the AES-2000
The ERAM-4M Memory Expansion Kit is
designed to expand the voice record memory
of the AES-2000 using non-volatile memory.
Each kit includes one 28 pin non-volatile
memory chip which provides four minutes of
record time, equivalent to 75 names.
The number of chips required is dependant

Important: Electronics componants are sensitive to stat-
ic electricity. Personnel and the work area should be
grounded before handling.
1. Unlock and open the AES-2000 front panel.
2. Disconnect the power to the AES-2000.
3. Remove the (4) screws holding the inner shroud and
remove the shroud.
4. Insert the ERAM chip(s) carefully into the appropriate
socket(s) with the indents facing as shown.
5. Replace the inner shroud, be careful
not to pinch the panel cables.
6. Reconnect the power to the AES-2000.
