GENERALUSE
1]Removeanyobstructionsorother
obstaclesintheareawhichistobe
cleaned.
2]Placehandleinuprightpositionandtilt
machinebackuntilhandlerestsonthe
floor.
*Besurethemachineisnot plugged
intoanoutlet.
3]Removethepadcentergrippingdevice
byunscrewingthethumbscrews.
4]Placeappropriateburnishingpadonpad
driverandre-attachthecenter
grippingdevice.
5]Placemachinebackintoitsupright
position.
6]Plugpowercordintogrounded outlet.
*Do notuseanextensioncordin
conjunctionwiththestandard power
cord.
7]Adjustheighttoacomfortable
operatingposition.
8]Tostartthemachine, pushonthe
Redhandlemountedsafetyswitch
andsqueezeanyofthetwoswitch
levers.
9]Whenthemachineisinoperation,both
handsshouldbeplacedonthehandle.
10]Tostopthemachineatanytime,
simplyrelease the switch lever,andthe
machinewillstopautomatically.
MAINTENANCE
Tokeep themachineperformingwell for
manyyears,pleasefollowthefollowing
maintenanceprocedures.
* Alwaysconfirmthatthemachineis
unplugged priortoperformingany
maintenance orrepairs.
1]Unplug machineassoonasyouare done
using it.
2]Tiltmachinebackandremovepaddriver
orbrush.
3]Cleantheoutsideofthemachinewitha
mild cleaner.
4]Checkpowercordforanydamage.If any
damage isdetected,replacethecord
immediately.
5]Lubricatewheelswithawaterresistant
lubricant everymonth.
6]Checkmachineforlooseormissingnuts
andbolts,andreplace asnecessary.
7]Ifthemachineisusedinadusty
environment,youmayremovethemotor
coverandblowthemotorcleanwith
compressedair.Thiswill allowforgood
ventilationandhelpthemotorrun
cooler.
