Naprava je opremljena s simbolom za odstranjevanje v skladu s predpisi o
odstranjevanju odpadne elektronske in električne opreme. Električnega
orodja se morate znebiti v skladu z evropsko direktivo 2002/96/EC o
odstranjevanju odpadnih električnih naprav in pripomočkov in ga ne smete
vreči med ostale domače odpadke. V skladu z nacionalnimi zakoni, se mora
odpadna električna oprema in pripomočki zbirati posebej in vrniti v
okoljsko ustrezen zbiralnik. Odpadna električna in elektronska oprema
škoduje okolju, saj vsebuje strupene in nevarne snovi.

SPLOŠNA VARNOSTNA OPOZORILA
Splošna varnostna opozorila
Opozorilo! Preberite navodila in varnostna opozorila.
Neupoštevanje spodaj navedenih navodil lahko vodi do el. udara, požara in/ali
težjih telesnih poškodb.
Navodila za uporabo shranite in jih imejte vedno na voljo.
Naziv “naprava” se uporablja za električne in akumulatorske naprave.
1) VARNOST V DELOVNEM OBMOČJU
a) Delovno območje mora biti čisto in dobro razsvetljeno. Slabo osvetljena ali
onesnažena območja povečajo nevarnost poškodb.
b) Naprave ne uporabljajte v eksplozivnih ozračjih, npr. v prisotnosti vnetljivih
tekočin, plinov ali prahu. Pri delu z napravo nastajajo iskre, ki lahko vnetljive
snovi vnamejo.
c) Med uporabo se morajo otroci in opazovalci odmakniti iz delovnega območja.
Motnje lahko povzročijo izgubo nadzora.
2) ELEKTRIČNA VARNOST
a) Vtikači se morajo prilegati vtičnicam. Vtikača nikoli ne spreminjajte. Pri
vtikačih z ozemljitvijo nikoli ne uporabljajte adapterjev. Uporaba ustreznih in
nespremenjenih vtikačev zmanjša nevarnost električnega udara.
b) Izogibajte se telesnemu stiku z ozemljenimi površinami, kot so cevi, radiatorji,
vodovod in hladilniki. Če je vaše telo ozemljeno, obstaja velika nevarnost
električnega udara.
c) Naprave ne izpostavljajte dežju ali vlagi. Voda, ki prodre v napravo, povzroči
nevarnost električnega udara.
d) Napajalni kabel izključite tako, da povlečete za vtikač. Nikoli ne vlecite za
kabel, saj ga lahko poškodujete, zaradi česar obstaja velika nevarnost
električnega udara. Kabel imejte odmaknjen od ostrih robov, mastnih
predmetov in virov toplote. Poškodovani in zapleteni kabli povečajo nevarnost
električnega udara.
e) Če napravo uporabljate zunaj, vedno uporabljajte podaljške za zunanjo
uporabo. Uporaba ustreznih podaljškov zmanjša nevarnost električnega udara.
f) Če uporabljate napravo v vlažnem območju, jo priključite na vir napajanja z
zaščitno varovalko (RCD) saj to zmanjša nevarnost električnega udara.
OPOMBA: Namesto RCD varovalke lahko uporabite tudi GFCI ground fault circuit
interrupter) ali ELCB (earth leakage circuit breaker).

3) OSEBNA VARNOST
a) Ves čas bodite pozorni, glejte v območje dela in pri delu uporabljajte zdravo
pamet. Naprave ne uporabljajte, ko ste utrujeni ali pod vplivom alkohola, drog
ali zdravil. Trenutek nepazljivosti je lahko vzrok za težje telesne poškodbe.
b) Uporabljajte osebno zaščitno opremo in zaščitna očala. Uporabljajte zaščitno
opremo, ki zmanjša nevarnost poškodb pri vrsti dela, ki ga opravljate;
protiprašna maska, zaščitni čevlji z nedrsečim podplatom, čelada, zaščita za
obraz in ušesa.
c) Preprečite nezaželen zagon naprave. Preden priključite napajalni kabel, se
prepričajte, da je naprava izklopljena. To storite tudi, ko napravo prenašate.
Prenašanje naprave s prstom na stikalu lahko povzroči nevarnost poškodb.
d) Pred zagonom naprave vedno odstranite orodje in ključe za
nastavitev/namestitev. Če na vrtečem se delu pozabite orodje ali ključ, obstaja
nevarnost težjih telesnih poškodb.
e) Ne iztegujte naprave. Ves čas imejte dober oprijem s podlago in bodite v
ravnotežju. To omogoča boljši nadzor nad napravo tudi v nepričakovanih
situacijah.
f) Nosite ustrezno obleko. Ne nosite ohlapnih oblačil ali nakita. Lase, oblačila in
rokavice imejte odmaknjene od gibajočih se delov. Ohlapna oblačila, nakit ali
dolgi lasje se lahko zapletejo v gibajoče se dele.
g) Če je naprava opremljena s priborom za odstranjevanje prahu, ga morate
vedno uporabljati. Uporaba pribora za odstranjevanje prahu zmanjša
nevarnosti in bolezni, ki nastanejo zaradi prevelike izpostavljenosti prahu.
4) PRAVILNA UPORABA IN NEGA NAPRAVE
a) Naprave ne uporabljajte na silo. Za vrsto dela, ki ga opravljate, vedno
uporabite ustrezno napravo. Ustrezna naprava delo opravi bolj učinkovito in
varno, v skladu z močjo in hitrostjo naprave.
b) Naprave ne uporabljajte, če stikalo naprave ne vklopi ali izklopi. Če stikalo ne
deluje, naprave ne uporabljajte. Nesite napravo na servis, kjer Vam bodo
stikalo popravili.
c) Pred nastavitvijo, menjavo pripomočkov ali shranjevanjem vedno izključite
napajalni kabel iz napajanja. Preventivni varnostni ukrepi zmanjšajo nevarnost
poškodb zaradi nezaželenega vklopa naprave.
d) Naprave shranjujte izven dosega otrok. Naprave ne smejo uporabljati osebe,
ki niso seznanjene z uporabo naprave ali s temi navodili za uporabo. Naprave v
rokah neizkušenih uporabnikov so zelo nevarne.
e) Naprave vzdržujte. Preverjajte poravnanost in zvijanje gibajočih se delov ter
pregledujte napravo za poškodbe, ki lahko vplivajo na delovanje naprave. Če

je naprava poškodovana, morate napravo pred uporabo popraviti. Veliko
nesreč nastane zaradi slabo vzdrževanih naprav.
f) Rezila morajo biti ostra in čista. Pravilno vzdrževana rezila se manj zatikajo in
jih lažje upravljate.
g) Napravo, pripomočke, nastavke, itd. uporabljajte v skladu s temi navodili.
Poleg tega upoštevajte še delovne pogoje in vrsto dela, ki ga opravljate.
Uporaba naprave za dela, ki niso opisana v teh navodilih, lahko povzroči
nevarnost poškodb.
5) SERVIS
a) Napravo lahko popravlja samo pooblaščen serviser, ki uporablja samo
originalne rezervne dele. To zagotavlja varno delovanje naprave.

1) OBVEZNO pred delom preglejte delovno območje!

7) OBVEZNO preverite, če je vtičnica ozemljena!
8) NE preobremenjujte naprave.
9) Električni kabel NE SME biti preveč oddaljen od naprave. NIKOLI ne vlecite za
kabel! Kabel mora biti zaščiten pred toploto, vlago ali poškodbami!
10) OBVEZNO uporabljajte samo nepoškodovane napajalne in podaljševalne kable!
11) Pred vzdrževanjem ali menjavo mešal OBVEZNO izklopite napravo in odstranite
vtikač iz vtičnice.
12) NE mešajte materialov s temperaturo gorišča nižjo od 21°C.
13) NE uporabljajte topil za čiščenje naprave, saj obstaja nevarnost eksplozije!
14) NE namestite in ne uporabljajte naprave v eksplozivnem in vnetljivem okolju,
saj obstaja nevarnost požara ali eksplozije!
15) NE uporabljajte drsne ali nastavljive posode za mešanje!
16) NE vklapljajte naprave, če mešalo ni nameščeno v posodi!
17) Naprava NE SME biti vklopljena brez obremenitve!
18) NE odstranjujte mešala, dokler se naprava popolnoma ne zaustavi! NIKOLI med
delom ne posegajte proti mešalu!
19) NE vklapljajte naprave, če je v posodi suh material ali če se je material zalepil na
rob posode!
20) Naprava pravilno deluje samo, če jo pravilno upravljate!
21) OBVEZNO nosite zaščitna očala in zaščito za sluh!
22) OBVEZNO uporabljajte samo originalne nadomestne dele!

DELO
DVOJNO MEŠANJE
-Z roko potisnite vpenjalno glavo navzdol (slika 1).
-V vpenjalno glavo vstavite mešalo (slika 2).
-Spustite vpenjalno glavo (slika 3).
VKLOP
Najprej pritisnite in zadržite blokirno stikalo ter potem pritisnite na stikalo za vklop.
Navodila za upravljanjem s stikalom: (slika 4)
a) Ko je naprava izklopljena (STOP), premaknite stikalo na želen položaj.
b) Če stikala ne morete do konca zavrteti, z roko rahlo zavrtite mešalo in poskusite
ponovno.
Navodila za upravljanje s stikalom za nastavitev hitrosti: (slika 5)
Najprej pritisnite na stikalo za vklop in potem zavrtite stikalo za nastavitev hitrosti
na levem ročaju in nastavite želeno hitrost.

IZKLOP (Slika 6)
Spustite stikalo in naprava se izklopi.
VZDRŽEVANJE
Pred čiščenjem vedno izklopite napravo in odstranite vtikač iz vtičnice.
Pravilno vzdrževanje podaljšuje življenjsko dobo naprave.
Stikala na ročajih morajo biti vedno v dobrem stanju.
Po koncu dela očistite mešala. Mešala očistite tudi, če naprave dlje časa ne
boste uporabljali.
Mešalo očistite s tekočo vodo in s kremenovim peskom.
Naprave ne izpostavljajte UDARCEM, saj obstaja velika nevarnost poškodb.
Vpetje mora biti čisto. Ko naprave ne uporabljate, prekrijte vpenjalno odprtino z
zaščitnim pokrovom.
Nikoli ne prekrivajte prezračevalnih rež, ko je naprava vklopljena. Naprave ne
približujte vnetljivim materialom.
Prezračevalne reže morate redno čistiti.
Uporabljajte samo originalne nadomestne dele.
Po 60 urah uporabe preglejte in po potrebi zamenjajte grafitne krtačke.

GENERAL POWER TOOLS SAFETY WARNINGS
General power tool safety warnings
Warning! Read all safety warning and all instructions.
Failure to follow the warning and instructions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious personal injury.
Save all and instructions for future reference.
The term “Power tool”in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded)
power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
1) WORK AREA
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence
of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite
the dust or fumes.
c) Keep Children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions
can cause you to lose control.
2) ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do
not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified
plugs and matching outlets will reduce rise of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if
your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Don't expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power
tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord to carrying the tools or pulling or
unplugging the power tool, keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord for outdoor
use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use and reduce the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual
current deice (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric
shock.
NOTE: The term “residual current device (RCD)” can be replaced by the term “ground fault circuit
interrupter (GFCI)” or “earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB)”.

3) PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating
a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while
operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as
dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for
appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before
connecting to power source and or battery pack, picking up or carrying the
tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energizing power
tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A
wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in
personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables
better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes jewellery or long
hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If device are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection
can reduce dust-related hazards.
4) POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.
The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is
designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power
tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the
power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
power tools. Such preventative safety measures reduce the risk of starting
power tools accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power
tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools
operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with
sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended
could result in a hazardous situation.
5) SERVICE
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.

PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
The mixer is an electrical power mixer,
which fitted with double count-rotating
mixing tool (single mixing tools also
available). Different mixing tools are
available for the mixer, and different I II
speed meet the demand of different
materials mixing.

CAUTIONS
Please read and follow these instructions before operating the machine. It may
occur unpredictable result if you do not follow it! For people and achine safety,
please obey it!
1) DO check the safety situation when the machine is in operating!
2) DO operate the machine in the suitable working space!
3) DO keep other persons away from the working space!
4) DO avoid the machine affected with damp when the machine operated in the
amp working space!
5) DO keep the working space sufficient lighting!
6) DO check the power source/voltage is same as showed on the machine label's!
7) DO check the machine have earth protecting or not!
8) The machine CANNOT be over loading!
9) The electrical cable CANNOT be too far away the machine, CANNOT pull the
cable to disconnect the plug from the socket directly! Keep the cable from
heating, damp, scratch!
10) DO only use no scratch, no defected cable with plug!
11) DO pull off the power source when the machine is out of work, maintenance or
changing the mixing operation!
12) DO NOT mix the material which flammable pointless than 21°C;
13) DO NOT use solvents for cleaning the tools! Unless it will have explosion
14) dangerous!
15) DO NOT install and operator the machine in the flammable and explosively
16) circumstances! Unless it will have explosion dangerous!
17) DO NOT use the slide or movable mixing drum!
18) DO NOT star the mixer until the mixing tools is in the mixing drum or other
drums!
19) DO NOT run idle of the machine!
20) DO NOT take out the sample until the machine is stopped! DO NOT touch into
the mixing drum when the machine is in operation!
21) DO NOT star the machine when the dried materials is in the drum or stick to
the drum!
22) The machine will not be failure only you operate it carefully!
23) Please wear goggle and ear cap when operating the machine!
24) DO use only original spare parts for the machine maintenance!

OPERATION
DOUBLE MIXING
-Push down the chuck by hand (picture 1);
-Connect the paddle into the spline shaft directly (picture 2);
-And then loose your hand (picture 3).

START MACHINE
Push down the switch rest-lock knob first and then push down the start switch;
Mechanical speed regulator operation instruction: (picuture 4)
a) When the machine is under STOP condition, please turn the Knob switch to
change the speed;
b) When you can not finish changing speed completely by turn the Knob switch,
plese turn the shaft paddles slightly and change speed.
Electronic speed regulator operation instruction: (Picture 5)
Turn on the power switch first, then turn the regulator switch which located in the
left handle to get your wanted speed.
