TEMPERATURE ZONES
This wine cooler has a single temperature zone with a temperature range of 40°-72°F. The recommended
temperature settings are as follows:
55°- 72°F (Ideal for red and white wines)
40°- 55°F (Ideal for sparkling and white wines)
STORING WINE
You can place a total of 165 standard bottles inside the wine cooler, with 11
bottles on each full sized shelf and 11 in the bulk storage area.
Note: Bottle capacities are approximate maximums when storing traditional
Bordeaux 750 ML bottles and may include bulk storage. Many bottles differ in
size and dimensions. As such, the actual number of bottles you may be able to
store may vary.
SHELVES
To avoid damaging the door gasket, ensure that the door is
fully opened when pulling the shelves out of the rail
compartment.
The slide-out shelves allow bottles of wine to be viewed
and removed more easily. Any of the shelves can be
removed to store larger format bottles.
For easy access to the storage bottles, you must pull
the shelf approximately ⅓ out of the rail compartment.
This unit was designed with a plastic post on each
sides of the shelf track to prevent bottles from falling.
When removing a shelf from the inner cabinet, make
sure to remove all items first. Then move the shelf to
the position where the notch of the shelf is exactly under the plastic post and lift the shelf directly up. In
order to replace the shelf, repeat the steps described above in reverse.
DEFROSTING
The wine cooler defrosts automatically. The evaporator behind the rear wall of the unit automatically defrosts
and the condensate collects in the drainage channel behind the rear wall of the unit, and flows through the
drainage hole into the drip tray by the compressor, where it evaporates.
