Usage of the tool
1. Check whether all parts of the tool are normal, including quick joints,
high-pressure tubes and matching hydraulic pump before use.
2. For manual or electric pumps, please refer to the supporting manual.
3. The center of gravity of the weight should be moderate, and the underside should
be flat. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions on the ground should be
considered.
4. When lifting a weight, the weight shall be firmly supported by a support. It is
forbidden to use the cylinder as a support.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
1. The hydraulic cylinders of our company are all designed with precision, and the
internal parts shall not be disassembled at will. Any failure or damage caused by
improper use caused by users' unauthorized disassembly is beyond the scope of
our distributor or manufacturer's warranty, but it can be repaired for users (only
cost of parts is charged).
2. For the use of hydraulic pump, please refer to the operation manual of the
hydraulic pump and must be operated correctly.
3. When tools are shelved for a long time, please return the piston to the bottom,
wipe the tool surface clean and smear anti-rust grease on the tool metal surface,
and put it into the special tool box to store in the dry environment.
The components of tools seal may be worn to different degrees after being
used for a period of time. If there is a large amount of leakage of hydraulic oil,
please contact the dealer or manufacturer and ask professional maintenance
personnel to replace the seal components
