To help you with the system update for your Verizon Jetpack™ SCH-LC11, this page contains the following information:

Software Details:
oSoftware update size –approximately 12 MB.
oEstimated software download time –approximately 10-15 minutes.
End User Tool Software Update Experience
1. Download upgrade tool from http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SCH-LC11ZKAVZW
2. This upgrade tool is intended for only upgrading the SCH-LC11 only. Use of this program on other devices can
cause the devices to not operate.

3. Install pop-up will appear, Select “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click Next to continue.
4. Click Accept, then Next.
5. Power off the device and remove any cable from the device.
6. Remove the battery cover from your device.

7. Press and hold the WPS Button (unlabeled) & Power Button simultaneously until all 3 LEDs become blue.
8. Three solid blue lights indicate that the device is in download mode and ready for the software upgrade.
9. Replace the battery cover.
10. Connect the device to your computer using your USB cable.
11. Your device is now connected, Click Next to continue.
12. Press the Start button below to begin download. Do not disconnect.
13. Once complete, the below message will appear.

14. Remove the cable from the device.
15. Remove the battery cover.
16. Press and hold WPS button until three solid white lights appear.
17. Once you see the three solid white LED lights, release the buttons. Device will reset.
18. Replace the battery cover.
19. Wait approximately one minute before using the device. WiFi and Web-Server password will be reset to the default
value. The default value is located beneath the battery cover.
20. To reconfigure and customize the device go to http://192.168.1.1/
Checking the Software Version on the SCH-LC11
1. Open a Web Browser on the computer and go to the LC11 Web UI by typing http://192.1681.1 in the address bar.
2. Log into the Web UI by entering the LC11 Administration Password into the Login box. Default password is the
password that is on the sticker on the back of the device. If the user changed the password then the user defined
password should be used.
3. After a successful log on, in the Web UI, select Administration Menu > Configuration > Diagnostics
