SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using, read these instructions as well as the machine operating instructions and the coupling
manufacturer's instructions. Failure to fully follow and understand these instructions may result in

Se la formazione di baffi impedisce il contatto degli inserti alla fine dell'aggraffatura, sostituire gli inserti.

BIJZONDERE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

INZETSTUKKEN
De perstang Viper®I26 is uitgerust met een veiligheidsvoorziening: de inzetstukken met een diameter van meer dan
26 mm kunnen niet in deze machine gestoken worden.
Gebruik uitsluitend de Virax inzetstukken.
Als door rimpelvorming contact van de inzetstukken aan het einde van het krimpen verhinderd wordt, moeten de

Vor der Benutzung, dieses Anweisungsblatt sowie die Benutzungsvorschriften der Maschine und des
Anschlussherstellers lesen. Falls diese Vorschriften nicht eingehalten und angewendet werden, kann
es zu erheblichen Sachschäden und schweren oder sogar tödlichen Verletzungen kommen.
Ihre Finger nicht in das Profil der Einsätze einführen.
Niemals Einsätze verschiedener Durchmesser in dieselbe Maschine einsetzen.
Die Handpresse nicht benutzen, wenn kein Einsatz in den Kopf eingesetzt ist. Dies würde die Backen
beschädigen und bringt die Garantie zum erlöschen. Die Maschine könnte nicht mehr korrekt benutzt
werden, die Pressungen wären nicht mehr normgerecht.
Die Bauteile niemals selbst ersetzen. Jegliches auf jegliche Weise verändertes Bauteil kann schwere
oder tödliche Verletzungen verursachen.
EINSÄTZE
Die Presse Viper®I26 ist mit einer Sicherung ausgestattet: Einsätze mit einem Durchmesser über 26 mm können nicht
in diese Maschine eingesetzt werden.
Nur Einsätze von Virax benutzen.
Wenn die Bildung von Grat den Kontakt der Einsätze am Ende des Pressvorgangs verhindert, müssen die Einsätze
ersetzt werden.
Wenn anomaler Verschleiß oder Risse an einem der Kopfteile sichtbar sind, muss es ersetzt werden.
Die Benutzung eines beschädigten Kopfes bzw. beschädigter Einsätze verursacht erhebliche Sachschäden und/oder
schwere Körperverletzungen.
Den Zustand der Einsätze regelmäßig überprüfen. Überprüfen, ob der Kopf korrekt schließt.
Die Profile der Einsätze regelmäßig reinigen. Keine Metallfeilen oder sonstige schleifenden Werkstoffe benutzen,
welche das Pressprofil beschädigen könnten.
Nicht das Innere des Pressprofils schmieren.
Die Einsätze werden als Verbrauchsmaterial angesehen. Bei ersten Anzeichen von Verschleiß müssen sie ersetzt
werden. Eine Pressung mit verschlissenen Einsätzen kann zu einem Leck führen.

Person, die nicht von einem Kundendienst-Reparaturzentrum zugelassen ist, oder wegen normalen Verschleißes
werden nicht durch diese Garantie gedeckt.
VIRAX übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung für Schäden am Zubehör oder an Objekten bzw. Personen in der Nähe der
Maschine.
VIRAX ist in keinem Fall verantwortlich für Schäden durch eine Pressung, welche mit einem Einsatz vorgenommen
wurde, dessen Profil nicht dem Anschluss oder dem Rohr entspricht, oder durch eine Pressung an einem defekten
Anschluss oder Rohr.
Diese Garantie ist die einzig Gültige für Ihre VIRAX-Presse. Kein Angestellter, Vertreter, Händler oder sonstige Person
ist berechtigt, die vorliegende Garantie zu ändern oder andere Garantien im Namen von VIRAX zu geben.
