arbeiten können.
1. Allgemeine Informationen
• Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass der Benutzer dieses
Werkzeugs die zugehörige Betriebsanleitung
und Sicherheitsvorschriften vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme gründlich durchgelesen und
verstanden hat.
• Die Betriebsanleitung enthält wichtige Hinwei-
se, die zum sicheren und störungsfreien Betrieb
Ihres ViGOR-Werkzeuges erforderlich sind.
• Zum bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch des
Werkzeuges gehört die vollständige Beachtung

4. Sicherheitshinweise
4a. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Bremskolben-Rückstell-Werkzeug-Satz ist passend für alle gängigen Fahrzeugtypen.
Benutzen Sie den Bremskolben-Rückstell-Werkzeug-Satz zum Zurücksetzen (drücken oder dre-
hen) von Bremskolben an schwimmend gelagerten Bremssattelanlagen mit oder ohne Hand-
brems-Feststelleinrichtung.
Die Betriebssicherheit ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung entsprechend den
Angaben in der Betriebsanleitung gegeben.
• Der unsachgemäße Gebrauch des ViGOR-Pneumatik-Werkzeuges oder der Gebrauch nicht
entsprechend den Sicherheitsvorschriften kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
4b. Gefahren, die vom Gerät ausgehen
Vor jeder Benutzung ist das ViGOR-Werkzeug auf seine volle Funktionsfähigkeit zu
prüfen. Ist die Funktionsfähigkeit nach dem Ergebnis dieser Prüfung nicht gewährleistet
oder werden Schäden festgestellt, darf das Werkzeug nicht verwendet werden. Ist die
volle Funktionsfähigkeit nicht gegeben und das Werkzeug wird dennoch verwendet, besteht
die Gefahr von erheblichen Körper-, Gesundheits- und Sachschäden.
• Werkzeuge, bei denen der Ein-/Aus-Schalter defekt ist, dürfen nicht verwendet werden. Werk-
zeuge, die nicht mehr mit dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter ein- bzw. ausgeschaltet werden können,
sind gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.
• Alle Service- oder Reparaturarbeiten immer durch Fachpersonal ausführen lassen. Um die Be-
triebssicherheit auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, dürfen nur Originalersatzteile verwendet werden.
• Schutzvorrichtungen und/oder Gehäuseteile dürfen nicht entfernt werden.

iSchutzbrille tragen. Werkzeuge mit pneumatischem Antrieb können Späne, Staub und
anderen Abrieb mit hoher Geschwindigkeit aufwirbeln, was zu schweren Augenverlet-
zungen führen kann. Druckluft ist gefährlich. Der Luftstrom kann empndliche Körper-
teile wie Augen, Ohren etc. schädigen. Vom Luftstrom aufgewirbelte Gegenstände und
Staub können zu Verletzungen führen.
Gehörschutz tragen. Lange Belastung durch die Arbeitsgeräusche eines Druckluft-Werk- zeuges kann zum dauerhaften Gehörverlust führen.
Enganliegende Arbeitsschutzkleidung tragen. Werkzeuge mit drehenden Teilen können
sich in Haaren, Kleidung, Schmuck oder anderen losen Gegenständen verfangen,
was zu schweren Verletzungen führen kann. Tragen Sie niemals zu weite und/oder mit
Bändern oder Schlaufen etc. versehene Kleidung, die sich in drehenden Werkzeugteilen
verfangen kann. Legen Sie bei der Arbeit sämtlichen Schmuck, Uhren, Identikationsmarken,
Armbänder, Halsketten etc. ab, die sich am Werkzeug verfangen könnten. Fassen Sie niemals
Werkzeugteile an, die in Bewegung sind. Lange Haare sollen zusammengebunden oder
bedeckt werden.
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Unbeaufsichtigte oder an die Druck-
luft-Zufuhr angeschlossene Werkzeuge können von nicht autorisierten Personen benutzt
werden und zu deren oder zur Verletzung dritter Personen führen.
• Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen verwenden. Pneumatik-Werkzeuge können
Funkenschlag verursachen, der zur Entzündung brennbarer Materialien führen kann. Werk-
zeuge nie in der Nähe von brennbaren Substanzen wie Benzin, Naphtha oder Reinigungsmit-
teln etc. betätigen. Nur in sauberen, gut gelüfteten Bereichen arbeiten, in denen sich keine
brennbaren Materialien benden. Niemals Sauerstoff, Kohlendioxid oder andere in Flaschen
abgefüllte Gase zum Antrieb von Pneumatik-Werkzeugen verwenden.
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge nie gegen Menschen, Tiere oder sich selbst richten. Bei Betrieb des
Werkzeuges Kinder und andere Personen aus dem Arbeitsbereich fernhalten.
• Gerät nie unbelastet laufen lassen. Werkzeuge wie z.B. Meißel etc. können abbrechen und
weggeschleudert werden und den Bediener oder Personen treffen, die sich im Arbeits-
bereich aufhalten.
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge dürfen nicht in Kontakt mit Stromquellen kommen.
• Auf Betriebsdruck achten, max. Luftdruck in den jeweiligen Betriebsanleitungen oder
Anwendungshinweisen nachlesen. Das Überschreiten des zulässigen Maximaldrucks von
Werkzeugen und Zubehörteilen kann Explosionen verursachen und zu schweren Verletzungen
führen. Der Maximaldruck der Druckluft muss gleich oder unterhalb der zulässigen Druckbela-
stungsangaben des Pneumatik-Werkzeugs liegen.
• Schlauchverbindung auf festen Sitz prüfen. Keine schadhaften, abgenutzten oder minder-
wertigen Druckschläuche oder Verbindungsstücke verwenden. Umherschlagende Druck-
schläuche können zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge nur im drucklosen Zustand abklemmen. Umherschlagende Druck-
schläuche können zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
• Nur trockene, saubere Luft verwenden. Verwenden Sie niemals Sauerstoff, Kohlendioxid oder
andere in Flaschen abgefüllte Gase zum Antrieb von Pneumatik-Werkzeugen.
• Verwenden Sie nur vom Hersteller empfohlene Ersatzteile, Befestigungen und Zubehör.
• Das Werkzeug niemals am Druckluft-Schlauch tragen.
• Das angeschlossene Werkzeug niemals mit dem Finger am Betätigungshebel tragen.
• Unbeabsichtigte Betätigung vermeiden.
• Griffe immer trocken, sauber, öl- und fettfrei halten.

• Achten Sie auf einen sauberen, gut gelüfteten und stets gut beleuchteten Arbeitsbereich.
• Das Werkzeug niemals unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinuss benutzen.
• Kennzeichnung des Gerätes muss immer gut lesbar sein.
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge dürfen nur von unterwiesenen Personen bedient und gewartet
werden.
• Reparaturen nur von autorisierten Personen durchführen lassen.
• An Pneumatik-Werkzeugen dürfen keine Manipulationen, Notreparaturen oder Zweckent-
fremdungen vorgenommen werden.
• Während der Arbeit mit Pneumatik-Werkzeugen nicht in den Arbeitsbereich greifen.
• Treten Undichtigkeiten am Gerät oder andere Betriebsstörungen auf, ist das Gerät sofort von
der Druckluft-Quelle zu trennen und die Fehlerursache zu beheben.
• Verwenden Sie Schnellkupplungen nie direkt am Gerät. Die Schnellkupplung muß durch
einen mindestens 20 cm langen Luftschlauch vom Gerät getrennt sein.
• Zu betätigende Werkzeuge wie z.B. Adapter nur bei abgekuppeltem Luftschlauch
auswechseln.
• Zum Ölen oder zum Austausch der zu betätigenden Werkzeuge wie z.B. Adapter usw. das
Pneumatik-Werkzeug immer von der Druckluft-Zufuhr trennen.
• Achten Sie immer auf den einwandfreien Zustand der zu betätigenden Werkzeuge.
• Verwenden Sie nur für das jeweilige Gerät vorgesehene Werkzeuge.
• Dauerhafte Vibration kann zu Gesundheitsschäden führen.
• Auf sicheren Stand achten.
5. Aufbau und Funktion
Arbeitsanleitung für Bremssattelanlagen mit
Handbrems-Feststelleinrichtung
• Bremssattel lösen und zur Seite schwenken.
• Bremsbeläge entfernen.
• Prüfen, ob im Bremsüssigkeits-Ausgleichsbe-
hälter genügend Raum für die beim Zurück-
drehen des Bremskolbens zurückießende
Bremsüssigkeit vorhanden ist.
• Wählen Sie einen passenden Adapter aus
und befestigen Sie ihn auf der magnetischen
Aufnahme (Bild 1).
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an die Druckluft an.
ACHTUNG: Der Druck darf 8 bar nicht überschreiten
• Drücken Sie den Auslöseknopf (2) um über den Betätigungshebel (3)
die Spindel vorwärts/rückwärts zu bewegen und das Werkzeug in
den Bremssattel einzusetzen.
• Betätigen Sie den Knopf (4) und den Betätigungshebel (3) (Bild 2)
zum Zurücksetzen/Drehen des Bremskolbens.
• Nachdem der Kolben zurück gedreht wurde, den Auslöseknopf (2)
drücken und über den Betätigungshebel (3) die Spindel (5) zurückzu-
ziehen und so das Werkzeug aus dem Bremssattel entfernen. (Bild 3)
• Unbedingt die jeweiligen Herstellerangaben beachten.

Arbeitsanleitung für Bremssattelanlagen ohne Handbrems-
Feststelleinrichtung
• Passenden Adapter auf das Grundgerät stecken und in
den Bremssattel einsetzen.
• Kolben durch ranfahren der Spindel in seine Ausgangs-
stellung zurückbringen.
• Werkzeug entfernen, Bremssattel mit Bremsbeläge mon-
tieren, Bremsüssigkeit und Brems wirkung überprüfen.
Sicherheitshinweise:
Bremskolben an Bremssattelanlagen mit Handbrems-
Feststelleinrichtung dürfen nicht zurückgedrückt sondern nur
zurückgedreht werden. Bremskolben an Bremssattelanlagen
ohne Handbrems-Feststelleinrichtung dürfen nicht zurückge-
dreht, sondern nur zurückgedrückt werden.
Achtung:
• Immer die Herstellerangaben beachten.
• Reparaturen an Bremsanlagen nur durch Fachpersonal
durchführen lassen.
• Bestehende Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
beachten.

6. Ersatzteile
• Nur Original-Ersatzteile des Herstellers verwenden.
• Falsche oder fehlerhafte Ersatzteile können zu Beschädigungen, Fehlfunktionen oder Total-
ausfall des Werkzeuges führen.
• Bei Verwendung nicht freigegebener Ersatzteile erlöschen sämtliche Garantie-, Service-,
Schadenersatz- und Haftpichtansprüche gegen den Hersteller oder seine Beauftragten,
Händler und Vertreter.
7. Entsorgung
• Zur Aussonderung, reinigen und unter Beachtung geltender Arbeits- und Umweltschutz-
vorschriften zerlegen. Bestandteile der Wiederverwertung zuführen.
8. Wartung
• Vor der Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten ist das Gerät immer von der Druckluft-Zufuhr zu
lösen.
• Zur Reinigung des Werkzeuges oder seiner Einzelteile wird der Gebrauch von Waschbenzin
empfohlen.

• Reinigen Sie nie mit Lösungsmitteln oder Säuren, Estern (organischen Verbindungen aus
Säuren und Alkohol), Aceton (Keton), Chlorkohlenwasserstoffen oder nitrokarbonathaltigen
Ölen. Verwenden Sie keine Chemikalien mit niedrigem Flammpunkt.
Ölen:
• Pneumatik-Werkzeuge müssen während ihrer gesamten Lebensdauer geölt werden.
Der Motor und die Kugellager benötigen Druckluft, um das Werkzeug anzutreiben. Da die
Feuchtigkeit in der Druckluft den Motor rosten lässt, muss der Motor täglich geölt werden.
Hierfür ist die Verwendung eines integrierten Ölers zu empfehlen.
Wichtig:
Die Verwendung von Luftltern und eines Druckluft-Leitungsölers ist zu empfehlen.
Achtung!
Vor dem Ölen, Anschließen oder Abkoppeln des Werkzeuges, die Druckluft-Zufuhr
unterbrechen.
9. EG-Konformität
iDie Benutzung, Inspektion und Wartung von Pneumatik-Werkzeugen muss immer entsprechend den lokalen staatlichen Landes- oder Bundesbestimmungen erfolgen.

3. Liability and Warranty

4. Safety Information
4a. Appropriate Use
The Brake Piston Readjusting Set is suitable for all common vehicle types.
It may be used for the readjustment (pushing or turning) of brake pistons on oating calliper
systems with or without locking device for hand brakes.
Operational reliability can only be ensured, if the tool is used as intended and in compli-
ance with the indications given in the operating instructions.
• The improper use of the ViGOR pneumatic tool or any use not according to the safety regu-
lations may cause severe injury.
4b. Dangers emanating from the tool
Before each use, check the ViGOR tool for full functional efciency. Do not use the
tool if its functional efciency cannot be ensured or if damage is detected. If the tool is
used, when it is not in full working order, you risk severe injuries to persons and damage
to property. Defective tools may cause severe injury.
• Do not use tools whose on/off-switch is defective. Tools that cannot be switched on or off
with their on/off switch are dangerous and have to be repaired.
• Any service or repair work must be carried out by qualied personnel only. In order to guar-
antee long-term operational safety, only original spare parts of the manufacturer must be
used.
• Do not remove any safety devices and/or housing parts.

The air ow may cause harm to sensitive parts of the body like eyes, ears, etc. Dust and

Use ear protection. Long exhibition to the working noise of pneumatic tools may result in
a permanent hearing loss.
Wear proper-tting protective clothing. Tools with moving parts can get caught in the
hair, clothing, jewellery or other loose objects what may result in severe injuries. Never
wear too large clothing and/or clothing with bands or loops which may get caught in
the moving parts of the tool. During the work, take off jewellery, watches, identication tags,
bracelets, necklaces etc. that could get caught in the tool. Never touch the moving parts of
a tool. Long hair should be covered or tied together.
• Keep children away from pneumatic tools. Unattended tools or tools that are connected to
the compressed air supply may be used by non-authorized persons and could injure them or
other persons.
• Do not use the tool in explosive atmosphere. Tools such as pneumatic tools can produce
sparks that may ignite combustible materials. Never operate tools in proximity to combustible
substances like petrol, naphtha, detergents etc. Work in well-cleaned and well-ventilated
areas only. Keep combustible materials out of the work area. Never use oxygen, carbon
dioxide or other bottled gases to power pneumatic tools.
• Do not point pneumatic tools at persons or animals. Keep children and other persons out of
the work area when operating the tool.
• Do not use the tool in no-load operation. Tools such as e.g. chisels can break off and parts
can be uncontrollably ung out and hurt the user or persons staying nearby in the work area.
• Pneumatic tools must not get in contact with sources of electricity.
• Pay attention to the working pressure, max. air pressure. Please refer to the relevant operat-
ing instructions or application notes. Exceeding the approved maximum pressure of tools and
accessories can cause explosions and may result in severe injuries. The maximum pressure of
the compressed air must be equal or inferior to the approved pressure load indicated for the
tool.
• Check tight t of the air hose connections. Do not use pressure hoses or connecting pieces
that are worn-out, defective or of inferior quality. Uncontrollably moving pressure hoses may
cause severe injuries.
• Only disconnect pneumatic tools in an unpressurized state. Uncontrollably moving pressure
hoses may cause severe injuries.
• Use clean and dry air only. Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or other bottled gases to
power pneumatic tools.
• Only use parts, attachments and accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never carry the tool by the air hose.
• Do not carry the connected tool with a nger on the throttle lever.
• Avoid unintentional starting.
• Keep handles clean, dry and free of oil and grease.
• Always keep the work area clean, well ventilated and well lit.
• Do not use the tool under the inuence of alcohol or drugs.
• The tool labelling must always be kept legible.
• Pneumatic tools must only be used and maintained by instructed people.
• Any repairs must be carried out by authorized persons only.
• Do not carry out either manipulations or temporary repairs nor misuse the tool.
• When working with the pneumatic tool, do not touch into the working area.

• In case of leakages or other malfunctions, disconnect the device immediately from the
compressed air supply and repair the source of defect.
• Do not use quick-release couplings directly at the tool. There must be a pressure hose of at
least 20 cm length between the tool and the quick-release coupling.
• Replace operating tools like adapters only when the air supplying tube is disconnected.
• Before oiling or replacing operating tools like adapters etc., always disconnect the pneu-
matic tool from the compressed air supply.
• Make sure that the operating tools always are in perfect condition.
• Only use the appropriate tools for the relevant devices.
• Permanent vibrations may cause damage to health.
• Pay attention to a safe hold.
5. Design and Function
Operating Instructions for brake calliper systems
with locking device for hand brakes
• Loosen the brake calliper and swivel it to the
side.
• Remove the brake pads.
• Please make sure that there is enough space
in the uid reservoir for the admission of the
brake uid owing back into the uid reservoir
when turning back the brake piston.
• Choose an appropriate adapter and x it to
the magnetic adapter (g. 1).
• Connect the tool to the compressed air supply.
NOTE: Make sure that the pressure does not exceed 8 bar!
• Press the release button (2) and use the operating lever (3) in order
to move the spindle (5) forward or backward to insert the tool into
the brake calliper.
• Press the button (4) and the operating lever (3) to reset/rotate the
brake piston. (g. 2)
• After turning the piston backwards, press the button (2) and use
the operating lever (3) in order to pull the spindle (5) backwards to
remove the tool from the brake calliper (g. 3)
• It is absolutely necessary to consider the regulations of the manufacturer.
Operating instructions for brake calliper systems without
locking device for hand brakes
• Fix the suitable adapter to the basic appliance and insert
the tool into the brake calliper.
• Close up the spindle in order to set back the piston into its
original position.
• Remove the tool, install the brake calliper with the brake
pads and check the brake uid level as well as the brak-
ing effect.

6. Spare Parts
• Only use the manufacturer’s original spare parts.
• Unsuitable or defective spare parts may cause damage, malfunction or total failure of the
tool.
• The use of non-approved spare parts will void all warranty, service and liability claims as well
as all claims for compensation against the manufacturer or its agents, distributors and sales
representatives.
7. Disposal
• For disposal, clean tool and disassemble it according to the regulations for work safety and
environmental protection. Components can be recycled.
8. Maintenance and Cleaning
• Before executing any maintenance work, disconnect the appliance from the air supply.
• To clean the tools or its components, we recommend using cleaning solvent.
• Do not use solvents or acids, esters (organic compounds of acids and alcohol), acetone (ke-
tone), chlorinated hydrocarbons or nitrocarbonic oils to clean the tool. Do not use chemicals
with a low ashing point.
Oiling:
• Pneumatic tools have to be oiled throughout their whole service life.
The motor and the (ball) bearings need compressed air to power the tool. As the moisture in
the compressed air leads to rust of the motor, daily oiling of the motor is necessary. For this,
the use of an integrated oiler is recommended.
IMPORTANT:
The use of an air lter and an air hose oiler is recommended.

4. Consignes de sécurité
4a. Utilisation conforme aux instructions
Le jeu d'outils pour pistons de freins est adapté à tous les types de véhicules courants.
Il sert à repousser (presser ou tourner) les pistons de freins sur les systèmes d’étrier de frein ot-
tants avec ou sans dispositif de blocage de frein à main.
Le fonctionnement sûr de cet outil ne peut être garanti que dans le cas où il est utilisé
conformément aux indications fournies dans le présent mode d’emploi.
• L'utilisation inappropriée ou non conforme aux instructions de sécurité de l'outil pneumatique
ViGOR peut entraîner des blessures graves.
4b. Dangers émanant de l'appareil
Vérier le bon fonctionnement de l'outil ViGOR avant toute utilisation. Si, lors de ce
contrôle, un dysfonctionnement ou des endommagements sont constatés, l'outil ne
doit pas être utilisé. Si le contrôle a montré un dysfonctionnement ou un endomma-
gement et que l'outil est quand même utilisé, il existe des risques de blessures graves et de
dommages matériels.
• Les outils dont l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt est défectueux ne doivent pas être utilisés. Les outils
qui ne peuvent plus être actionnés à l'aide de l'interrupteur Marche/Arrêt sont dangereux et
doivent être réparés.
• Les contrôles et les réparations doivent être effectués par un spécialiste uniquement. An de
pouvoir garantir la sécurité de fonctionnement à long terme, seules des pièces de rechange
d’origine doivent être utilisées.
• Les dispositifs de protection et/ou les composants du boîtier ne doivent pas être retirés.

Porter des lunettes de protection. Les outils à entraînement pneumatique peuvent faire
voler des copeaux, de la poussière et d’autres particules abrasives à vitesse élevée,
ce qui peut provoquer des blessures graves au niveau des yeux. L'air comprimé est
dangereux. Le ux d'air peut être nocif pour des parties sensibles du corps comme les yeux,
les oreilles et autres. Les objets et la poussière soulevés par le ux d'air peuvent causer des
blessures.
Porter une protection auditive. Une exposition prolongée au bruit de l’outil pneumatique
peut entraîner une perte auditive permanente.
Porter des vêtements de travail près du corps. Les outils dotés de parties rotatives
peuvent se prendre dans les cheveux, les vêtements, les bijoux ou dans d’autres objets
lâches, ce qui peut entraîner des blessures graves. Ne jamais porter des vêtements trop
larges et/ou des vêtements avec des rubans ou des sangles etc. qui pourraient se prendre
dans les parties rotatives de l’outil. Lors du travail, retirer tous les bijoux, montres, plaques
d’identication, bracelets, colliers et autres qui pourraient se prendre dans l’outil. Ne jamais
toucher des parties de l’outil qui sont en mouvement. Les cheveux longs doivent être atta-
chés ou couverts.
• Tenir les enfants éloignés des outils pneumatiques. Les outils laissés sans surveillance ou bran-
chés à l’alimentation d’air comprimé peuvent être utilisés par des personnes non autorisées
qui peuvent se blesser elles-mêmes ou blesser d’autres personnes.
• Ne pas utiliser l’outil dans un lieu présentant un risque d’explosion. Les outils pneumatiques
peuvent provoquer la formation d’étincelles susceptibles d'enammer des substances
combustibles. Ne jamais utiliser des outils à proximité de substances inammables (par ex.
essence, naphte, détergents, etc.). Ne travailler que dans les endroits propres et bien aérés
où il n’y a pas de substances combustibles. Ne jamais utiliser d’oxygène, de dioxyde de
carbone ou d’autres sortes de gaz en bouteille pour l’entraînement des outils pneumatiques.
• Ne jamais diriger les outils pneumatiques vers des personnes, des animaux ou soi-même. Tenir
les enfants et les autres personnes éloignés de la zone de travail lors de la mise en service de
l'outil.
• Ne jamais laisser tourner l’outil à vide. Les outils comme les burins, etc. peuvent se casser et,
lors de leur projection, atteindre l'opérateur ou d'autres personnes se trouvant dans la zone
de travail.
• Éviter tout contact des outils pneumatiques avec les sources d’électricité.
• Faire attention à la pression de service, vérier la pression d’air max. dans les instructions de
service ou d'utilisation correspondantes. Le dépassement de la pression maximale admissible
des outils et accessoires peut provoquer des explosions et entraîner des blessures graves. La
pression maximale de l'air comprimé doit être inférieure ou égale à la charge de pression
admissible indiquée pour l'outil pneumatique.
• Vérier la solidité du branchement du tuyau. Ne pas utiliser de tuyaux à air comprimé ou de
pièces de raccordement défectueux, usés ou de moindre qualité. Les tuyaux qui battent de
manière incontrôlable peuvent provoquer des blessures graves.
• Arrêter toujours l’alimentation d’air comprimé avant de débrancher les outils pneumatiques.

• N’utiliser que de l’air propre et sec. Ne jamais utiliser de l’oxygène, du dioxyde de carbone

• N’utiliser que les pièces de rechange, attaches et accessoires recommandés par le fabri-
cant.
• Ne jamais transporter l’outil en le tenant par le tuyau.

• Ne jamais transporter l’outil raccordé avec un doigt sur la gâchette.
• Éviter toute mise en marche accidentelle.
• Toujours veiller à ce que la poignée soit sèche, propre, sans huile ni graisse.
• Veiller à ce que la zone de travail soit propre, bien aérée et bien éclairée.
• Ne jamais utiliser l’outil sous l’inuence de drogues ou d’alcool.
• Le marquage de l’outil doit toujours être bien lisible.
• Seules des personnes instruites peuvent utiliser et entretenir les outils pneumatiques.
• Les réparations doivent être effectuées par des personnes autorisées uniquement.
• Il est interdit de manipuler, de réparer en urgence ou d'utiliser les outils pneumatiques à
d'autres ns.
• Ne pas pénétrer dans la zone de travail lors du fonctionnement des outils pneumatiques.
• En cas de fuite ou de panne, débrancher immédiatement l'outil de la source d'air comprimé
et éliminer la cause du défaut.
• Ne jamais utiliser des raccords rapides connectés directement à l’outil. Un tuyau d'au moins
20 cm de long doit être branché entre le raccord rapide et l’outil.
• Remplacer les outils à actionner tels que les adaptateurs uniquement lorsque le tuyau d'air
est débranché.
• Pour huiler ou remplacer les outils à actionner (par ex. adaptateurs, etc.), toujours débran-
cher l'outil pneumatique de l'alimentation d'air comprimé.
• Toujours veiller à ce que les outils à actionner soient dans un état irréprochable.
• Utiliser uniquement des outils prévus pour l'outil correspondant.
• Des vibrations permanentes peuvent être
dangereuses pour la santé.
• Veiller à ce que l'outil soit stable.
5. Structure et fonctionnement
Directive de travail pour systèmes d’étrier de
frein avec dispositif de blocage de frein à main
• Desserrer l'étrier de frein et le basculer sur le
côté.
• Retirer les garnitures de frein.
• Vérier qu'il y a sufsamment de place dans
le vase d'expansion de liquide de frein pour
le liquide de frein reuant lorsque le piston de
frein est reculé.
• Choisir un adaptateur adéquat et le xer au logement magnétique
(illustration 1).
• Raccorder l'outil à l'air comprimé.
ATTENTION : la pression ne doit pas dépasser 8 bar.
• Appuyer sur le bouton de déclenchement (2) pour faire avancer/
reculer la vis à l'aide de la gâchette (3) et pour insérer l'outil dans
l'étrier de frein.
• Appuyer sur le bouton (4) et la gâchette (3) (illustration 2) pour repousser/tourner le piston de
frein.
