Caution: (1) These par s are cumbersome and heavy. This produc can bes be assembled wi h he
assis ance of one or more persons in order o preven personal injury and o insure par s are no damaged
during he assembly process. If dir y, clean finished par s wi h mild dishwashing liquid and wa er solu ion
applied on damp clo h. Clo h should no be excessively we . Polish finish wi h sof clo h and an indus ry
recognized furni ure polish.
(2) To preven damage o your floor or carpe , please check he bo om of each piece of furni ure for
s ain residue and rough surfaces and also check for s aples or nails lef af er removing he packaging ma erial.
The manufac urer will no be held responsible if preven a ive s eps are no aken prior o ins alla ion.
(3) Unpack and dispose of all packing ma erial bu be careful no o hrow away any assembly par s or
hardware. Read he ins ruc ion shee and par s lis carefully. Remove all s aples and screws used for
packaging carefully using pliers and or screwdrivers o preven injury and scra ching or damaging flooring.
(4) During normal use everyday, screws, bol s, nu s and wooden plugs may loosen up. They should be
periodically inspec ed and re- igh ened o preven damage o he furni ure and (or) personal proper y or cause
injury. Always check o be sure all hardware on his lis and he above men ioned componen s is a ached o
he furni ure properly and kep igh ened a all imes.

Assembly Procedure : (Please follow he ske ches below.)
Step 1: Unpack, inspec , and read assembly ins ruc ion carefully. Lay ou he par s and hardware.
Make sure he quan i y of each is correc .
Step 2: Pu all he par s on a sof and smoo h surface o avoid damage or being scra ched. A ach
he side rails (C) o he headboard (A) and foo board (B) wi h allen head bol s (2), spring
washers (3), fla washers (4) using allen wrench (1).
Step 3: A ach he suppor leg (E) o he Sla (D) by hand. Then screw he sla s (D) o he side rails
(C) using screwdriver (no provided).
Note: 758-220/22FR has 6 pieces suppor legs.
Assembly is now complete.
