4. Description
The INTERCOMBT is a Bluetooth helmet headset for any Bluetooth device.
Together with the freedom to travel by motorcycle, INTERCOMBT gives you
the comfort of a Bluetooth wireless communication. Its water resistant body
guarantees total peace of mind, even in the rain, and an updated A2DP
profile supports music and GPS when riding. Innovative noise reduction
minimizes traffic and wind noise through the microphone, and the direct
helmet-to-helmet connection makes rider-to-passenger or rider-to-rider
communication easy while on the go (within 10 m radius).

6. Installation
Caution: Test if the INTERCOMBT works correctly before you fix it in its
final position.
6.1 Attaching the intercom Velcro to the helmet
Caution: Check the position of the Velcro carefully. Once fixed, it will not be
possible to move it without damaging the Velcro.
1. Find the best location for the headset on the helmet, and make sure it is
clean and dry.
2. Attach the shaping mat [c] to the location.
3. Remove the protective strip from the double-sided adhesive and
carefully fix the Velcro [d] to the surface of the plastic pad [c].
6.2 Installing the main body
1. Take the main body [a] and remove the protective strip.
2. Make sure that the USB port [4] points down and attach the main body
to the Velcro.
6.3 Installing the ear speaker and microphone
1. Take the speaker Velcro [e] and test for the best position to fix it. The
Velcro should be fixed inside the helmet, as close as possible to the ear.
Caution: along to find the optimal position. Once fixed, the equipment
will not be easy to move.

2. Remove the protective strip and apply the Velcro.
3. Take the ear speaker [b] and attach it to the Velcro.
4. Adjust the microphone arm [b] along down to where your mouth will be.
6.4 Connecting the ear speaker and microphone to the main body
Carefully connect the USB cable to the USB port [4] of the main body.
Now the INTERCOMBT is installed successfully.
7. Charging
•Before first time use, please charge the INTERCOMBT battery fully. This
usually takes about 2 hours.
•Afterwards, each charge cycle may take up to 2 hours.
•The indicator LED lights red when charging and is off when charging is
complete.
•If you have not used the item for a few months, the LED may not light
red immediately when charging. It can take 15-35 minutes before the
LED turns red.
•We suggest fully charging the INTERCOMBT at least every two months.
Note: When the battery becomes low, the LED flashes red and the
INTERCOMBT emits 3 tones every 30 seconds. Please recharge the battery
fully as described above.
If you cannot turn on the Bluetooth interphone, start charging it; then you
can turn it on.

8. Turning on/off
Turning on: press and hold the middle button [3] for around 3 seconds, until
the indicator LED lights blue for 1 second and flashes twice. You also hear a
long tone.
Turning off: press and hold the middle button [3] for about 7 to 8 seconds,
until the indicator LED lights red for 1 second and flashes twice. You also
hear a long tone.
9. Pairing
9.1 Pairing with a Bluetooth mobile phone
1. Keep the INTERCOMBT and the Bluetooth mobile phone within 1 meter
when pairing.
2. Press and hold the middle button [3] for 3 to 5 seconds until the LED
flashes blue and red.
3. Search for the headset on your phone (refer to your phone’s
documentation).
4. Once you have found “Avantalk HM100’’ in the search list, follow the
steps and enter PIN code 0000 to pair. The LED indicator flashes twice
every 4 seconds if connected successfully.
Note: not all phones request a PIN code.
The INTERCOMBT is now ready for use.
9.2 Pairing with an another INTERCOMBT for intercom
1. Keep two INTERCOMBTs within 1 meter when pairing.
2. Make one of the INTERCOMBTs enter pairing mode: press and hold the
middle button [3] for 3 to 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue and red.
3. Press and hold the middle button [3] of the other INTERCOMBT until its
LED lights blue continuously (not flashing).
This INTERCOMBT then automatically searches and connects with the
INTERCOMBT in pairing mode. If connected successfully, the LEDs of
both INTERCOMBTs flash blue twice every 4 seconds.
9.3 Pairing with two Bluetooth devices
1. Follow the above steps to pair it with one Bluetooth device. Once
successfully paired, the LED flashes blue twice every 4 seconds.
2. Press and hold the middle button [3] for 3 to 5 seconds until the LED
flashes blue and red: the INTERCOMBT has entered pairing mode again.
3. Search for the headset on your Bluetooth device (refer to your device’s
documentation) and get them paired and connected.
The INTERCOMBT is now paired and connected with two Bluetooth devices.

Note:
•The INTERCOMBT switches to standby mode automatically if it cannot
pair with any device within 2 minutes.
•The INTERCOMBT powers itself off if it is not connected with any device
within 10 minutes.
•The INTERCOMBT can connect with two devices simultaneously; either
two mobile phones or a mobile phone and an intercom. You can connect
the INTERCOMBT with the other Bluetooth device when the INTERCOMBT
is in standby or intercom status.
•Once paired and connected with two Bluetooth devices, the INTERCOMBT
automatically connects to the two devices whenever you turn the
INTERCOMBT on, provided that the INTERCOMBT is within range.
•Most problems are caused by improper pairing between the headset and
the Bluetooth device. Please follow the instructions step by step.
10.Intercom Features
When two INTERCOMBT headsets are connected, you can use the intercom
features.
•Send out and intercom call: Press and hold the + [5] or the – button [1]
for about 2 seconds and release it when you hear a short tone.
Note: When the INTERCOMBT is connected with another intercom and a
mobile phone at the same time, you cannot send out an intercom call
during a phone call.
•Cancel an intercom call: Briefly press the middle button [3] when
sending out an intercom call. You hear a short tone.
•Answer an intercom call: Briefly press the middle button [3]. You hear a
short tone.
•End an intercom call: Briefly press the middle button [3]. You hear a
short tone.
•Reject an intercom call: Press and hold the middle button [3] for about
2 seconds when receiving an intercom call.
•Volume up: Press the + button [5]. You hear a tone when the maximum
volume is reached.
•Volume down: Press the – button [1]. You hear a tone when the
minimum volume is reached.
11.Call Features
When the INTERCOMBT is connected with a Bluetooth mobile phone, you
can make phone calls.
•Answer a call: Briefly press the middle button [3].
•End a call: Briefly press the middle button [3].
•Reject a call: Press and hold the middle button [3] for 2 seconds.

•Cancel a call: Briefly press the middle button [3] if the call is not
connected.
•Redial the last number: Press the middle button [3] twice quickly.
•Volume up: Press the + button [5]. You hear a tone when the maximum
volume is reached.
•Volume down: Press the – button [1]. You hear a tone when the
minimum volume is reached.
Note: When the INTERCOMBT is connected with another intercom and a
mobile phone at the same time, you can answer phone calls and make
phone calls via your mobile phone. In intercom status, the INTERCOMBT
reverts to intercom status when the phone call is completed.
12.Music Streaming
Activate your phone’s music player before listening to music on the headset.
With some phones, music is automatically heard on your headset. Some
phones need to transfer music from the phone to the headset.
•Volume up: Press the + button [5] briefly to increase the volume.
•Volume down: Press the – button [1] briefly to decrease the volume.
•Play music: Press the middle button [3].
•Pause: Press the middle button [3].
•Previous track: Press and hold the + button [5].
•Next track: Press and hold the – button [1].
Note: Function support depends on the phone model. Some functions may
not work with your mobile phone.
13.Cleaning and Maintenance
•Reset to default settings: Charging the INTERCOMBT will reset it to the
default settings.
•Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. This may damage
the internal circuit.
•Do not use chemical products or detergents to clean the product.
•Do not scratch the surface with sharp items.
•Do not remove the microphone’s protector.
•Remove the INTERCOMBT from the helmet when not used for a long
time.

4. Omschrijving
De INTERCOMBT is een Bluetooth headset geschikt voor elk Bluetooth-
apparaat. Naast de vrijheid die gepaard gaat met het motorrijden, biedt
INTERCOMBT het comfort van een draadloze Bluetooth-communicatie. De
waterbestendige behuizing garandeert totale gemoedsrust, zelfs bij
regenweer, en een geüpdate A2DP-profiel ondersteunt muziek en navigatie
tijdens het motorrijden. Innovatieve ruisonderdrukking minimaliseert
windruis en verkeersgeluiden via de microfoon, en de rechtstreekse
verbinding tussen 2 helmen vergemakkelijkt de communicatie tussen
motorrijder-passagier of motorijder-motorrijder tijdens het rijden (binnen
een reikwijdte van 10m).

6. Installatie
Opgelet: Test of de INTERCOMBT correct werkt voor u het definitief
installeert.
6.1 De velcro voor de intercom bevestigen aan de motorhelm
Opgelet: Controleer nauwkeurig de positie van de velcro. Eenmaal
aangebracht, is het onmogelijk om de velcro te verplaatsen zonder hierbij
de velcro te beschadigen.
1. Zoek naar de best mogelijke positie om de headset te bevestigen aan de
motorhelm, en zorg ervoor dat deze proper en droog is.
2. Breng de pasvorm [c] aan op de gekozen plaats.
3. Verwijder de beschermende folie van de dubbelzijdige kleefstrip en
bevestig de velcro [d] voorzichtig aan op het oppervlak van de plastic
pasvorm [c].
6.2 Het centrale gedeelte installeren
1. Neem het centrale gedeelte [a] en verwijder de beschermende folie.
2. Zorg ervoor dat de USB-poort [4] naar beneden gericht is en bevestig
het centrale gedeelte aan de velcro.

6.3 De luidspreker en microfoon installeren
1. Neem de velcro voor de luidspreker [e] en probeer de beste plaats te
vinden om deze te vast te hechten. De velcro moet bevestigd worden
aan de binnenkant van de helm, zo dicht mogelijk bij het oor.
Opgelet: Zet de helm enkele keren op om de beste positie te vinden.
Eenmaal aangebracht, is het moeilijk om de apparatuur te verplaatsen.
2. Verwijder de beschermende folie en breng de velcro aan.
3. Neem de luidspreker [b] en bevestig deze aan de velcro.
4. Verstel de microfoonarm [b] in de richting van uw mond.
6.4 De luidspreker en microfoon bevestigen aan het centrale
gedeelte
Sluit de USB-kabel voorzichtig aan op de USB-poort [4] van de headset. Nu
is de INTERCOMBT succesvol geïnstalleerd.
7. Opladen
•Voor het eerste gebruik, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de batterij van de
INTERCOMBT volledig opgeladen is. De eerste keer opladen duurt
normaal 2 uur.
•Hierna duurt een volledige oplaadcyclus ongeveer 2 uur.
•De indicatieled licht rood op tijdens het laden en gaat uit wanneer het
opladen voltooid is.

•Indien u het toestel enkele maanden niet gebruikt hebt, is het mogelijk
dat de indicatieled niet onmiddellijk rood oplicht bij het opladen. Het kan
15-35 minuten duren voordat de indicatieled rood oplicht.
•We raden u aan om de INTERCOMBT minstens 1 maal om de 2 maanden
volledig op te laden.
Opmerking: Wanneer de batterij bijna leeg is, knippert de indicatieled rood
en laat de INTERCOMBT elke 20 seconden 3 geluidjes horen. Laad de
batterij volledig op zoals beschreven hierboven.
Indien het niet lukt om de Bluetooth-intercom in te schakelen, laad het op;
dan zal u het kunnen inschakelen.
8. Aan-en uitzetten
Aanzetten: druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd een 3-tal seconden
ingedrukt totdat de indicatieled 1 seconde blauw oplicht en tweemaal
knippert. U hoort ook een lange toon.
Uitzetten: druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd deze ongeveer 7-8
seconden ingedrukt totdat de indicatieled 1 seconde rood oplicht en
tweemaal knippert. U hoort ook een lange toon.
9. Koppelen (pairing)
9.1 Koppelen (pairing) aan een Bluetooth-apparaat
1. Houd de INTERCOMBT en de Bluetooth mobiele telefoon binnen een
afstand van 1 meter bij het koppelen.
2. Druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd ongeveer 3-5 minuten ingedrukt
totdat de indicatieled afwisselend blauw en rood knippert.
3. Zoek naar de headset op uw telefoon (raadpleeg de documentatie van
uw telefoon).
4. Eenmaal “Avantalk HM100’’ gevonden is in de zoeklijst, volgt u de
stappen en geef de pincode "0000" in om te koppelen. De indicatieled
knippert tweemaal om de 4 seconden bij een geslaagde verbinding.
Opmerking: niet alle telefoons vereisen een pincode.
De INTERCOMBT is nu gebruiksklaar.
9.2 Koppelen (pairing) met een andere INTERCOMBT voor intercom
1. Houd beide INTERCOMBTs binnen 1 meter afstand bij het koppelen.
2. Zorg ervoor dat één van de INTERCOMBTs in koppelingsmodus (pairing
mode) staat: druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd ongeveer 3-5
seconden ingedrukt totdat de indicatieled afwisselend blauw en rood
knippert.

3. Houd de middelste knop [3] van de andere INTERCOMBT ingedrukt
totdat de indicatieled continu blauw gaat branden (niet knippert).
Deze INTERCOMBT gaat automatisch zoeken en maakt een verbinding
met de INTERCOMBT in koppelingsmodus. Bij een geslaagde verbinding,
knipperen de indicatieleds van beide INTERCOMBTs tweemaal blauw om
de 4 seconden.
9.3 Koppelen (pairing) aan twee Bluetooth-apparaten
1. Volg de bovenstaande stappen voor een koppeling met één Bluetooth-
apparaat. Na een geslaagde koppeling, knippert de indicatieled tweemaal
blauw om de 4 seconden.
2. Druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd ongeveer 3-5 seconden
ingedrukt totdat de indicatieled afwisselend blauw en rood knippert: de
INTERCOMBT staat opnieuw in koppelingsmodus.
3. Zoek naar de headset op uw Bluetooth-apparaat (raadpleeg de
documentatie van uw toestel) en laat deze koppelen en een verbinding
maken.
De INTERCOMBT is nu gekoppeld en verbonden met twee Bluetooth-
apparaten.
Opmerking:
•De INTERCOMBT schakelt automatisch over naar stand-by modus indien
het koppelen met een ander toestel niet lukt binnen de 2 minuten.
•De INTERCOMBT schakelt zichzelf uit wanneer het niet verbonden is met
een ander toestel binnen de 10 minuten.
•De INTERCOMBT kan gelijktijdig verbonden worden met twee toestellen;
ofwel twee mobiele telefoons of een mobiele telefoon en een intercom. U
kunt de INTERCOMBT verbinden met het andere Bluetooth-apparaat
wanneer INTERCOMBT in stand-by of in intercom-modus staat.
•Eenmaal gekoppeld en verbonden met twee Bluetooth-apparaten,
verbindt de INTERCOMBT de twee toestellen automatisch bij het
inschakelen van de INTERCOMBT, op voorwaarde dat de INTERCOMBT
zich binnen het bereik bevindt.
•De meeste problemen worden veroorzaakt door het niet goed koppelen
tussen de headset en het Bluetooth-apparaat. Gelieve de instructies stap
voor stap te volgen.
10.Intercomfuncties
Wanneer twee INTERCOMBT headsets verbonden zijn, kunt u de
intercomfuncties gebruiken.
•Een intercom-oproep zenden: Druk op de + [5] of de – knop [1] en houd
ongeveer 2 seconden ingedrukt en laat los wanneer u een korte toon
hoort.

Opmerking: Wanneer de INTERCOMBT gelijktijdig verbonden is met een
andere intercom en een mobiele telefoon, kunt u geen intercom-oproep
zenden tijdens een telefoonoproep.
•Een intercom-oproep annuleren: Druk kort op de middelste knop [3] bij
het zenden van een intercom-oproep. U hoort een korte toon.
•Een intercom-oproep beantwoorden: Druk kort op de middelste knop
[3]. U hoort een korte toon.
•Een intercom-oproep beëindigen: Druk kort op de middelste knop [3]. U
hoort een korte toon.
•Een intercom-oproep weigeren: Druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd
ongeveer 2 seconden ingedrukt bij het ontvangen van een intercom-
oproep.
•Volume verhogen: Druk op de + knop [5]. U hoort een toon wanneer het
maximumvolume bereikt is.
•Volume verlagen: Druk op de – knop [1]. U hoort een toon wanneer het
minimumvolume bereikt is.
11.Oproepfuncties
Wanneer de INTERCOMBT verbonden is met een Bluetooth-apparaat, kunt u
telefoneren.
•Een oproep beantwoorden: Druk kort op de middelste knop [3].
•Een oproep beëindigen: Druk kort op de middelste knop [3].
•Een oproep weigeren: Druk op de middelste knop [3] en houd ongeveer
2 seconden ingedrukt.
•Een oproep annuleren: Druk kort op de middelste knop [3] als de oproep
niet verbonden is.
•Het laatst gevormde nummer herhalen: Druk tweemaal snel na elkaar op
de middelste knop [3].
•Volume verhogen: Druk op de + knop [5]. U hoort een toon wanneer het
maximumvolume bereikt is.
•Volume verlagen: Druk op de – knop [1]. U hoort een toon wanneer het
minimumvolume bereikt is.
Opmerking: Wanneer de INTERCOMBT gelijktijdig verbonden is met een
andere intercom en een mobiele telefoon, kunt u oproepen beantwoorden
via uw mobiele telefoon. In intercom-modus keert de INTERCOMBT terug
naar intercom-modus wanneer de oproep beëindigd is.
12.Muziekstreaming
Activeer de muziekspeler op uw telefoon voordat u muziek beluistert via de
headset. Bij bepaalde telefoons speelt de muziek automatisch. Bij andere
telefoons moet de muziek overgedragen worden van de telefoon naar de
headset.

•Volume verhogen: Druk kort op de + knop [5] om het volume te
verhogen.
•Volume verlagen: Druk kort op de – knop [1] om het volume te
verlagen.
•Muziek afspelen: Druk op de middelste knop [3].
•Pauze: Druk op de middelste knop [3].
•Vorige track: Druk en houd de + knop [5] ingedrukt.
•Volgende track: Druk en houd de – knop [1] ingedrukt.
Opmerking: Deze functieondersteuning is afhankelijk van het type
telefoon. Het is mogelijk dat sommige functies niet werken met uw mobiele
telefoon.
13.Reinigen en onderhoud
•Standaardinstellingen terugzetten: Door de INTERCOMBT op te laden,
worden de standaardinstellingen van het toestel hersteld.
•Dompel het toestel niet in water of andere vloeistoffen. Dit zou het
interne circuit kunnen beschadigen.
•Gebruik geen chemische producten of detergenten om het product te
reinigen.
•Voorkom krassen op het oppervlak door het gebruik van scherpe
voorwerpen.
•Verwijder de microfoonbeschermer niet.
•Verwijder de INTERCOMBT van de helm indien u het toestel voor langere
tijd niet gebruikt.

4. Description
L'INTERCOMBT est un casque-micro qui convient à tout appareil Bluetooth.
La liberté de conduire une moto va de pair avec le confort d'une
communication sans fil Bluetooth qu'apporte l'INTERCOMBT. Le boîtier
étanche garantit une tranquillité d'esprit totale, même sous la pluie, et un
profile A2DP actualisé supporte la musique et navigation lorsque vous
conduisez la moto. La réduction de bruits innovatrice minimalise les
parasites de circulation et de vent via le microphone, et la connexion directe
entre deux casques facilite la communication entre conducteur à passager
ou motard à motard en déplacement (dans un rayon de 10 m).
