados por golpes o arañazos.
Desconecte la energía eléctrica si ocurre lo siguiente.
oEl cabezal extractor no funciona correctamente.
oEscucha un ruido poco común durante el uso.
Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por un
electricista cualificado a fin de evitar peligros.
Mantenga el aparato limpio; consulte la sección de cuidado y limpieza de este
manual.
Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurarse de que no jueguen con el
aparato.
Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir de los 8 años y por personas
con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o con falta de
experiencia y conocimientos, siempre que hayan sido supervisados o instruidos
en el uso del aparato de forma segura y comprendan los peligros que conlleva.
Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. Los niños no deben realizar la limpieza
y el mantenimiento del usuario a menos que sean mayores de 8 años y estén
supervisados.
La limpieza y el mantenimiento no deben ser realizados por niños si no están
bajo supervisión.

3. FUNCIONAMIENTO
ANTES DE UTILIZAR EL EXPRIMIDOR
Asegúrese de que todo el empaquetado y las pegatinas han sido eliminados.
Antes de usar el aparato por primera vez, limpie las partes que estarán en
contacto con la comida de la manera descrita en la sección de mantenimiento y
limpieza.
3.1 CÓMO MONTAR SU EXPRIMIDOR:
Paso 1: Coloque el contenedor de jugo la base. Asegúrese que queda bien
encajado.
Paso 2: Coloque el colador encima del recipiente de pulpa de manera que
quede bien encajada en el eje.
Paso 3: Elija un tamaño de cono y colóquelo encima de
colador.
A: El cono pequeño es perfecto para limones, limas y otras frutas
pequeñas.
B: El cono grande es ideal para naranjas, pomelos y otras frutas
grandes.
NOTA: Cuando utilice el cono grande, debe colocar el cono pequeño dentro de él. El
cono pequeño puede ser utilizado por sí mismo.

Paso 4: Coloque la tapa de almacenamiento en la parte superior del
cono cuando no use su exprimidor de cítricos.
3.2 MODO DE EMPLEO:
Desenrolle el cable de la parte inferior de la base.1. Conecte el cable a una toma de corriente estándar.2. Prepare su fruta cortándola por la mitad.3. Retire la tapa de almacenamiento del exprimidor de cítricos.4. Coloque un vaso o recipiente debajo de la salida de jugo y asegúrese de que la5.
salida de jugo esté en la posición baja, si no el jugo no saldrá.
CONSEJO: La salida de jugo se sube para facilitar el almacenamiento y evitar que6.
gotee. Para asegurarse de que esté bien cerrado debe oir un click. La boca de jugo
antigoteo se baja cuando el jugo se introduce directamente en el vaso.
Coloque el lado del corte de la fruta hacia abajo sobre el cono, presione la fruta7.
hacia abajo para comenzar la acción de exprimido, usando presión moderada pero
firme. Aplicando presión de nuevo, el cono gira en sentido contrario a las agujas del
reloj.
CONSEJO: El cono cambia de dirección cada vez que se deja de presionar la fruta
sobre el cono. Eesto asegura que se puede disfrutar hasta la última gota de jugo.
CONSEJO: No haga funcionar el exprimidor de cítricos por más de 2 minutos
seguidos.
El motor se detiene automáticamente cuando se retira la fruta del cono o si se8.
libera completamente la presión.
Cuando termine de hacer jugo, levante la salida de jugo para evitar que gotee.9.
4. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
IMPORTANTE: Antes de proceder a limpiar el aparato desenchúfelo y déjelo
enfriar. No limpie con materiales abrasivos ni almohadillas de acero.
Tire hacia arriba de los conos de jugo para sacarlos del colador.1. Retire el filtro de pulpa.2. Levante el contenedor de pulpa del eje.3.

Enjuague el colador, el recipiente de pulpa y los conos inmediatamente después de4.
cada uso para una limpieza más fácil.
Use jabón para platos y agua tibia para lavar todas las partes extraíbles o5.
colóquelas en el lavaplatos, sólo en el estante superior.
Limpie la base con un paño húmedo o una esponja, no la sumerja en agua ni la6.
coloque en el lavavajillas.
ALMACENAMIENTO:
Desenchufe la unidad, enrolle el cable alrededor de la envoltura del cable debajo de1.

5. SERVICIO POSTVENTA
Este producto cuenta con una garantía de 2 años contados a partir de la fecha de
compra del producto, con las siguientes condiciones:
La garantía es válida sólo con la presentación de la factura de compra del
producto.
No están cubiertos por la garantía los daños causados durante el transporte,
negligencia o mal uso, montaje o instalación incorrecta, así como las influencias
externas, tales como: rayos atmosféricos o eléctricos, inundaciones, humedad,
etc.
Esta garantía termina cuando se descubre que han sido sometidas a reparaciones,
reformas o intervenciones por cualquier persona no autorizada por Universal
Blue.

contacte con nosotros de cualquiera de las siguientes formas:

6. INFORMACION INHERENTE AL MEDIOAMBIENTE
Este aparato se ha marcado de acuerdo con la Directiva Europea
2012/19/EU referente a la eliminación de los Desperdicios de Aparatos
Eléctricos y Electrónicos (RAEE). El símbolo del que consta en el aparato
indica que el producto al final de su vida útil no se debe tratar como
basura doméstica normal, sino que se debe llevar a los centros de recogida
diferenciada de desperdicios eléctricos y electrónicos o bien entregar al vendedor en
el momento de comprar un nuevo aparato. La adecuada recogida de este aparato

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
THIS APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR HOME USE ONLY.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
Please read these instructions carefully before using the device.
Remove the stickers before using the juicer.
Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not place the cord, plugs, or
apparatus in water or other liquid.
Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
inserting or removing parts and before cleaning.
To disconnect, remove the plug. Never pull on the cable, but rather on the
insulating body of the plug.
Completely unwind the power cord before use.
Always make sure the citrus juicer is properly assembled before plugging it in
and using it.
Be careful when operating the appliance, do not place hands or fingers near
moving or rotating parts.
Do not clean with metal scourers or abrasive products. Use a dry cloth to clean
the machine body.
Never use the appliance outdoors and always place it in a dry place.
Do not use the appliance for any other purpose.
The appliance is for DOMESTIC USE.
The appliance is suitable for soft fruits, such as orange, but cannot be used with
hard fruits to prevent them from breaking.
Please do not exceed the established juice limit.
Protect against damage caused by blows or scratches.

This appliance may be used by children from the age of 8 and by persons with

3. OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
BEFORE USING THE JUICER
Make sure all packaging and stickers have been removed.
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the parts that will come into
contact with the food as described in the maintenance and cleaning section.
3.1 ASSEMBLING YOUR JUICER:
Step1: Place the juice container onto the spindle of the base. Make sure
it fits well.
Step 2: Place the filter on top of the pulp container.
Step 3: Choose a cone size and put it on top of the filter.
The small cone is perfect for lemons, limes and other small fruits.
The large cone is great for oranges, grapefruit, and other large
fruit.
NOTE: When using the large cone, you should put the small cone inside it. The small
cone can be used by itself.
Step 4: Place the storage lid on top of the cone when not using your
citrus juicer.
3.2 USING YOUR JUICER
Unwind the cable from the bottom of the base.1. Connect the cable to a standard power outlet.2. Prepare your fruit by cutting it in half.3. Remove the storage lid from the citrus juicer.4. Place a glass or container under the juice spout and make sure the juice spout is in5.
the down position, if not the juice will not leak out.

TIP: The juice outlet can be raised to facilitate storage and to prevent dripping. To
make sure it is tightly closed you should hear a click. The anti-drip juice mouth is
lowered when the juice is put directly into the glass.
Place the cut side of the fruit down over the cone, using moderate but firm pressure,6.
press the fruit down to begin the squeezing action. Applying pressure again, the
cone rotates counterclockwise.
TIP: The cone changes direction each time you stop pressing the fruit on the cone.
This ensures that every last drop of juice can be enjoyed.
TIP: Do not operate the citrus juicer for more than 2 minutes at a time.
The engine stops automatically when the fruit is removed from the cone or if the7.
pressure is completely released.
When juicing is complete, raise the juice outlet to prevent dripping.8.
4. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down. Do
not clean with abrasive materials or steel pads.
Pull the juice cones upward to remove them from the strainer.1. Remove the pulp filter.2. Lift the pulp container off the shaft.3. Rinse the strainer, pulp container and cones immediately after each use for easy4.
cleaning.
Use dish soap and warm water to wash all removable parts or place them in the5.
dishwasher, top shelf only.
Clean the base with a damp cloth or sponge, do not immerse in water or place in the6.
dishwasher.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
This equipment has been marked in accordance with the European
Directive 2012/19/EU concerning the disposal of Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE). The symbol on the device indicates that
the product at the end of its useful life should not be treated as normal
household waste, but should be taken to separate collection centres for electrical and
electronic waste or handed over to the vendor at the time of purchase of a new device.
