regarding this product.
The lighting flash with an arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral
triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of non-insulated
dangerous voltage within the product’s enclosure that may be of
sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert
the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance
(servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause

1. Precautions
Please read the manual carefully before the installation in order to set up the camera correctly and to
obtain the best picture quality.
Please keep the manual in good condition for your future reference and service application.
Installation and services should be only carried out by an authorized personnel according to local safety
regulations.
If any liquid or solid matter gets into the housing, immediately disconnect the camera from power supply
and have it checked by your authorized dealer before reusing.
Avoid installing the camera at extremely hot or cold places.
If you are not a certified person, never try to dismantle the camera. To avoid electric shock, never remove
the screws or covers. There are no parts inside that need maintenance by the user. All maintenance should
be carried out by qualified personnel.
Avoid installing the camera at a place of high humidity.
Avoid installing the camera at the place exposed to gas or oil.
Keep the top glass of the lens always clean in order to obtain the best picture quality all the time. Be
careful not to be stained by fingerprint.
Don't face the camera directly toward sunlight or sunlight reflecting area.
CCD may go defective at this condition.
Please give a special attention to keep the unit from dangerous drop or external shock during
the process of transportation or handling.
Never try to touch the camera in wet hand. It may cause an electric shock.
Do not expose the camera to radioactivity. It causes a serious damage on the CCD.

5. Special features
1. Higher resolution of 700TVL (D) / 750TVL (N)
This unit has an innovative way of increasing total resolution to more than 30% higher than that of
conventional 600TVL cameras.
2. Unbeatable WDR Performance
This unit intelligently analyzes the exposure ratio and optimizes the WDR process to provide
unbeatable image quality, especially in bright environments. A normal WDR sensor has difficulty with
low-contrast scenes. The non-linear process results in lower shadow detail in many scenarios. The
advanced WDR balances the wide dynamic process, retaining detail under a wider range of lighting
conditions.
3. Super Low Light sensitivity
Conventional WDR cameras use a Double Scan CCD to extend dynamic range. However, this comes at
the expense of light sensitivity, requiring twice as much light compared to a Single Scan CCD. WideLux
double scans the CCD in situations requiring WDR. When the ambient lighting becomes weak,
WideLux reverts back to single scan mode, greatly increasing light sensitivity. With this special
technology, it provides remarkable low light sensitivity of 0.1Lux/F2.0 ~ 0.0001Lux w/ 512x Sens-up,
which is as much as 3 times better than conventional WDR cameras.
4. 2D/3D Noise Reduction
2D/3D DNR compliments the new WDR technology to provide clear, low noise images. 2D & 3D
filtering reduces noise, which can save the hard drive space on your DVR. 2D DNR helps preserve
edges in the picture, while 3D DNR reduces ghost effect,
5. DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer)
This digital technology reduces blurring caused by camera vibration. By providing available pixels
outside the visible frame, this buffer allows dynamic realignment to improve picture clarity. This also
allows slower shutter speeds under lower light conditions, minimizing object motion blur.
6. Anti-Color Rolling
Fluorescent lighting can adversely affect color when a camera is in WDR mode. “Color Rolling”can occur as a
result of asynchronous operation of the camera and the light. Color shift, changing tint and shimmering edges
are common. Our advanced WDR technology uses adaptive timing to sync to fluorescent light. This virtually
eliminates the color rolling effect!

Fixture can be separated and attached on the bottom side as well.
Please use the supplied clamp screws only to change the position of the bracket.
Using screws more than 5mm depth can do a serious damage to the inside of this camera.
* Use an international standard 1/4”-20 mounting screw to install the camera.

7. Installation
7-1. Lens
Lens is not supplied with the unit. C-Mount or CS-Mount type of lens is useable.
Please select a lens that has a good F-Stop number in order to get the best picture quality. Use
of DC auto iris lens is recommended to achieve the best results for operating this product
effectively.
☞Caution
Please make sure the surface of the lens is always clear. Clean dirt or water drops with soft cloth
in order to avoid the picture blooming or reflection.
7-2. When using an auto iris lens (DC-drive)
1. Please take off the sleeve outer cable of the lens by 10mm
2. Please take off the sleeve inner cable of the lens by 2mm.

3. Solder the wires on the pin-connector (iris-jack) supplied with the lens according to the
pin configuration as shown in the drawing.
4. Assemble the lens.
5. Connect the Auto Iris jack.
6. Adjust the DIP S/W to DC according to the type of lens.

7-3. When using a C-mount Lens
●Please assemble C-Mount adaptor.
●C-Mount adaptor is included in the package.
●Fix the lens by turning it clockwise.
7-4. When using a CS-mount Lens
●Take off the Protection cover.
●Assemble the CS-MOUNT lens by turning it
clockwise.
- When used with an Auto Iris lens, please insert
the iris jack into the Iris socket which is located
on the right side of the camera.
- Please set the lens selection to DC on the OSD setting.
Caution
- Use the lens as shown in the picture here.
- When the lens is out of the spec, it could damage the
camera inside or may not be correctly fitted with the
camera.
- Use the lens less than 450g. Heavier lens can damage the
camera.

7-5. Video Monitor
Connect Video cable with BNC-male connector to the monitor.
7-6. Proper Impedance during system connection.
Make sure to connect the cable with the power off. Please locate the impedance switch of each
equipment as instructed. Locate the switch to Hi-z position for the interim equipment. Locate the
switch to 75Ωfor the last equipment.
7-7. Power
Please check if the model is 12VDC or 12VDC / 24VAC Dual power before the installation. Please
refer to the voltage description on the rear panel to choose the right power source.
● 12VDC camera
Please make sure to use a UL/CE approved and 12VDC/500mA
regulated power supply.
● 12VDC/24VAC Dual power camera
You can use either 12VDC Power or 24VAC Power source with
non-polarity connection.

8. Troubleshooting
If there are problems in operating, please refer to the checklist below. If the problem persists, please contact
the agent where this product is purchased.

Troubleshooting
Nothing appears on the screen.
Please check that the power cord and line connection
between the camera and the monitor are fixed properly.
Please check that you have properly connected VIDEO
cable to the camera VIDEO output jack.
Check DC Iris cable on Lens is properly connected
The image on the screen is dim.
Is lens stained with dirt? Clean your lens with soft,
clean cloth.
Set the monitor to proper condition.
If the camera is exposed to too strong light, change
the camera position.
The image on the screen is dark.
Adjust the contrast feature of the monitor.
If you have an intermediate device, set the 75Ω / Hi-Z properly
(Please check the impedance)
The camera is not working
properly, and the surface
of the camera is hot.
Please check that you have properly connected the camera
to an appropriate power source.
The DAY/NIGHT menu
does not work.
Please check if DAY NIGHT menu is set to ‘AUTO2’.
The SENS-UP function
does not work.
Please check that AGC of EXPOSURE SETUP menu is set to ‘OFF’.
Please check that SHUTTER of EXPOSURE SETUP menu is set to
‘A.FLK’ or ‘FIXED’.
The MOTION DETECTION
function is not working.
Please check if MOTION DETECTION function is turned on.
Please check if MD LEVEL is too low.
Please check the setting of the MD area.
Color is not correct.
Please check the setting of WHITE BAL SETUP menu .
The screen flickers continually.
Please check that direction of camera is not turned toward the Sun.
