Caution!
1. Make sure the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the
equipment and all attached hardware and components.
2. Tighten screws firmly, but do not over tighten, which causes damage to the product and
reduces its holding power.
3. Please do not disassemble or change the electronic components of the product without
authorization.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Hang Ceiling Mount
Using ceiling template (C), mark
exact location of mounting holes.
Drill pilot holes 2.2” deep, using a
4. mm drill bit. Insert two screws
(W-A), leaving a mm gap from
ceiling.
Option A: For Wooden Ceilings

Option B: For Concrete Ceilings
Using ceiling template (C), mark
exact location of mounting holes.
Drill pilot holes 2.4” deep, using a
10mm drill bit. Insert six concrete
anchors (W-B), then tighten two
screws (W-A), leaving a mm gap
from ceiling.

OR
Hang the ceiling mount so that the
screws fit into the keyhole
openings. Slide mount forward,
then secure using additional
screws (W-A) with washers (W-C).
Tighten all screws.

Step 2: Installing the VESA Plate
Remove the two bottom screws from
the VESA plate (B) and set aside for
later use.
Remove the screws from the VESA
adapters (E, F).
(if mounting a TV with a VESA pattern larger than 200 x 200mm)
Align the VESA adapters with the
VESA plate and assemble, using
screws previously removed from the
VESA adapters.

Step 2: (Continued)
Align the VESA plate with the mounting holes in the back of the TV screen. Install
VESA plate to TV using appropriate screws and washers according to your screen
type.
Option A: For Flat Back Screens
Option B: For Recessed Back Screens or to Access A/V Inputs
Align the VESA plate with the mounting holes in the back of the TV screen. Install
VESA plate to TV using appropriate screws and washers according to your screen
type.

Step 3: Hooking the TV onto the Ceiling Mount
Insert upper center screw on VESA plate into keyhole hook.
Using screws previously removed (in beginning of step 2), fasten VESA plate
to ceiling mount.
Clearance between the ceiling and top edge of TV should be no less than
1 mm when TV is in the fully lowered position.

Using cable ties (J), fasten cables.
Step 4: Run Cables and Install Covers
Run cables along edge of mount.
Allow slack in cables for arm
movement. Place covers over
cables and snap into place.
Step 5: Installing the IR Receiver
Note: Plugging power supply into AC outlet prior to the mount may cause a
large spark when connecting to the mount.
Don’t run any cables through the mount motion space.
NOTE:
Peel the backing paper. Place IR receiver (G) on TV as desired. Ensure
nothing will obstruct the transmission from where the TV will be viewed.
Plug IR receiver (G) into mount. Plug power supply (I) into mount, and
connect to AC outlet.
