Important Safety Notice
Read all Instructions before Installing and operating this appliance
This manual explains the proper installation and use of your range hood. Please read it carefully before using
the hood, even if you are familiar with the product. The manual should be kept in a safe place for any future
reference.
NEVER DO:
●Do not try to use the range hood without the grease lters or if the lters are excessively greasy!
●Do not install above a range with a high level grill.
●Do not leave frying pans unattended during use because overheated fats or oils might catch re.
●Never leave exposed ames under the range hood.
●If the range hood is damaged, do not attempt to use.
●Do not ambé under this range hood.
●A steam cleaner is not to be used.
●The minimum distance between the supporting surface for the cooking vessels on the hob and the lowest
part of the cooker hood. (When the cooker hood is located above a gas appliance, this distance must be at
least 26”)
●The air must not be discharged into a ue that is used for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or
other fuels.
CAUTION: Accessible parts may become hot when used with cooking appliances.
ALWAYS DO:
● Important! Always switch o the electricity during installation and/or maintenance such as light bulb re-
placement.
●The range hood must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions and all measurements fol-
lowed.
●All installation work must be carried out by a competent person or qualied electrician.
●Please dispose of the packing materials carefully. Children may be vulnerable to it.
●Pay attention to the sharp edges inside the range hood, especially during installation and cleaning.
WARNING: Failure to install the screws or xing device in accordance with these instructions may result in
electrical hazards.
WARNING: Before obtaining access to terminals, all supply circuits must be disconnected.

ALWAYS DO:
●Always put lids on pots and pans when cooking on a gas range.
●When in extraction mode, air in the room is being removed by the range hood. Please make sure that proper
ventilation measures are being observed. The cooker hood removes odours from the room but not steam.
●This range hood is for domestic use only.
●If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly quali-
ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
●Children shall not play with this appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by chil-
dren without supervision.
CAUTION: The appliance and its accessible parts can become hot during operation. Be careful and avoid
touching the heating elements. Children younger than 8 years old should keep away from the range hood un-
less they are under constant supervision.
● There must be adequate ventilation of the room when the range hood is used at the same time as appliances
burning gas or other fuels.
●There is a re risk if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.
●Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fullled.
●Clean your appliance periodically by following the methods given in the MAINTENANCE section.
●For safety reason, please use only the same size of xing or mounting screw which are recommended in
this instruction manual.
●NEVER try to extinguish a re with water! Switch o the appliance and then cover the ame e.g. with a lid
or a re blanket.
WARNING:Danger of re: do not store items on the cooking surfaces.

WARNING
1. Before servicing or cleaning the unit, unplug or disconnect the range hood from the power supply.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF A COOK TOP GREASE FIRE:
● Never leave surface units unattended at high settings. Boil overs cause smoking and greasy spillovers that
may ignite. Heat oils slowly on low or medium settings.
● Always turn hood ON when cooking at high heat.
● Clean ventilating fans frequently.
● Grease should not be allowed to accumulate on fan or lter.
● Use proper pan size. Always use cookware appropriate for the size of the surface element.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY TO PERSONS IN THE EVENT OF A COOK TOP GREASE
FIRE, OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
● SMOTHER FLAMES with a close-tting lid, cookie sheet, or metal tray, then turn o the burner. BE
CAREFUL TO PREVENT BURNS. If the ames do not go out immediately, EVACUATE AND CALL THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT.
● NEVER PICK UP A FLAMING PAN – You may be burned.
● DO NOT USE WATER, including wet dishcloths or towels – a violent steam explosion will result.
● Use an extinguisher ONLY if:
1) You know you have a Class ABC extinguisher, and you already know how to operate it.
2) The re is small and contained in the area where it started.
3) The re department is being called.
4) You can ght the re with your back to an exit.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS, OBSERVE
THE FOLLOWING:
● Do Not Use This Fan With Any Solid-State Speed Control Device.
● Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. If you have questions, contact the manufac-
turer.
● Before servicing or cleaning the unit, switch power o at service panel and lock the service disconnecting
means to prevent power from being switched on accidentally. When the service disconnecting means cannot
be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel.
● To provide protection against electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlets only.

And Vapors.

Installation
1. Before installation, turn the unit o.
2. The range hood should be placed at a distance of 65cm and 75cm from the cooking surface for best perfor-
mance. See Pic 1.
3. The ceiling must be able to bear at least 120KGs weight, and the thickness of the ceiling must be ≥30MM.
4. Equip the screw barrel M10*30 to the hanging board and use two M10 screw nuts to secure tightly, make
sure the top of the screw barrel is not higher than the hanging board top. See pic 2.
5. Install the four adjustable screws M5*28, thread the wirerope through the adjustable screw to adjust the
wire-rope to the desired length, and use the wire-rope locking screw M4*10 to lock the screw in place. Make
sure the 4 pcs of wire-rope are the same length. See pic 3. (Calculate the length of the wirerope according pic
1.)
6. Use the hanging plate to drill installation holes in the ceiling, 8pcs of ST6*40mm countersunk tapping
screws will need to be used to x the hanging plate to the wooden ceiling.(or 4pcs φ6*60 anchor bolt will be
used to x the hanging plate onto a concrete ceiling.) See pic 4.

7. Fix the decorative board onto the hanging plate. See pic 5.
8. Hang the hood on the wire-rope and use the ST4*8mm countersunk tapping screws to lock the wire-rope
and avoid it slide out. See pic 6.
9. Loosen the decorative board to connect the power cord of the hood with the power supply, make sure that
the electric wire is secured well with electrical insulating tapes to avoid any electric shock. See pic 7.
10. Install the decorative board, adjust the adjustable screw(s) and keep the hood level. At the same time,
let the 4 pcs wire-rope provide even force, secure the power cord along the wire-rope with a wire tie.

Start Using Your Range Hood
Push-Button Control
1. Press the “Power” button. This controls the On and O function of the hood.
2. Press the “Speed” button to cycle through the 3 available speed settings.
3. Press the “Lamp” button to turn the lights On or O.
4. Press the “Timer” button to activate a 9 minute timer, after which the range hood will
automatically shut o.
Connecting a Remote Control (OPTIONAL)
If you purchased a remote control, a new remote control has to establish a new connection to
the range hood when used for the rst time.
Follow these steps:
● Within 15sec after the hood is connected to the power supply, press and hold for
5 seconds. The indicator light will begin ashing from one button to another. The hood is
now in connection mode. Press any button on the remote control to conrm the connection.
The connection process is nished and the remote control can now be used.
● To connect a dierent remote, the code that has been set up previously must be
cleared.
● To clear the code, hold for 5 seconds, the indicator light will begin ashing from
one button to another. The hood is now in connection mode. Press and hold again for 5
seconds. The previous connection code has now been cleared.
● After the previous code has been cleared, the hood will be back in standby mode.
Hold for 5 seconds, the indicator light will ash from one button to another. The hood is
in connection mode again. Press any button on the remote control to conrm the connection.

Any electrical repairs to this appliance must conform to your local, state and federal laws. Please contact the
manufacturer if in any doubt before undertaking any of the above. Always disconnect the unit from the power
source when troubleshooting.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Caution: Before maintenance or cleaning is carried out, the range hood should be disconnected from the main-
spower supply. Ensure that the hood is switched o at the wall socket.
• External surfaces are susceptible to scratches and abrasions. Follow the cleaning instructions to ensure the
best possible result is achieved without damage.
GENERAL
Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out with the appliance cold especially when cleaning. Avoid
leaving alkaline or acid substances (lemon juice, vinegar etc.) on the surfaces.
STAINLESS STEEL
The stainless steel must be cleaned regularly (e.g.weekly) to ensure a long life expectancy.Dry with a clean
soft cloth. A stainless steel cleaner may be used.
NOTE: Ensure that wiping is done in the same direction as the grain of the stainless steel to prevent any un-
sightly crisscross scratching patterns from appearing.
CONTROL PANEL SURFACE
The inlay control panel can be cleaned using warm soapy water. Ensure the cloth is clean and well wrung
before cleaning. Use a dry soft cloth to remove any excess moisture left after cleaning.
Important: Use neutral detergents and avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, as well as strong household detergents
or products containing abrasives. This will aect the appliance appearance and potentially remove any print-
ing on the control panel and will void the manufacturers warranty.
GREASE MESH FILTERS
The mesh lters can be cleaned by hand. Soak them for about 3-5 minutes in water with a mild detergent and
then brush it gently with a soft brush. Please do not apply too much pressure so as to avoid any damage to it.
(Leave to dry and keep out of direct sun light). Filters should be washed separately. It is advisable not to use
rinse aid.
INSTALLING GREASE MESH FILTERS
• To install lters follow the following four steps:
- Angle the lter into the slots at the back of the hood.
- Push the button on the handle of the lter.
- Release the handle once the lter ts into a resting position.
- Repeat to install all lters.

CARBON FILTER
Activated carbon lter can be used to trap odors. Normally the activated carbon lter should be changed ev-
ery 3 to 6 months according to your cooking habits. The installation procedure of the activated carbon lters
is below.
1. Before installing or replacing the carbon lters, disconnect the main power to the unit.
2. Press the lter lock and remove the mesh lter.
3. Turn the carbon lter on both sides of the motor counter-clockwise. Replace the carbon lters with
the new carbon lters.
4. Re-install the mesh lter.
5. Connect the power supply to the wall socket.
NOTE: Make sure the lter is securely locked. Otherwise, it could loosen and cause danger.
