WARRANTY TERM: NUMBER __________
Warranty of VENCE TUDO’s products covers labor or material imperfections, which may compromise operational
works, for the buyer for a period of one (1) year from purchase date, except for components acquired by third-per-
son, which have warranties from manufacturer.
CONDITIONS
1- The warranty will be applicable to any manufacturer defects since all parts are supplied by VENCE TUDO
Ltda. and are delivered by the companies or by duly authorized person;
2- As peças e/ou componentes cobertos pela garantia somente serão substituídos ou ressarcidos se os defeitos
forem constatados pela Assistência Técnica ou por pessoa devidamente autorizada pela VENCE TUDO Ltda. Exclui-se
as peças que sofrem desgaste pelo uso, em função de condições operacionais e fatores ligados a formação e carac-
terísticasespecícasdecadasolo.Éindispensávelaapresentaçãodocerticadodeentregatécnicacorretamente
preenchidoeanotascaldecompra;
3- If all Warranty Terms comply with, VENCE TUDO Ltda. ensures repair and replacement of component for
free. In case of cancel or expiration of warranty deadline, the technical assistance will charge the day the service
was performed and the replacement of part and components, if required.
WARRANTY CANCEL
The warranty will be lost in case of:
1- Damages in the equipment due to ill-use, abuse, negligence or lack of suitable maintenance in disagreement
with manufacturer’s instructions mentioned in the corresponding operation manual;
2- Damages by natural accidents or agents;
3- Repairs, changes or infringement of the parts and components performed by non-authorized person;
4-Amendments,erasuresanddatadeletionintheTechnicalDeliverycertication,inWarrantyCerticationand
inpurchaseinvoiceorinidenticationplate.
IMPORTANT
If your product shows any defect within warranty period, please contact exclusively your reseller or the manu-
facturer. The machine will only be repaired or disassembled by duly accredited person by manufacturer, as well as
use of original parts, under the penalty of losing warranty.
